Along with working with a broad group of fishers to maximise the quality, his knowledgeable personalized service is highly regarded by chefs. He is genuinely passionate about the products he sells and is eternally eager to share his knowledge with customers.
We catch up with Boz to hear how the past few years have been in seafood in New Zealand and to seek his thoughts on whats to come in 2023.
