S1 Ep 68How God Speaks to You
“Instead of talking to God, listen for Him by sitting in silence and asking Him to speak to your spirit” - Wesleyne1st Kings 19:12:And after the earthquake, there was a fire, but the LORD was not in the fire. And after the fire, there was the sound of a gentle whisper. In 1st Kings, we find the story of Elijah the prophet, who was on the run from those who sought to kill him. Alone and afraid, he sought refuge on a mountain and cried out to God for help. In response, God spoke to him in a still, small voice. That powerful moment will serve as a reminder to you today that God speaks to you in many different ways, and you must be open and receptive to His voice. We often expect God to speak to us in grandiose ways, through signs and wonders, but sometimes he speaks in the quiet and the ordinary. It is in those moments that you must quiet yourself, listen carefully, and be ready to act on what you hear. May you never underestimate the power of God's still, small voice in your life, and may you always be open to his leading and guidance.Connect with Me:Website - https://www.wesleyne.com/Text LOVE to (832) 660-0942 to get a daily reminder of God's love and to chat with me.

S1 Ep 67Seek God’s Wisdom
“Value the things in life that have eternal significance” - WesleyneJeremiah 9:23 to 24:This is what the LORD says: “Don’t let the wise boast in their wisdom, or the powerful boast in their power, or the rich boast in their riches. But those who wish to boast should boast in this alone: that they truly know me and understand that I am the LORD who demonstrates unfailing love and who brings justice and righteousness to the earth and that I delight in these things. I, the LORD, have spoken! In the book of Jeremiah, the prophet warns the people of Israel against boasting about their own wisdom, might, or riches. He reminds them that these things are fleeting and ultimately meaningless. Instead, he urges them to boast in the Lord, who exercises steadfast love, justice, and righteousness in the world.Today, you will be challenged to re-examine your priorities and values. It is easy to become caught up in the pursuit of worldly success and material possessions, but ultimately these things do not bring true fulfillment or lasting happiness. Rather, you should seek to cultivate a deep relationship with God and strive to live in a way that reflects his character and values. Only then can you experience true joy and contentment, both in this life and in the life to come.Connect with Me:Website - https://www.wesleyne.com/Text LOVE to (832) 660-0942 to get a daily reminder of God's love and to chat with me.

S1 Ep 66Achieving True Wisdom
“Human wisdom may help a life, but it can’t save a soul” - WesleyneJeremiah 9: 23 to 24:This is what the LORD says: “Don’t let the wise boast in their wisdom, or the powerful boast in their power, or the rich boast in their riches. But those who wish to boast should boast in this alone: that they truly know me and understand that I am the LORD who demonstrates unfailing love and who brings justice and righteousness to the earth and that I delight in these things. I, the LORD, have spoken! This verse challenges our human tendency to rely on our own wisdom and strength rather than on God's. In this passage, God speaks through the prophet Jeremiah, declaring that those who boast in their own wisdom, strength, or riches are ultimately misguided and foolish. Instead, God declares that the only true source of wisdom, strength, and riches is in knowing and understanding Him. It is only through our relationship with God that we can experience true fulfillment and meaning in life.Today, you will learn to consider your own priorities and values and to ask yourself whether you are truly seeking after God above all else. You will be invited to examine the ways in which you may be relying on your own strength or wisdom rather than on God's and to seek to turn your heart toward him in humility and surrender. By doing so, you can experience the fullness of life and the joy that comes from knowing and walking with God. This message is as relevant today as it was when Jeremiah first spoke these words, and it calls you to a deeper level of faith and commitment to our Creator and Redeemer.Connect with Me:Website - https://www.wesleyne.com/Text LOVE to (832) 660-0942 to get a daily reminder of God's love and to chat with me.

S1 Ep 65Loving Others Without Favoritism
“We should show Jesus’ love to all people and not allow favoritism of any kind” - WesleyneJames 2:1:“My dear brothers and sisters, how can you claim to have faith in our glorious Lord Jesus Christ if you favor some people over others?”This verse addresses the issue of favoritism and prejudice within the church. James challenges his readers to avoid showing favoritism to those who may be wealthy or influential, and instead to treat all people with love and respect, regardless of their social status. This message is a reminder that in God's eyes, all people are equal and deserving of dignity and respect, regardless of their worldly status or accomplishments.Today, you will be called upon to examine your own heart and attitude toward others and to consider whether you may be guilty of showing favoritism or prejudice in any way. You will also be invited to reflect on how you can better live out the command to love your neighbor as yourself, regardless of their social status or background. By doing so, you can create a community that is truly welcoming and inclusive, and that reflects God's love and grace to all who come through your door.Connect with Me:Website - https://www.wesleyne.com/Text LOVE to (832) 660-0942 to get a daily reminder of God's love and to chat with me.

S1 Ep 64Give God First Place in Your Heart
“God wants first place in your heart” - WesleyneHosea 2:16:When that day comes,” says the Lord, You will call me “my husband” instead of “my master.”This verse speaks to the difficult reality of spiritual unfaithfulness. In this passage, God is speaking through the prophet Hosea, and He is describing the unfaithfulness of His people in metaphorical terms, comparing it to the unfaithfulness of a wife to her husband. Despite this unfaithfulness, however, God still desires to restore His relationship with His people, and He promises to do so in a powerful and transformative way.Today, you will be challenged to consider your own faithfulness to God and to examine the ways in which you may have strayed from His path. You will be reminded that God's love and mercy are always available to you, no matter how far you may have wandered. The promise of restoration and transformation in this passage is a powerful reminder that God is always at work in your life, even when you are unaware of it. As you seek to follow him and to stay faithful to His path, you can trust that He will guide you towards a life of deeper purpose and meaning and that He will ultimately bring you into closer communion with Him.Connect with Me:Website - https://www.wesleyne.com/Text LOVE to (832) 660-0942 to get a daily reminder of God's love and to chat with me.

