GOP Must Do Better Job Communicating on Inflation | 2/24/25

Trump has shown over the weekend that he is clearly frustrated by the pace of both deportations and spending cuts. We focus mainly on the spending issue today, showing how Republicans have done a poor job communicating to the public how these very programs that people are dependent upon are driving inflation, creating asset bubbles, and devaluing the purchasing power of the dollar in a way that only benefits the wealthy. Specifically, I show how Trump can champion deficit reduction in a populist way, particularly for young voters who are screwed the most by deficit spending and the housing crisis it has induced. Next, we delve into problematic Trump endorsements and the need to replace primaries with conventions. Also, judicial supremacism will continue to blunt a lot of perceived gains from this administration. Learn more about your ad choices. Visit megaphone.fm/adchoices

The Unstoppable Transactional Gold Movement Is the Only Solution | 2/21/25

We begin by discussing how Congress is proving that lawmakers have no interest in cutting spending. The problem is that Trump doesn’t realize the mutual exclusivity of his desire to cut inflation with his concurrent desire to cut nothing but “waste, fraud, and abuse.” I explain how this is similar to the Obamacare fight of 2017. This is why transactional gold is the only solution. We’re joined by BlazeTV host Kevin Freeman, author of "Pirate Money" and one of the leaders of the movement, for an amazing update on the transactional gold bills moving through the states. He believes some states beginning with Utah, Oklahoma, and Florida will adopt the plan this year. Kevin explains how marrying the gold rush with transactional and liquid currency is the perfect balance between the status quo of a bankrupt, inflationary dollar mixed with people buying nonfunctional bars of gold to be stored rather than spent. This is the single most important movement of our time. Learn more about your ad choices. Visit megaphone.fm/adchoices

No Conservative Victories Come for Free | 2/20/25

Conservative media are lying to you. They are conflating opportunities with outcomes and momentum with actualized gains. They are giving the impression that draining the swamp, cutting spending, and ending illegal immigration are easy. Yet the only way to secure enduring victories is fighting through adversity. I explain what some of those choke points are and how, absent the desire or ability to power through them, most of these gains will be reversed. Also, we must make sure we don’t treat Mexico like Afghanistan and work toward quixotic goals of propping up the Mexican government against the cartels. Instead, we must create a buffer zone and use conventional military force, not special forces or CIA. Learn more about your ad choices. Visit megaphone.fm/adchoices

What the DOGE Is and Isn’t Cutting | 2/19/25

There is so much potential to downsize government, but if we allow our colleagues in conservative media to lie to the public, we will not stick the landing. Too many people are being told that DOGE magically discovered trillions in savings without cutting a single program. That is simply not true, and this is reflected in the congressional budget, where lawmakers are struggling to find even a fraction of those savings. There is a role for the DOGE, but we need to be honest about what it is going to take to actually bring down inflation. We go program by program and strategy by strategy to cut through the optical illusions and false choices. Learn more about your ad choices. Visit megaphone.fm/adchoices

Bird Flu Is the COVID Playbook All Over Again | 2/18/25

What happened to banning mRNA? Why are the COVID vaccines still on the market and their makers now getting contracts for other vaccines, including for the bird flu? We’re joined today by Dr. Kat Lindley, who is not letting go of this issue. She is warning that because we failed to kill the pandemic playbook, it is being run again almost word for word with bird flu. Those running the playbook created a more virulent strain with gain-of-function research, killed off herd immunity among the chickens, are engaging in mass testing, and now are on the cusp of pushing dangerous vaccines that will only exacerbate the pathogen – all elements of the COVID playbook. We discuss the need for RFK Jr. to order a change, not just at HHS but at the USDA, to stop mass testing and mass vaccination and push for a strategy of herd immunity instead of slaughtering the chickens. She also calls upon RFK, along with the states, to immediately ban mRNA vaccines. Learn more about your ad choices. Visit megaphone.fm/adchoices

