After leaving war-torn Lebanon for a better life in Australia, Ibby Moubadder (Nour, Henrietta, Cuckoo Calley, Lilymu) completed a nursing degree and was studying to become a doctor when we decided to buy a hole in the wall café to make ends meet. He soon fell in love with hospitality, let go of his dreams of becoming a doctor and jumped into the industry feet first. He now has four successful venues, and even more on the horizon.