S1 Ep 63Finding Freedom in God’s Word
“Choose to spend time directly with God. Spend time in prayer, journaling, reading or listening to the bible” - WesleyneJohn 8: 31 to 32:“Jesus said to the people who believed in him, “You are truly my disciples if you remain faithful to my teachings. And you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free.”This verse is very powerful and it emphasizes the importance of knowing and abiding in the truth. Jesus tells his followers that if they continue in his word, they are truly his disciples and they will know the truth, and the truth will set them free. This message highlights the fact that true freedom comes not from following our own desires or ideas, but from aligning ourselves with God's truth and submitting to his will. It is only by knowing and abiding in the truth that we can experience the true freedom that God desires for us.Today, you will be challenged to consider your own relationship with the truth and with Jesus himself. You will be invited to reflect on whether you are truly seeking to know and follow the truth, or whether you are more concerned with your own desires and ideas. You will also be reminded that true discipleship involves not just believing in Jesus, but also following him and obeying his commands. By doing so, you can experience the fullness of life and freedom that God desires for you.Connect with Me:Website - https://www.wesleyne.com/Text LOVE to (832) 660-0942 to get a daily reminder of God's love and to chat with me.

S1 Ep 62The Power of Speaking God’s Truth
“Be careful not to confuse human facts with God’s wisdom” - WesleyneJohn 7:18:Those who speak for themselves want glory only for themselves, but a person who seeks to honor the one who sent him speaks truth, not lies.In this verse, Jesus is confronted by the Pharisees, who are questioning his authority and teachings. In his response, Jesus reveals an important principle that applies to all aspects of life: that the source of our words and actions is what ultimately determines their value and impact. Jesus explains that those who speak on their own authority are seeking their own glory, while those who seek to honor God and speak his truth are truly trustworthy. This distinction challenges us to examine our own motives and consider whether we are seeking to advance our own agendas or to honor God in all that we say and do.Today, you will be reminded of the importance of aligning your words and actions with God's truth and purposes. You will be called upon to examine your own heart and motivations and to seek to honor God in all that you do. By doing so, you will be assured that your words and actions will have lasting value and impact and that you will be a trustworthy and faithful servant of God. This message is as relevant today as it was when Jesus spoke those words, and it should challenge you to live a life that is truly centered on God's will and purpose.Connect with Me:Website - https://www.wesleyne.com/Text LOVE to (832) 660-0942 to get a daily reminder of God's love and to chat with me.

S1 Ep 61How to Get a Rich and Satisfying Life
“The God who lives within you is greater than the enemy who comes against you” - WesleyneJohn 10:10:“The thief’s purpose is to steal and kill and destroy. My purpose is to give them a rich and satisfying life.”This verse speaks about Jesus as the Good Shepherd who has come to give abundant life to his followers. This message is one of hope and encouragement for all those who feel as though life is lacking in some way. Jesus promises not just a mediocre existence, but a life that is overflowing with joy, purpose, and fulfillment. This abundant life is not just for some people, but for all who come to Jesus and put their trust in him.If you are struggling with feelings of hopelessness, depression, or anxiety, this word is for you. The idea of abundant life is a powerful one, and today you will be reminded that there is more to life than just surviving or getting by. You will also be reminded that God wants you to experience a life that is rich and full, even in the midst of difficult circumstances. You should always have hope that God is present with you in the midst of your struggles. As you follow Jesus, you can trust that he will guide you toward a life that is truly worth living.Connect with Me:Website - https://www.wesleyne.com/Text LOVE to (832) 660-0942 to get a daily reminder of God's love and to chat with me.

S1 Ep 60God Can Use You Too
“God delights in those who are willing to be used by Him” - WesleyneJudges 4:9:“Very well,” she replied, “I will go with you. But you will receive no honor in this venture, for the LORD’s victory over Sisera will be at the hands of a woman.” So Deborah went with Barak to Kedesh.“Very well,” she replied, “I will go with you. But you will receive no honor in this venture, for the LORD’s victory over Sisera will be at the hands of a woman.” So Deborah went with Barak to Kedesh. This verse offers a powerful encouragement especially if you are a single, divorced, or widowed daughter of God. Prophetess Deborah’s statement reveals an important truth: God can use anyone, regardless of their gender or marital status, to accomplish great things. Deborah was a married woman and a prophetess, but the person who ultimately defeated Sisera was Jael, a single woman.Today, you will be reminded that your worth and usefulness to God are not determined by your relationship status. If you’re single, divorced, or widowed, you may sometimes feel as if you are not living up to societal expectations or fulfilling your potential, but this passage shows that God has a plan and a purpose for each person's life, regardless of their marital status. Jael was able to accomplish a great feat for God precisely because she was not limited by societal expectations or obligations. As such, you can take heart in the fact that you too have a vital role to play in God's kingdom and that your singleness or divorce does not diminish your worth or your ability to serve God faithfully.Connect with Me:Website - https://www.wesleyne.com/Text LOVE to (832) 660-0942 to get a daily reminder of God's love and to chat with me.

S1 Ep 59Worshipping and Praising God with Joy
“Dance for Jesus and allow Him to fuel your spirit” - Wesleyne2 Samuel 6:16:But as the Ark of the Lord entered the City of David, Michal, the daughter of Saul, looked down from her window. When she saw King David leaping and dancing before the Lord, she was filled with contempt for him. When King David danced before the Lord with all his might as the ark of the Lord was being brought into Jerusalem, it was a powerful moment of celebration and joy. The passage is a reminder of the importance of worship and praise, and the role they play in our spiritual lives. It also highlights the significance of community in our spiritual journey. David's dance wasn't a solo performance; he was leading the entire nation of Israel in praise and worship.Today, you will learn that you should worship God with all your heart and not hold back, just like David did. You will also be reminded that we are not alone in our spiritual walk and that we should come together as a community to worship and praise God. It's through these communal experiences that we can deepen our connection with God and with each other, as we celebrate His goodness and faithfulness.Connect with Me:Website - https://www.wesleyne.com/Text LOVE to (832) 660-0942 to get a daily reminder of God's love and to chat with me.