Conservatives Have a Personnel Problem | 2/17/25

We’ve never had such an open lane to implement all of our policies federally and in the red states. Even the media is conceding that Trump is running circles around the Democrats and has a bigger megaphone than they do. Yet we still are not sticking the landing on outcomes because of the "holy trinity of strategies" I outline on today’s show. They are pressuring Congress to enact his orders, standing up to the courts, and elevating the right people in the red states. I discuss how RINOs in Congress are fighting every last spending cut. The reason we are not sticking the landing is because conservatives lack personnel who believe in our values for real and have the brains to implement them. I read an incisive article from New Hampshire explaining how the dearth of elite human capital on the Right ensures that even when we pass good laws, we fail to stick the landing. It’s Time for Activists, Not Pundits | 2/14/25

Between the good bills we have introduced in red states and Trump’s executive orders, the sky is the limit as to what we can accomplish. But if we sit back as pundits and don’t push activism, none of this will come to fruition. We tackle the courts, budget reconciliation, the lack of a vision from congressional Republicans, and the need for Trump to offer affirmative direction. I prove once again that the best policies from Trump so far will be terminated if we don’t embed them in the budget bill. Next, we go through the latest news on immigration enforcement and how Republicans are trying to undermine the policies that will actually work. Finally, I offer a lightning round of the bills I’m working on in red states. We are gaining traction but will come up short if we don’t apply pressure to the RINOs. Learn more about your ad choices. Why the House GOP Reconciliation Bill Sucks | 2/13/25

Today, I offer everything you need to know about the House budget reconciliation proposal. It will blow a massive hole in the deficit, exacerbate inflation, provide Democrats with a good campaign message, and leave us with no accomplishments. Instead, I lay out a vision of what Trump should do with welfare reform, ending foreign worker programs, cutting all global warming regulations, repealing Obamacare, and using the tax code to reform health care. Trump is uniquely suited to use the bully pulpit and message transformational change. If we fail to take this approach, we are doomed to a life of crushing, unaffordable prices. Down-Ballot Republicans Have Not Changed Since Trump’s Election | 2/12/25

So many of us have been inspired by Trump’s executive orders, but unfortunately most of them will not last, because Republicans have not changed who they are. I explain why Trump needs to push back against judicial supremacism and demand a better budget reconciliation bill in Congress in order for him to stick the landing on his agenda. Sadly, Republicans have not changed even in deep-red states. We’re joined today by Ryan Walters, the Oklahoma state superintendent of public instruction, who is trying to challenge the idea of flooding our schools with illegal aliens. He discusses how Republicans are fighting him stridently because they support illegal aliens. We also discuss the problems of blue-city education budgets, foreigners dominating our universities, and the need to keep anything not oriented toward improving skills out of our schools. The Definitive Case Against Judicial Supremacy | 2/11/25

Unless we terminate the erroneous notion of judicial supremacism, we will be left with tyranny, and Trump and red states will be powerless to change anything. In today’s extra-long episode, I offer the definitive history, legal case, and philosophical argument against judicial supremacism and in favor of constitutional decompartmentalization. I explain the system our founders adopted and rejected, the true lesson of Marbury v. Madison, and the difference between judicial review and judicial supremacism. There is no such thing as a judicial veto on a law and policy, and the other branches have an even greater obligation and power to push back against bad rulings that affect broad political questions. I explain how Trump can "walk before running" and slowly inch away from judicial supremacism in cases where judges try to mandate affirmative executive actions on issues that are clearly out of their jurisdiction. In Politics, We Get What We Fight For | 2/10/25

There is a ton of focus on Trump’s White House, which is why we are getting a lot of good policies. However, there is less focus on Trump’s interaction with Congress and primary endorsements. Hence, we get a lot less. Today, I raise some concerns about progress on immigration enforcement and spending cuts. While Trump has signaled a good direction on a lot of policies, many of them are not resulting in full outcomes — either because of the courts or a lack of follow-through. I explain what needs to be done on immigration to get the deportation numbers up and what Trump must do on budget reconciliation. Also, inflation is getting worse, and now we have fewer buyers of U.S. treasuries. Learn more about your ad choices. Visit megaphone.fm/adchoices

