Born into a multi-generational hospitality family, Tony Percuoco (Tartufo, Brisbane) always knew he was going to be a chef. Following in his father’s and brothers’ footsteps he created a swag of successful Italian restaurants in Sydney and The Gold Coast that paid homage to both his broth home Naples, Italy. Now he’s celebrating 15 years as one of the institutions of Brisbane dining that helped lay the foundation for the incredible culinary evolution we see today.
