With a mind for business and a soul for spirits, Bridget started her career on Wall Street at a hedge fund as a consumer goods investor with a focus in alcoholic beverage companies. But being a brilliant overachiever, Bridget then set her sights even higher, and in 2012, she founded NYC’s only rum distillery. But that again wasn’t enough, so she recently sold her rum distillery and launched her newest venture, Rockaway—a functional sparkling beverage.
