Once the light of G-d is already being constricted, the differences between the constrictions are expressed in the G-dliness felt or expressed down below.

Using this natural love can create a great fear of feeling separated from G-d, and now we explore the positive action it can motivate.

A soul takes an oath that is seemingly redundant, to be a Tzaddik and not a Rasha. Now why take a promise that we can probably not fulfil? Instead, it is a strong mandate that we must forever strive to achieve. At the same time, even If I do not achieve being a Tzaddik, I must strive to at the very least not be a Rasha. Still, what is the purpose of taking an oath of something that I can never fulfill? The difference of a tzaddik and beinoni is the natural repelling/ feeling of repulse of evil. This is something we can train ourselves to imitate. Try to create a love of Hashem, as if you were a Tzaddik.

Shouldn't one expect to be a Tzaddik? The ability to be a Tzaddik is a special gift. Not all souls are created with that potential.

Every one of our actions has global impact, not only in this physical world, but in spiritual worlds as well.

Torah study has impact on the spiritual realms, When Torah is studied without proper intent, and certainly that with proper intent has far reaching impact.

Pay attention to the angels you are creating through concentration on Torah study and prayer.

Performing action-based commandments opens the door for an intimate "face to face" connection with G-d. It's the feminine stimulus from below, arousing The Power from Above.

A story in the Torah is not just history, it contains towers and towers of meaning.

Tzedakah is sometimes referred to in the feminine and sometimes in the masculine. Feminine-because it serves as a receptacle for The Divine countenance which will radiate (in the future) to the soul, in reward for its good deeds. Masculine-when the inspiration to give was self-generated.

Just as the body's multiple organs are on organism and its health is dependent on good circulation of blood flood to/from all organs, so too are the Sould os Israel one unit and onlt when there is inter-inclusion, unity and oneness can The Divine flow ("The Shechinah") reside within them.

One should always increase in charitable acts, regardless of how much you give

The oral Torah is of primary importance since it teaches you how to properly perform the commandments and access the Divine Will.

Even one's intention in doing Mitzvos, while not tangible (as the deed of Mitzvah, thus seemingly lacking the benefit of practical performance) can elicit supernal light- for this too is G-d's will (that one performs with intention). Hence, it too shares the power of will and that which it elicits Above. And, in sense has an advantage.

The commandments connect the level of Keter (crown of G-d) which transcends G-d's level of seminal wisdom, with the lowest level of physicality of this lower physical world.
