Born and raised in a seaside town on the Italian east coast, Davide Tonucci’s (The Coastal Italian) passion for food was ignited while helping his mamma and nonna making fresh pasta. Carving a career in seafood restaurants he formed a strong connection to the sea, and after finding a home down under he’s bringing his unique approach to Italian to a swathe of Australian food lovers.
