Today, we do something different and have a friendly debate over the prudence of the school voucher revolution in red states. On net, I believe these policies are the best we can do given the strategic disadvantage we have against public education. He is worried about this program being structured like an open-ended entitlement, the budgetary effects, and most importantly the strings that typically come attached to such funding. We both agree that at a minimum, school vouchers are an incomplete solution to education refor and must also be accompanied by strong protections against state mandates on private schools, an effort to reject federal education funding, and structuring the program in a way that looks more like a tax credit than an entitlement. This is the story of the century. After 70 years of debate, the government’s own data says and a federal judge believes that the current level of fluoridation of most of our water poses an unreasonable risk of neurotoxicity. We’re joined today by Michael Connett, the lead attorney in the federal lawsuit that might lead to the banning of fluoride in our water. We discuss the legal authority he creatively used to secure this ruling and what comes next. Connett uses his wealth of knowledge about fluoride to show that placing it in the water is senseless and poses the greatest risk without even actualizing the supposed benefits that are achieved through voluntarily using it in toothpaste. The clock is ticking. It’s not just that we have endless untapped political opportunities in red states. What’s worse – the government’s COVID data or crime data? We begin with a discussion about new monkeypox vaccines being dangerous. Also, we delve into the story of Alexis Lorenze, who faces life-threatening injuries from being forced to get three vaccines in order to get treatment for a serious illness. We must promote a bodily autonomy right against coerced medical procedures in every state. Next, we move on to crime data. We’re joined by my friend Sean Kennedy, executive director of the Coalition for Law, Order and Safety and expert on crime policy, to discuss all the ways the FBI has distorted the crime data to show a “historic” drop in crime. In fact, officials have changed the way they count, they use multiple methodologies, and there is so much missing data. This is proven by several parallel measures that indicate crime is either going up or coasting at high levels, depending on the category. We also discuss the appallingly low clearance rates for crimes and how, given the technology we have, it should be impossible for street thugs to evade law enforcement. Yet there is a political ideology pervading most political leaders that makes them pro-criminal. Today I make the legal argument for states to deter the border invasion. The bad news is that Harris is up in the polls, Republicans are down a lot in Senate races, and Democrats have tended to outperform their polling. For years, all we got with Republicans was the promise of “the lesser of two evils.” Meanwhile, things always get worse, and now Republicans can’t even win any more because the voters sense a lack of sincerity. There has to be a point when we finally pull the plug on “vote Republican no matter what.” In my view, that line has been drawn in the Utah gubernatorial race. We’re joined by Utah state Rep. Phil Lyman, who is challenging Gov. Spencer Cox as a write-in candidate during the general election. Lyman makes the case for why this situation is different. He believes that he is the rightful nominee after having won the convention. He describes the web of corruption surrounding the players and the process through which Cox gathered signatures. He also shows how Cox is so liberal that it would actually be worse for him to win than the Democrat. We need to diversify our political investments just like we would financial investments. We need to understand the limitations of Trump to even win, much less change things, as well as our limited ability to alter the outcome of the presidential election at an individual level. However, when it comes to red state local and statewide races, we can accomplish so much more. Emily Phillips who got elected as a school board member fighting mask mandates and is now challenging a RINO state senator. She explains why her election embodies both the opportunities and challenges conservatives face in making red state legislatures red. They are truing to shield members from having to take tough votes and her entire mission is to force them to take those tough votes. She also shows how RINOs are so shameless and have no fear of God that they are willing to lie about conservative challengers and paint them as the liberal. Today, I issue a clarion warning that unless Trump ups his game and we craft a better message, Harris will win, possibly overwhelmingly. I provide an analysis of how Trump woefully underperformed in suburbs even of small to mid-sized cities in red states in 2020. I go state by state to show how it wasn’t just a question of cheating in blue states that made the difference. Everyone is on edge because the stock market is crashing, but let’s not forget that the stock market is all fake. The real economy has already crashed as a result of the Great Reset. The record consumer debt, anemic job growth outside government sectors, and public debt have created an unprecedented collapse that will intensify regardless of which fake numbers are posted at the Nasdaq every day. The difference between this crash and the others is that the feds completely lost control over their “debt arson” and do not have enough fire extinguishers to put out the fire as they did in 2008. Liberals utilize talking points in pursuit of fixed objectives; conservatives utilize ever-changing objective in pursuit of cheap talking points. I offer several examples of this through the prism of primary results, some aspects of school choice, and support for subsidizing the child-care cartel. Next, I tackle the discussion of a male boxer pummeling a female. Conservatives are outraged about the dangers of men in female sports, but many of them are missing the broader point. The problem with transgenderism isn’t primarily males cosplaying females and certainly not primarily a sports problem. I use a comprehensive Gallup survey to prove how the entire gender confusion is rooted in the feminist androgynous culture that has destroyed femininity among women. Conservative media figures who were in a coma during 2022 and during the presidential and congressional primaries are suddenly realizing that Trump is veering left and could lose the election anyway.