S1 Ep 58Put Your Hope in God’s Love
“If we really trust the Lord, we will embrace the fresh start he extends to us each day and choose to live in the freedom the fresh start offers” - WesleyneLamentations 3:22 to 23:“The faithful love of the LORD never ends! His mercies never cease. Great is his faithfulness; his mercies begin afresh each morning.”This verse is a beautiful and comforting reminder of God's unwavering love and faithfulness toward his people, even in times of great suffering and despair. It speaks to the fact that no matter what trials we may face in life, we can always rely on God's steadfast love and mercy to see us through. This message is particularly relevant in times of great hardship when it can be all too easy to feel abandoned or forgotten by God. The passage also highlights the importance of hope and perseverance in the face of adversity. Today, you will be encouraged to never give up or lose faith, even when your circumstances seem overwhelming or insurmountable. Instead, you should cling to the knowledge that God's mercies are new every morning, and trust that He will always provide for you and guide you through the darkest of times. Overall, you should always have hope, comfort, and reassurance that no matter what you may face in life, God's love and mercy will always be there to sustain you.Connect with Me:Website - https://www.wesleyne.com/Text LOVE to (832) 660-0942 to get a daily reminder of God's love and to chat with me.

S1 Ep 57You Are Never Alone
“Compassion is a healing balm for a hurting heart” - WesleyneLamentations 3:32:Though he brings grief, he will show compassion, so great is his unfailing love.We are never alone in our struggles. It is comforting to know that even when we feel lost or alone, God is with us and his compassion never fails. His love is never-ending and His mercy is new every morning. This verse teaches us to lean on God during times of hardship and to trust that He will guide us through the storm. When we face challenges in life, it is easy to lose hope and become overwhelmed. However, today you will be reminded that there is always a light at the end of the tunnel. You may not know what the future holds, but you can trust that God has a plan for you and that His love will never fail you. So, hold on to hope, trust in God, and know that He is always with you, even in the darkest of times.Connect with Me:Website - https://www.wesleyne.com/Text LOVE to (832) 660-0942 to get a daily reminder of God's love and to chat with me.

S1 Ep 56Encouragement Through Your Hard Times
“Compassion is a gift we receive from God so that we in turn can give it away” - WesleyneLamentations 3: 32“Though he brings grief, he will show compassion, so great is his unfailing love.”This verse speaks to the steadfast love and faithfulness of the Lord. Even in the midst of great suffering and affliction, we can trust that God's love endures forever. This message of hope and encouragement is especially poignant in times of hardship, when it can be easy to lose faith and feel overwhelmed by our circumstances.Today, you will be reminded that no matter what you are facing, you are never alone. God is with you always, offering comfort, strength, and guidance. By placing your trust in Him, you can find the courage to persevere through even the darkest of times. So hold fast to the promise of God's unfailing love and steadfast faithfulness, knowing that He is with you every step of the way.Connect with Me:Website - https://www.wesleyne.com/Text LOVE to (832) 660-0942 to get a daily reminder of God's love and to chat with me.

S1 Ep 55Find Rest in Jesus Today
He has big shoulders. He wants to carry your burdens for you” - WesleyneMatthew 11:28 to 30“Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy and my burden is light.”For a hurried and rushed people these are refreshing words. Weary and burdened is how many of us would describe ourselves. That makes the invitation and the meaning of Matthew 11:28-30 even more enticing. While this verse is popular and often quoted, the true depth and beauty are sometimes missed. By looking at the meaning of Matthew 11:28-30 we can better understand what Jesus has invited us into. Today, you will be reminded that no matter what struggles you may face in life, you can always find comfort and solace in turning to Jesus. He offers to take on your burdens and guide you through the challenges you face, leading you to a place of rest and peace. Remember that you do not have to bear your burdens alone, but can rely on Jesus to walk with you and offer you his gentle and loving care.Connect with Me:Website - https://www.wesleyne.com/Text LOVE to (832) 660-0942 to get a daily reminder of God's love and to chat with me.

S1 Ep 54Let Love and Faithfulness Never Leave You
“In all your ways submit to Him, and He will make your path straight” - WesleyneProverbs 30:3 to 6:Let love and faithfulness never leave you; bind them around your neck, and write them on the tablet of your heart. Then you will win favor and a good name in the sight of God and man. This verse provides us with guidance on how to live a life that is pleasing to God. It speaks to the importance of internalizing God's commands and making them a part of our very being. When we do this, we are better equipped to resist temptation and to live in accordance with God's will. Today, you will be encouraged to trust in the Lord with all your heart and to lean not on your own understanding. This is a call to surrender your own will and intellect to God's guidance and wisdom. When you trust in the Lord in that way, God will make your paths straight. This does not mean that your life will be free from hardship or difficulty, but rather that God will guide you through the challenges and lead you toward the fulfillment of His purpose for your life. True wisdom comes from following God's ways and that we can trust in Him to guide us on our journey.Connect with Me:Website - https://www.wesleyne.com/Text LOVE to (832) 660-0942 to get a daily reminder of God's love and to chat with me.

S1 Ep 53God Your Protector and Provider
“Continue doing the right even when the right thing seems hard” - WesleynePsalms 84:11:"For the Lord God is a sun and shield; the Lord bestows favor and honor; no good thing does he withhold from those whose walk is blameless."This verse teaches that God is both a protector and a provider for those who follow him with a pure heart and a righteous life. It affirms that God blesses those who seek Him and walk in His ways and that He gives them everything that is good for them. It is a promise of God's faithfulness and goodness to those who trust in him.Today, you will be reminded to check your walk with God. Are you with God or on a path away from Him? There is nothing better than being with God. That includes times when you are alone, and when your heart is attentive to His Spirit. It’s also wonderful to gather with other believers to sing, pray, and be encouraged through human fellowship in which God is present.Connect with Me:Website - https://www.wesleyne.com/Text LOVE to (832) 660-0942 to get a daily reminder of God's love and to chat with me.