How Republicans Handed Texas to Democrats | 2/7/25

It’s worse than you think. Republicans won a huge mandate in Texas, yet a group of RINOs worked with Democrats to hand control of the legislature to Democrats. We’re joined by Rep. Brian Harrison (R), one of the few conservatives willing to fight corrupt leaders, for an in-depth discussion on how decent conservatives get co-opted by the very leadership empowering Democrats. In a wide-ranging discussion, we take you inside these legislative chambers to understand the tactics and psychology devious GOP leaders use to literally empower Democrats, block conservative priorities, and at the same time maintain an image as conservatives. Unless we find a way to distinguish our jerseys, we will continue to flush red states down the toilet. Learn more about your ad choices. Visit megaphone.fm/adchoices

It’s Either Use It or Lose It on Immigration Enforcement | 2/6/25

We begin by discussing the need for Trump to get better on endorsements and also set a direction for Congress to include his executive orders in budget reconciliation. This is the only way to secure enduring victories. Nowhere is this more evident than with immigration. Today, I explain why we have one chance to finally end illegal immigration and why, if we don’t fully utilize street-level enforcement, deterrent, and de-magnetization, the uniparty will claim we are not capable of solving the issue ever again. There are some concerns about the commitment to this objective, both among some in the administration and in red states. I’m also concerned about the mission at the border and whether we will treat it like a military operation. Finally, I offer some thoughts on Trump clarifying his plan for Gaza. Winning Combo: Coupling Trump’s Big Picture with an Ideological Guardrail | 2/5/25

Everyone is trying to make sense of Trump’s latest statements on taking over Gaza. Today, I build a thesis about Trump that is instructive in directing our focus for the next four years. Trump is great at thinking outside the box on big-picture goals. However, because he is not ideological, he is often prone to accepting deals, regardless of the exact details, just to show that his trolling worked. In fact, this often overextends him and forces him to feel pressured into taking deals rather than walking away from them. If we create guardrails and an ideological rudder, the sky is the limit. I also discuss the need to place the elimination of USAID and the Department of Education into budget reconciliation. Plus, how the sovereign wealth fund ties into mRNA and data centers and why that is a great example of Trump’s out-of-the box thinking that needs ideological guardrails. How to Drain the 50 State Swamps | 2/4/25

The swamp is not just in D.C.; it’s in all 50 state Capitols. In fact, it’s even worse in red states, because there is no scrutiny from the public. We begin today by going through some examples of excellent legislation we could pass but that is being blocked by Republicans. I’m joined by Andy Roth of the State Freedom Caucus Network, who gives us his thoughts on the legislative sessions so far. Republican leaders are worse than ever in places like Florida, South Carolina, and Texas. Andy explains how the creation of the Freedom Caucus is the only solution to the problem of getting individual members with the courage and acumen to fight against leadership. However, at the same time, he can’t rush into a state to create a caucus unless it won’t be watered down and subverted from within. Roth also teases out which states will be easier and which states will be harder to create a caucus in. Ultimately, we will not drain the red-state swamps without working in primaries and growing Freedom Caucuses. Learn more about your ad choices. Visit megaphone.fm/adchoices

A Military Op or a Photo Op at the Border? | 2/3/25

Just like Joseph’s advice in Pharaoh’s dream, we need to build now in a time of ‘political plenty’ for when Democrats take back power. To the end, I’m concerned about what the administration is doing to keep promoting the homosexual agenda minus the transgenderism. We need to maximize the momentum and not allow subversive Republicans to blunt it. Nowhere is this more evident than with immigration. Today, I offer a comprehensive plan for ending illegal immigration in the interior while using the military at the border, not for a supportive law enforcement operation, but for a military operation to create a buffer zone. I also go through some concerns about inflation and the budget placing us ad a disadvantage with the tariffs. The tariffs would be much more effective if we first cut spending and implemented regulatory reform. Learn more about your ad choices. Visit megaphone.fm/adchoices

Why We Need the Freedom Caucus to Self-Separate from Duplicitous RINOs | 1/31/25

We begin today with an update on the Florida RINO amnesty fight with Governor DeSantis. These people are hell-bent on bringing the state back to pre-DeSantis governance controlled by special interests. Yet they run on our issues when they campaign. This is why we must self-separate, and this is where the Freedom Caucus comes in. We’re joined today by Rep. Andy Harris (R-Md.), the new chairman of the House Freedom Caucus, for an update on the caucus' fight with leadership over trying to actually fulfill the promise to bring down inflation. He discusses the plan for cutting spending and budget reconciliation. We also delve into the need for wholesale health care reform to bring back life, liberty, and fiscal solvency. Finally, he discusses the need to responsibly grow the Freedom Caucus in such a way that imposters cannot get away with co-opting our brand to promote the uniparty’s special interests. The Opportunity for a Renewed Monroe Doctrine | 1/30/25

