After a career spanning Australia Europe and even private cheffing for famous rockstars, Jez Wick (Refettorio OzHarvest Sydney) started to realise the incredible amount of food going to waste. Keen to change her own ideals she embarked on a journey connecting with likeminded food professionals, all leading her to Ozharvest where she now heads the team at an Australian-first, social impact collaboration between OzHarvest and Massimo Bottura's organisation Food for Soul born out of a shared vision to nurture the well-being of people and the health of the planet.
