Since leaving the bartender’s life in search of a better work/life balance, he has taken on the role of Spirit Specialist for Campari Group America. Now on a much larger stage, he shares his creative approach to crafting cocktails, is a mentor to bartenders far-and-wide and offers sage advice about mapping out smart career paths. With all that, he still finds time to pay tribute to those who came before him by leading the class, “Good Life Behind Bars: An Introduction to the History of Black Bartenders,” which is part of a larger speaking series.