S1 Ep 52Why You Need Wisdom and Understanding
“You are not angry, you are peaceful. You are not worthless, you are worthy. You are not unloveable, you are full of love and you are loved” - WesleyneProverbs 13:3:Blessed are those who find wisdom, those who gain understanding King Solomon, a man who had everything, knew more about happiness than anyone. He advised that to attain happiness, one must seek and acquire wisdom and understanding as they significantly impact every aspect of life. Seeking these two traits should be a daily goal for everyone, as they offer greater benefits than anything else and bring true happiness and numerous other blessings. Today, you will be challenged to ask yourself whether you are pursuing wisdom and understanding or chasing vanity. The acquisition of both wisdom and understanding is the key to finding happiness. As a believer, you will achieve life’s greatest happiness by knowing and following God's will and having the insight to discern how to respond to a godless society.Connect with Me:Website - https://www.wesleyne.com/Text LOVE to (832) 660-0942 to get a daily reminder of God's love and to chat with me.

S1 Ep 51God is Everything You Need
“When you try to meet your own needs, you miss out on seeing the miracles of God’s provision” - WesleyneMark 6: 42 to 43:So they all ate and were filled. And they took up twelve baskets full of fragments and of the fish. Now those who had eaten the loaves were about five thousand men.Sometimes we miss out on what God wants to do in our lives because we go to people, expecting them to give us what we need, or we rely on ourselves instead of God. God can work through the people He puts in our lives to help us, but we must go to Him first and let Him determine the best way to meet our needs.Today, you will reminded that the Lord is your Provider. He loves you and He has a good plan for your life. He wants to bless you so you can fulfill His plan and purpose, so you can really enjoy your life. And in His Word, He tells you who He is and how you can access everything you need through Christ. When you seek things instead of God, your focus is not in the right place. Your relationship with God needs to be your number one priority all the time, because everything you need is found in Him. When you seek God to know Him more and to learn the right way to live, then you will have confidence that He will take care of everything that concerns you and meet all of your needs.Connect with Me:Website - https://www.wesleyne.com/Text LOVE to (832) 660-0942 to get a daily reminder of God's love and to chat with me.

S1 Ep 50Lessons in Life and Faith
“Follow the people who will lead you into a closer relationship with God” - WesleyneRuth 1: 16:But Ruth replied: Do not persuade me to leave you or go back and not follow you. For wherever you go, I will go, and wherever you live, I will live; your people will be my people, and your God will be my God.If you read the story of Ruth in the Bible, you will come across the impossible decision she had to make when she became widowed. “Should I remain in the safety of my homeland or commit myself to follow my mother-in-law, Naomi, to the far-off land of Judah? She must have wondered.” Later, when faced with exacting situation after situation, Ruth continued to discern what God would have her do. Though a woman of meager means and very few options, Ruth’s example reveals how God can use your consistent acts of ordinary faithfulness, devotion, and love to further His extraordinary plan of salvation. Today, if you are experiencing a time of great struggle or sorrow in your life, know that God is with you. Take encouragement from Ruth’s example of tenacious faith, devotion, and love. If you cling to God, his promises, and his people, he will meet you in your need wherever you are. Lean on God’s guidance and reach out to family, friends, or your pastor as you discern your way forward. And remember, you don’t have to have it all figured out. Just continue to take your next right step and God will do the rest!Connect with Me:Website - https://www.wesleyne.com/Text LOVE to (832) 660-0942 to get a daily reminder of God's love and to chat with me.

S1 Ep 49Why and How to Forgive Others
“Forgiveness is for you. Forgiveness is for God. Forgiveness is not for the other person” - WesleyneLuke 17: 3 to 4:So watch yourselves. “If your brother or sister sins against you, rebuke them; and if they repent, forgive them. Even if they sin against you seven times in a day and seven times come back to you saying 'I repent,' you must forgive them.”Forgiveness is a very broad topic covered in the Bible. If you read the Bible from cover to cover, you will come to the conclusion that it is all about forgiveness. But there are layers to the conversation on forgiveness. There is the forgiveness that we receive from God because of our sins. And directly tied to the forgiveness of our sin is our willingness to forgive when our relationships with each other are harmed in some way. Forgiveness is, therefore, very essential if you are going to grow as a child of God.Today, you will learn that even though forgiveness is hard, it is worth it. God is calling upon you to forgive knowing full and well what that means and how challenging it can be. He who has forgiven the unforgivable in you, calls you to forgive because He knows the freedom, redemption, and restoration that will eclipse your pain and loss when you partner with Him. May God bless you as you embrace that and incorporate it into your life.Connect with Me:Website - https://www.wesleyne.com/Text LOVE to (832) 660-0942 to get a daily reminder of God's love and to chat with me.

S1 Ep 48The Lord is Your Strength
“Cry out to God today. He is waiting. He wants to hear you. Know that your voice goes directly to his ear” - WesleynePsalms 18: 1 to 6:I love you, LORD, my strength. The LORD is my rock, my fortress, and my deliverer; my God is my rock, in whom I take refuge, my shield and the horn of my salvation, my stronghold. I called to the LORD, who is worthy of praise, and I have been saved from my enemies.Do you know what the Bible means by “The Lord is my strength, rock, fortress, deliverer, and shield”? Well. It means exactly that. This is one area of the word of God where you don’t need to overthink things at all. This word tells us that the Lord defends and protects us at all times, just like a shield is used in battle to defend and protect the one who wields it. Are trials and frustrations piling up on you? What do you do when you’re at the end of your rope, weakness reigns, and the attacks of the evil one feel relentless? Today, you’re going to learn that your response should always be to remember the Lord is your strength and shield, and to pray. Always ask God to be your strength and shield. Thank Him for all the times He has replaced your weakness with His strength and been your refuge in the storms of life.Connect with Me:Website - https://www.wesleyne.com/Text LOVE to (832) 660-0942 to get a daily reminder of God's love and to chat with me.

