Raised in a wine-producing family near the Amalfi Coast, Italy Fabio Magliano (Buono and Sincero) cut his teeth in his uncles restaurant from the age of 14. It set him on a journey to some of Italy’s and England’s best restaurants before a move to Australia changed his approach to his craft. Now he is at the helm of two of the most exciting suburban Italian restaurants in Melbourne.