We begin today with some domestic politics and the concern that RINOs continue to destroy red states while wrapping themselves in Trump’s name. People close to Trump who claim to share the values of the base need a strategy to shut this down. Next, we’re joined by our foremost Latin American affairs expert, Joseph Humire, for a riveting discussion on why we need to rebuild the Monroe Doctrine. Humire explains the geopolitical situation, how China and Russia are taking over critical areas of Latin America, and how we could easily combat their influence. We need not treat Latin America like the Middle East and engage in nation-building. He offers some ideas on how to use a carrot-and-stick approach to assert our national interests — all built upon creating a security perimeter. He also discusses the future of the cartels, the threat of Venezuela, and the diplomatic strategy behind the Panama Canal spat with the Panamanian leader. Learn more about your ad choices. We Need More Activists, Not Pundits | 1/29/25

The Left pays its people to be activists. The Right pays people to be pundits. The reality is you get more of what you pay for. This is how RINOs continue to fool voters and get re-elected. I delve into depth of how the Florida legislative leaders subverted DeSantis’ effort to enforce immigration law while packaging their bill in Orwellian terms. We’re joined today by one of the best Florida legislators, Sen. Blaise Ingoglia, one of the only ones to vote against the bad bill and a key author of so many of DeSantis’ key accomplishments. He explains how leadership manipulates the time, resources, and procedures to force members into false choices and essentially hands control of the state to Democrats. He also makes the case for why he is running for Florida’s chief financial officer. He is a policy innovator and a model of what we need in public office. Learn more about your ad choices. Everything You Need to Know About the Florida Legislature’s Meltdown | 1/28/25

What occurred this week in the Florida legislature is a Rosetta stone to cracking the code of GOP perfidy. Republicans are incorrigibly bought out by special interests and are just as favorably disposed to open borders as they ever were. The only thing that has changed is that they use Trump’s name to obfuscate their betrayals and make it even harder to defeat them in the primaries. I go through the policy and political background of the legislative leadership’s fight with DeSantis over immigration enforcement and how it sheds light on every other issue in other states as well. Beware Judicial Supremacism Ruining Trump’s Term | 1/27/25

Following the first week of the Trump administration, we have a lot of good policies and some bad ones. Our job is to cement the good ones into enduring victories while swiftly swatting down the bad ones. One of the challenges will be the courts. They are already standing up for illegal aliens and preventing states from enforcing the laws. I go through immigration, foreign policy, and spending to show how there is a ton of potential but also conflicting policies. Also, Trump should push for maritime removals and then anchor the ships off the coasts of nations that refuse to readmit them. Learn more about your ad choices. Visit megaphone.fm/adchoices

Why Anchor-Baby Citizenship Is Actually Repugnant to the Constitution | 1/24/25

Today, we offer the full case against anchor-baby jurisprudence. I’m joined by Amy Swearer, senior legal fellow at the Heritage Foundation, who has written scholarly papers showing conclusively that the plain meaning of the 14th Amendment was not adopting unqualified birthright citizenship for foreigners and most certainly not for illegal aliens and temporary visitors. The entire philosophy of citizenship, both pre- and post-adoption of the 14th Amendment, was built upon consent and allegiance. Amy explains why Wong Kim Ark expresses a false view of history but at the same time is clear that birthright citizenship cannot apply to those here against the national consent. Andy Biggs for Arizona Governor! | 1/23/25

We begin today by continuing to connect the dots between the tech bros, Arab donors, and this push for AI data centers. It is reverberating across other important issues as well, such as immigration and foreign policy. These donors are continuing to steer Trump’s administration in the direction of Biden’s foreign policy. Next, we’re joined by Rep. Andy Biggs (R-Ariz.), a former Freedom Caucus chair, who tells us why he is considering running for Arizona governor. He feels that Arizona is at a crossroads, and he wants to wean the state off federal dependence. We go into great detail on the federal budget and the need to bend the trajectory of spending and health care programs. He is working hard to put transformative spending cuts into budget reconciliation. Biggs also discusses other potential opportunities to enact good legislation without the obstacle of the Senate filibuster. Learn more about your ad choices. Visit megaphone.fm/adchoices