S1 Ep 47Getting the True Love You Seek
“The love you crave is the love from God, not the love from another human” - WesleyneBecause mankind has been created by God for intimacy, it’s no surprise most singles long for marital love. But like all of our deepest longings and desires, it has the potential to carry us to heights in God, when we allow Him to be in charge of it, or to places of desperation when it becomes more important than our love affair with Him.Today, you will be challenged to do what’s necessary to find true love. How often do you think the abundant life God promises is out there somewhere in a man or woman you will someday marry? Christ says, “This abundant life that you’re looking for, it’s inside of you and it’s who I am. I’m the abundance you need to fill up the deepest ache of your heart. I’m greater than any hope, dream, or desire, even the desire for a mate.” It’s a comfort to know that abundant life is not about what happens outside of you, right? Or if you are married or single because you have little control over that anyway. Praise God, life is no farther away than the depth of your soul because that’s where He is.Connect with Me:Website - https://www.wesleyne.com/Text LOVE to (832) 660-0942 to get a daily reminder of God's love and to chat with me.Join the Stop SIS Summit:https://rebrand.ly/stop-sis-summit

S1 Ep 46Embracing the Lord as Your Shepherd
“Even though you are walking in those dark valleys, fear no evil, because He is with you” - WesleynePsalms 23:1 says, “The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want” Through this simple illustration of God being our Shepherd, we see how God tenderly takes care to provide, guide, and protect us. King David was once a shepherd and he is the one who wrote that Psalm. In Israelite culture, to be a shepherd was lowly work given to the youngest family member. So it’s intriguing that David, who was also warrior and then a king, chose to look back at his time as a shepherd to paint a picture of how God cares for our needs.A shepherd represents a more close and intimate relationship. Whereas a king might do what's best for the majority, a shepherd knows each one of his sheep. Today, you will learn that that is how God cares for you. He knows each of your comings and goings, He knows every hair on your head, He knows when you are lost and makes every provision to find you through His Son Jesus Christ. Embrace that today, and your life will never be the same again.Connect with Me:Website - https://www.wesleyne.com/Text LOVE to (832) 660-0942 to get a daily reminder of God's love and to chat with me.Join the Stop SIS Summit:https://rebrand.ly/stop-sis-summit

S1 Ep 45Why You Should Always Trust in God
“Do not let shame overtake you. Do not let your enemies triumph over you. Call out to God” - WesleyneHaving faith is having trust. You have to trust with your entire being that God has your back and that he will help you and take care of you. He knows what is best, but to truly embrace what He has planned for you, you have to fully trust. Our trust is not foolish, for our God is both faithful and good.Today, you will be encouraged to dig into the bible, and acquaint yourself with the promises of God, with his longsuffering faithfulness to the Israelites, to Abraham, to us all. Get to know the character of God and your joy and willingness to trust in Him will abound.Connect with Me:Website - https://www.wesleyne.com/Text LOVE to (832) 660-0942 to get a daily reminder of God's love and to chat with me.Join the Stop SIS Summit:https://rebrand.ly/stop-sis-summit

S1 Ep 44Trusting God Even in Painful Times
“When we honor God, we experience a heavenly harvest that will help us to taste and see for ourselves that the Lord is good” - WesleyneThink of the biggest troubles you’ve had in your life and the worst pain you’ve had to endure physically or emotionally. God doesn’t want you to waste that hurt; he wants to redeem your suffering. You can always help people more through your weaknesses than through your strengths. Telling someone all the things you’re good at won’t help someone in pain. But sharing with them how God has walked with you through your pain could change their life.Today, you will be encouraged to persevere in your times of pain, to keep pushing through, and to be led by the Holy Spirit. Try your best to be around people who will give you the spiritual fruits you need, that is; love, peace, and joy. And use your pain as a tool to help others to the glory and honor of our Lord.Connect with Me:Website - https://www.wesleyne.com/Text LOVE to (832) 660-0942 to get a daily reminder of God's love and to chat with me.Join the Stop SIS Summit:https://rebrand.ly/stop-sis-summit

S1 Ep 43Living Within Your God Given Purpose
“When we receive Christ as our savior, we are enlisted in God’s great army” - WesleyneIt’s your desire as a Christian to fulfill that special calling God has placed on your life. Right? However, many make the mistake of believing that God will clunk them over the head, use a megaphone, or provide a magical ‘burning bush’ experience to reveal their purpose. We wait, we wonder, and we get frustrated, but we don’t observe and listen. Rarely does our life calling come pre-packaged with a list of ingredients and instructions on how to execute it. Rather, the discovery of our purpose is meant to be a journey; a journey of discovery. And since our personalities and experiences are all unique, how God reveals our purpose will be unique as well. Today will be encouraged to step into the divine purpose that God has for you and walk in it. Speak his word and allow other believers to tap into the love, joy, and peace that God has given you, and you will know nothing but blessings and abundance in your life. God bless you.Connect with Me:Website - https://www.wesleyne.com/Text LOVE to (832) 660-0942 to get a daily reminder of God's love and to chat with me.Join the Stop SIS Summit:https://rebrand.ly/stop-sis-summit

S1 Ep 42God Will Use You Right Where You Are
“When we receive Christ as our savior, we are enlisted in God’s great army” - WesleyneDo you know that you don't need to do anything else for God to begin to use you now? You don't have to read another paperback book, listen to another sermon, memorize another scripture, plant another seed gift, or repeat another creed or confession. You don't even need to attend another church service before God will begin to make use of you.Today, you will learn that you are a warrior of God and that He needs you to stay put and serve Him with what you have and where you’re at. God uses willing vessels, not brimming vessels. Throughout the Bible, in order to fulfill His plans for the earth, God used many people from all walks of life. All God needs to use YOU is all of you!Connect with Me:Website - https://www.wesleyne.com/Text LOVE to (832) 660-0942 to get a daily reminder of God's love and to chat with me.Join the Stop SIS Summit:https://rebrand.ly/stop-sis-summit

