GOAT. Goals are attained after trials. Based on that definition, Four-Time Olympian Chaunté Lowe is a GOAT. In this episode, she reminds us: 1) we are our first advocate; 2) the importance of not missing our appointments; and 3) what tests/screenings we should be requesting from our doctors. Chaunté’s story is one that is inspiring and empowering. The gems she drops are beneficial to us no matter our journey. Terri and Dr. Dom even have some with her during “Oh You Blatchet?”. Be sure to share this story with all of the female-bodied people in your life.
