Teaching himself to cook at a young age, Zac Ng (Restaurant Ka) knew he wanted to have a career in food. After leaving Hong Kong for Australia to study at university, he took the leap and opportunity to explore the Australian hospitality industry. After years working in some of Sydney’s most influential establishments he has opened his own 12-seater restaurant where he is exploring his heritage in a modern Australian context.