S1 Ep 41Having Strong Faith in God
“Faith is simply believing that the Lord is who He says He is and will do what He says He will do” - WesleyneFaith is at the center of Christian life. We profess that we have been saved by faith and that we now live by faith. But what does it really mean to have faith? What does it really mean to believe? Faith in the Lord means having confidence that God is good, that He’s on your side, and that He’s always working, even when you can’t see it.Today, you will be encouraged to allow faith to heal you, comfort you, be your strength, and be your deliverer and provider. Having faith in God will make you whole and anything that you pray for or hope for will come to pass if you have faith in God. S1 Ep 40Seeing God Through Your Painful Time
“When we honor God, we experience heavenly harvest that will help us to taste and see for ourselves that the Lord is good” - WesleyneHave you ever gone through a situation in life that left you wondering why God would allow you to experience the hurt, pain, or even discouragement that resulted? There is no doubt that some challenges in life are the result of poor choices, but for every believer, the reality is that we will all walk through hardship and will experience pain. Every individual God used mightily throughout Scripture went through seasons of hardship. Moses had to flee his family who wanted to kill him, Elijah had people seeking his death, Queen Esther risked her life in order to save the Jewish people, Jesus’ disciples were all martyred for their commitment to Christ, and our Savior was beaten and crucified for us. Today, you will learn that any pain and suffering you go through will never conclude without God’s power working through it supernaturally. Regardless of what you’re walking through today or what challenges are ahead, God wants you to know that He will see you through it all and you will come out victorious, stronger, wiser, and more fulfilled.Connect with Me:Website - https://www.wesleyne.com/Text LOVE to (832) 660-0942 to get a daily reminder of God's love and to chat with me.Join the Stop SIS Summit:https://rebrand.ly/stop-sis-summit

S1 Ep 39Loving God in Marriage or Singleness
“The love we crave is found in Christ alone” - WesleyneRomantic love is a wonderful gift from God, but all of our relational needs cannot be met in one relationship. We need more than romantic love to be truly fulfilled and happy. There are loads of clichés about love. “Love is all we need.” “I married my best friend.” Songs invite couples into an “us against the world” mentality. But these clichés are misleading and ultimately damage relationships. Romantic love serves a wonderful purpose, but it cannot do more than it was designed to do. It cannot replace the love of God. Today, you will learn how hugely important it is to love God. Each one of us is called to love God with every fiber of our being. So we must keep our relationship or marital status underneath our wholehearted discipleship, rather than letting it trump discipleship.Connect with Me:Website - https://www.wesleyne.com/Text LOVE to (832) 660-0942 to get a daily reminder of God's love and to chat with me.Join the Stop SIS Summit:https://rebrand.ly/stop-sis-summit

S1 Ep 38Why You Should Follow Godly People
“Relationships that are formed specially by God are stronger than any other kind” - WesleyneThe Word of God calls upon us to imitate and follow the examples of Christ and God the Father. But it also tells us to follow the Godly people around us, and to strive, by Christ’s help, to be Godly people who can be followed by others.Today, you will learn why that’s vital. To find Godly people who cannot mislead you, you can start by becoming part of a Bible-believing local church. God has His faithful people everywhere, and by becoming actively involved in the local body of Christ, you can get to know such people and learn from their examples in different areas, and hopefully, be an example yourself. May God bless you as you seek that with all your heart and being.Connect with Me:Website - https://www.wesleyne.com/Text LOVE to (832) 660-0942 to get a daily reminder of God's love and to chat with me.Join the Stop SIS Summit:https://rebrand.ly/stop-sis-summit

S1 Ep 37God is Your Provider
“If you will give God what little you have, He will have the chance to be the provider. He longs to be for you” - WesleyneAre you anxious about your future, your relationships, or your calling? One of God's greatest names is Jehovah Jireh, our Provider. “Provision” isn’t a word most people think much about. It’s a weightless word to us. We may use it euphemistically when we stock up on “provisions” for a road trip, meaning Twizzlers and combos. We may use it to refer to unexpected upgrades in life like getting a new car or your church getting a new sound system. Some of us remember times when God provided for needs in obvious ways like a check in the mail to cover rent or the generosity of a friend to pay for a hospital bill. We recognize these as God’s provision, but we rarely depend on the provision. Today, you will learn that if you depend on God at all times, He will provide for your physical, spiritual, emotional, relational, and directional needs according to His riches in glory!Connect with Me:Website - https://www.wesleyne.com/Text LOVE to (832) 660-0942 to get a daily reminder of God's love and to chat with me.Join the Stop SIS Summit:https://rebrand.ly/stop-sis-summit

S1 Ep 36Always Do What is Right
“Continue doing the right thing even when the right thing seems hard” - WesleyneGod cares about unethical business practices. He hates it when people are dishonest. You can choose to live according to the values of the world or according to the values of the Word of God. Christians who make the decision to follow the teachings of Jesus believe they will receive an eternal reward for having done the right thing. Others choose to go the way of the world - lying, cheating, and stealing every chance they get.It really isn’t all that difficult when you stop to think about it. There is no short-term advantage that is worth incurring the eternal wrath of God. Today, you will be encouraged to live your life in a way that brings a smile to the face of God. He will always bless you for doing the right thing. Many of his blessings are obvious, but even if you are suffering for doing the right thing, His blessings will have no bounds, and they will sustain and nourish you all the days of your life.Connect with Me:Website - https://www.wesleyne.com/Text LOVE to (832) 660-0942 to get a daily reminder of God's love and to chat with me.Join the Stop SIS Summit:https://rebrand.ly/stop-sis-summit

S1 Ep 35Cast Your Burdens On Jesus
“If you don’t give your burdens to Jesus, your life will become a burden and your problems will weigh you down and hold you back” - WesleyneBURDENS. We all get loaded down with them. Finances, strained marriages and broken relationships, emotional trauma, failing health, unexpected grief, you name it and it can be a crushing weight. Burdens hang on us like a wet blanket to steal our joy and zap our strength. Sleep is elusive at best, and when you wake, your mind instantly begins right where you left off. Burdens: they make you feel like you are running a marathon when you are standing in a mud pit. Today, you will learn to cast your burdens on the Lord. You don't have to bear your burdens alone. Jesus will bear them with you because He loves you beyond your wildest imagination. You must trust that in your muddy mess, He will show you how to rely on Him for everything. Start by telling God that you cast your burdens onto Him, and pray consistently for Him to give you the courage to completely let go of those burdens. And He will not let you down.Connect with Me:Website - https://www.wesleyne.com/Text LOVE to (832) 660-0942 to get a daily reminder of God's love and to chat with me.Join the Stop SIS Summit:https://rebrand.ly/stop-sis-summit

