After growing up in his parents much-loved Milkbar, Phil Hallani was unaware of the strong hospitality skills he was developing. As an adult he understood the strong bond a hospitality venue can have with the community and set about to create venues that resonated with all walks of life in his home suburb of Penrith. Now he has four very different venues and one of the key operators in the ever evolving food scene of Sydney’s west.
