Episode #23 of Delicious City Philly is dedicated to Chef Jim Burke, an inspiration to everyone he crossed paths with and a dear friend to so many people in the restaurant community. Special guest, Chef Nick Elmi is at the forefront of the month-long fundraiser in Jim's honor happening across the city. Throughout September, participating bars and restaurants (there are a lot of them) will feature Jim's favorite dishes and cocktails with proceeds going to his wife, Kristina and their kids Daniel and Sadie.