S1 Ep 34Living By Love and Faithfulness
“Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not to your own understanding” - WesleynePeople all over the world have been known to tie all sorts of things around their necks to make sure they don’t lose them. More often than not, it is their most prized possessions; keys, wedding rings, and the like. It’s a really good place to keep things you’d rather not lose.Today, God will encourage you through Proverbs 3:3 to 6 to keep love and faithfulness so close to you that they are bound around your neck and irreversibly etched onto your hearts. You should embrace and value these character qualities in such a way that they are with you forever. By doing so, you are drawing yourselves closer to God and sharing Jesus’ love by investing in the people around you.Connect with Me:Website - https://www.wesleyne.com/Text LOVE to (832) 660-0942 to get a daily reminder of God's love and to chat with me.Join the Stop SIS Summit:https://rebrand.ly/stop-sis-summit

S1 Ep 33You Are Worthy in God’s Eyes
“You are pleasant and your path is full of peace” - WesleyneWorldly self-esteem bases your worth on appearance, possessions, and accomplishments. Whether high or low, this kind of esteem is prideful, focuses on the self, and doesn’t add value to your life. It minimizes your potential for growth and influence. On the other hand, today you will learn that self-image based upon the value God has placed on you is Christ-centered and goes far beyond what you can dream or imagine. If you are a believer who wants to grow and succeed in life, you must live as someone valued by God.Connect with Me:Website - https://www.wesleyne.com/Text LOVE to (832) 660-0942 to get a daily reminder of God's love and to chat with me.Join the Stop SIS Summit:https://rebrand.ly/stop-sis-summit

S1 Ep 32Let Go of the Pain and Forgive
“God doesn’t want you to internalize your pain, He wants you to forgive” - WesleyneMost of us have at least some understanding of the fact that we are supposed to forgive. But why? And more importantly, how? We have heard about forgiveness from the time we were small. Hearing things like “move on,” and “just forgive him/her.” The idea has even been spouted in common phrases in our common vernacular, “Forgive and forget.”Today, you will learn that even though forgiveness is not simple or easy, God expects that you practice it without allowing resentment to rear its ugly head in you. Always remember that forgiveness does not validate the hurtful things others may do or say to you. However, in the end, forgiving with God’s help can allow you to move on. God is a God of justice, and you can rest in knowing that He cares for you and wants the best for you.Connect with Me:Website - https://www.wesleyne.com/Text LOVE to (832) 660-0942 to get a daily reminder of God's love and to chat with me.Join the Stop SIS Summit:https://rebrand.ly/stop-sis-summit

S1 Ep 31Take Refuge in God
“When you need strength, call on the Lord” - WesleyneWhat comes to mind when you hear the word “refuge”? You probably think of a well-built house with huge walls to keep your enemies out. Maybe you think of a person you trust to hold you tightly and defend you against whatever is troubling you. Or, maybe, for you, a refuge is being able to defend yourself and defeat whatever troubles might come your way and persevere to victory.Today, you will be encouraged to take refuge in God because just like a mother bird takes her vulnerable hatchlings under her wings to nurture, train, shelter, guide, and protect them, God will take care of you, protect you, and bless you. S1 Ep 30You Must Fear No Evil
“Fear no evil for He is with you” - WesleyneDo you have a tendency to imagine the worst? Do you fear evil? Do you combat an unfounded, irrational fear that keeps you from enjoying life? Fearful thoughts will always come. You can’t prevent that. And they will not all be unfounded or irrational. Some will be justifiable and shake you to the core.Today, you will learn that if you allow the truth of God’s Word to descend into your spirit, you will be able to draw it out at the right moment. Like a warrior armed and ready for battle, you will be equipped to face anything including defeating your enemies. As long as God is with you, you must fear no evil. S1 Ep 29Put Your Trust in God
“He will not allow your enemies to triumph over you” - WesleyneWe’re always told to have faith and to trust God. In some situations, that’s easier said than done. Sometimes we think things will be easier if we take them into our own hands. Putting all your trust in God is certainly not easy, but it will be worth it.Today, you will learn why it will be worth it. God knows everything you’re going through right now and everything you will go through in the future. He knows exactly how to handle every situation so you can get the best possible outcome. All you have to do is trust Him with that. S1 Ep 28You Don’t Need to Earn God’s Love
“As we trust Him, God lavishes his blessings on us from his stores of goodness” - WesleynePast sins and mistakes can weigh us down and make us think we are not worthy of God’s love or we must earn His love. God does not give salvation based on deeds or works but based on a relationship with His son, Jesus. His grace is open to all people regardless of past sins.Today, you will learn that God extends His grace freely to you and to all. Your past and future mistakes cannot blot out God’s forgiveness, and your good works can’t earn it. His generosity is evident through His gift of Jesus and He stands with His arms open to you. S1 Ep 27How to See Yourself as God’s Masterpiece
“How we see ourselves doesn't change how God sees us” - WesleyneComparison: we call it the thief of joy. It constantly causes us to feel inadequate and unworthy. It tries to rip us apart, make us over-examine our flaws, and tell us we aren’t good enough. We live in a society that encourages us to be different and unique, to embrace our imperfections and see them as beautiful, yet it also tries to show us picture-perfect images of what and who we should be.Today, you will learn how important it is to see yourself as God sees you, WORTHY, LOVED, and His MASTERPIECE. But it’s easier said than done. Seeing yourself as God’s beautiful creation can be one of the most challenging things you can do, especially in the fallen world we live in. But luckily God doesn’t leave us alone to deal with it. Through scripture, prayer, knowing yourself, and fellowship, God will always remind you that you are created in His image, His beautiful image.Connect with Me:Website - https://www.wesleyne.com/Text LOVE to (832) 660-0942 to get a daily reminder of God's love and to chat with me.Join the Stop SIS Summit:https://rebrand.ly/stop-sis-summit

