Have you ever had a moment where you felt so overwhelmed and you wanted to be reactive? A birth certificate sent me into a tailspin. That tailspin almost had me thinking the worst and when I stopped to think about it, it was my reaction to it that could have made it worse.

All of these changes happening in our world is adding so much stress into the atmosphere. SO what are your short term and long terms of aiding you through this journey?