S1 Ep 26The Power of Confidence in Christ
“The key to overcoming our insecurities is to put our security in Christ” - WesleyneConfidence in Christ can be a difficult thing to wrap your mind around because, in our world, confidence is always rooted in you, your goodness, your abilities, your personality, your words, your successes, and your actions. But confidence in Christ is rooted in God alone. You can be confident because of what He has done, not what you’ve done yourself.Struggling with low self-esteem, people-pleasing, and insecurity? Today, you will learn how to use God’s Word to grow your confidence in Christ alone. You are loved, you are chosen, you are redeemed, and Christ’s work in you, regardless of your mistakes, flaws, weaknesses, and sins, is enough for you to hold your head high with confidence. So go forth and build up your confidence in Christ and you’ll never regret it. S1 Ep 25Always Remember Your Virtues
“You are trustworthy, industrious, organized and loving, so remember in all that you do, remember your virtues” - WesleyneWhen someone is described as being virtuous, it sets them apart from others in character, strength, and morality. It’s a characteristic that can be found within the mindsets of several women in the Bible, from Ruth to Esther to Mary, as well as described of others through countless verses. Virtue is defined as “Conformity to a standard of right; a beneficial quality or power, commendable quality; and chastity.”Today, you will learn that being a virtuous woman means you must not look to society, or even people in general, for your worth, but to God and what He has called you to be as part of His plan. Even if it means that you are seen as an outcast for your choice to follow God regardless of what your personal and professional life looks like, you do so because you know God loves you and will meet you at the point of your needs.Connect with Me:Website - https://www.wesleyne.com/Text LOVE to (832) 660-0942 to get a daily reminder of God's love and to chat with me.Join the Stop SIS Summit:https://rebrand.ly/stop-sis-summit

S1 Ep 24Allow God to Work Through You
“You won’t know how powerful God is until you actually need him to show up” - WesleyneHave you ever felt like your life is not in the center of God's will? If you have then you're not alone. One of the most central messages of Christianity is God bringing a purpose that brings both success and satisfaction. You probably know that God has a plan for you, but did you know that that plan won't take effect unless you allow God to work in your life?Today, you will learn that in as much as God is sovereign and powerful, He's also just in the sense that He will never force His will over you. He allows you to choose whether to have your own way or His way. God's way is good, pleasing, and perfect and you should allow Him to work that plan into you.Connect with Me:Website - https://www.wesleyne.com/Text LOVE to (832) 660-0942 to get a daily reminder of God's love and to chat with me.Join the Stop SIS Summit:https://rebrand.ly/stop-sis-summit

S1 Ep 23God Heals All That is Broken
“God heals all broken things. He mends them. You can’t see beyond your current situation, but God sees it” - WesleyneThere are so many things that can break our hearts. Charles Spurgeon puts it this way: “There are many sorts of broken hearts, and Christ is good at healing them all.” So, what can break your heart? The death of a loved one. A job can break your heart. The end of a friendship. A church situation can break your heart. The realization that life is unfair and many other things.Today, you will learn that no matter what caused your heart to break, you can trust God. He will help you break free of the things, feelings, and memories stemming from brokenness. He wants you to be whole in Him. He is there for you fighting to heal your mind, heart, and body. S1 Ep 22God is Slow to Anger and Quick to Forgive
“If God has forgiven you, why are you still holding on to the pain. Release the pain. Repent. Speak to God and know that He will restore you” - WesleyneMany of the most common troubles in Christian life come from relating to God as if He was like us, as if His kindness was as slight as our kindness, His forgiveness as reluctant as our forgiveness, His patience as fleeting as our patience. Under impressions such as these, we walk uneasily through our Christian life, insecurity rumbling like distant thunder.Today, you will learn that when you repent and return to God, confessing and forsaking your sins, you will find a Father running to meet you, a Savior who has already been knocking, a God who abundantly pardons and plentifully redeems, and a Lord whose patience is perfect.Connect with Me:Website - https://www.wesleyne.com/Text LOVE to (832) 660-0942 to get a daily reminder of God's love and to chat with me.Join the Stop SIS Summit:https://rebrand.ly/stop-sis-summit

S1 Ep 21Give it to God and Let Go
“If you feel like you’re broken in a million different pieces, your heart has been shattered, your soul has been shattered, know that God is the best builder there is. He can take all those broken pieces and make you whole” - WesleyneThe unknown is scary. It’s hard to not want to control how your future will turn out. We get anxious if things don’t go as planned. We doubt God’s ability to lead and guide us. The process of giving God control and letting things go is definitely not easy. Today, you will learn that when life gets out of control, when you know you are in trouble, when life forces you to realize that you’re powerless to save yourself, you must give it to God and let go. You must call out to Him in your times of need. He will always show up. He will be there with the perfect advice and the perfect answer at the perfect time. When you do, you will realize that you take your intimate relationship with Him for granted, trying to live life on your own, and not very successfully. The good news is that there is always a blessing and God’s goodness attached to the other end of giving it to Him and letting go. S1 Ep 20The Majesty of God
“When we meditate on God, He becomes the biggest thing in our lives” - WesleyneDo you ever stop to meditate on God’s majesty and power? Sometimes it feels easy for us to remember how great and powerful God is. Other times, when we fall into a routine and don’t make intentional time for Him, it can feel harder. Regardless of where you fall in this spectrum, today you will be reminded that you can benefit from taking a brief moment to pause and look for God in the world around us. We serve a God who puts beauty in everything, from the smallest details to the biggest, most earth-shatteringly joyful events. God is active and present in every breath you take. With such simple reminders of His goodness, creativity, planning, and majesty, you will consistently know Him better and feel closer to His heart. S1 Ep 19Being Curious in Seeking God
“We may not always understand God, but we should desire to know Him more” - WesleyneThere are many things we don’t understand about how God does things and in this life in general. Therefore, asking questions is a natural response when we are faced with unexpected circumstances. Going before God, the Author of Life, with our questions and concerns, is, of course, not wrong.Today, you will learn that instead of letting your curiosity affect your relationship with God, it’s better to leverage it to build your faith in Him and realize your limitations (humility), show your deep cares and struggles (honesty), reveal your curiosity and desire to learn more (hunger), and express your aspiration and expectation (hope and faith).