Do We Know Enough Information About the Data Center Investments? | 1/22/25

We need to avoid playing "Lucy and the football" like we did during the first administration. I stress the need to fight to enshrine the good proposals of this administration but also to raise red flags about problematic trends. Trump has made it a priority to facilitate a half-trillion-dollar investment in seeding the country with AI centers. It is understandable to want to compete in AI innovation, but we need to understand where this money is coming from and where it’s headed. Right off the bat, the Oracle CEO painted a dystopian vision of transhumanism with mRNA technology that will violate informed consent. I also lay out many concerns for local communities and how the feds might be using emergency powers, cronyism, and venture socialism to strong-arm our communities with beacons of foreign control, land-grabs, cultural transformation, and a surveillance state. Grand Optimism and Vigorous Vigilance Will Net Enduring Victories | 1/21/25

Today, I analyze Trump’s first day in office in general and the executive orders specifically. On the one hand, most of the orders are not yet enduring and we still have to cross a number of hurdles. But on the other hand, the willingness to get rid of things like birthright citizenship demonstrates that the sky is the limit in terms of the mandate. We need to think much bigger. There is no reason why Trump can’t use his unprecedented bully pulpit and veto threat to get more out of Congress. It also shows that we don’t need to accept liberal policies from this administration. Trump is willing to deliver what we demand, so why back down? Setting the Proper Expectations for This Presidency | 1/20/25

The excuses are over. The Democrats, the media, and their enablers have all been defeated. Trump has the greatest mandate, bully pulpit, and consolidation of power in modern history. He can use that power to crush the Left, or he can use that power to crush the right. It’s that simple. I lay out some realistic expectations of what Trump needs to do on energy and immigration beyond the initial executive orders. I also make the case for why a renewal and expansion of the travel ban from Islamic countries is absolutely vital and is an example of an enduring victory that we must forge. It will also be very revealing to see if he listens to the voices of original MAGA figures or some of these new globalist donors. Is Politics a Means or an End in Itself? | 01/17/25

The most important question in politics is this: Who treats politics as a means to policy outcomes, and who treats it as an end in itself? If you are in the former camp, you will be more appalled when Republicans do liberal things because that prevents us from ever achieving our goals. I use this theme to provide updates on the atrocious hostage deal, budget reconciliation, and some of the Cabinet confirmation hearings. Republicans are now going to the media and bashing the only plan on the table to actually cut spending. Why? Because politics is an end in itself. Finally, I discuss why the housing and credit crises are all related to the inflation-driven spending, yet Republicans are making up excuses to distract from cutting spending. What We MUST Do in the Wake of the Israel Hostage Deal | 1/16/25

Today, I dispel all of the loser arguments in favor of a hostage deal supported by Qatar, the Muslim Brotherhood, Biden, and every Democrat around. What we witnessed yesterday was the power and danger of the purported right-wing leader joining with the Left to crush us. It doesn’t have to be this way. I believe we are at a crossroads. If we ramp up the pressure on Trump, there are still good things we can do. I make the case for divesting from Qatar and shoring up Trump’s foreign policy to make sure he doesn’t endorse a Palestinian state. What the Israel Hostage Deal Portends for Trump Domestic Policy | 1/15/25

We could bury our heads in the sand, or we could force a course correction with Trump before it’s too late. Nobody is discussing this, but earlier this week, Trump’s Middle East envoy, Steve Witkoff, shocked the world and pressured Israel to accept a deal to essentially rebuild Hamas and release 1,000 terrorists in exchange for only some of the hostages, who might not even be alive. I explain what this represents, where it’s coming from, and how there is a shadow Cabinet around Trump that is tied in with global special interest money, including foreign Arab money tied to Qatar, that will subvert even the views of Trump’s relatively good Cabinet. Trump also has a desire to be seen as a nonpartisan deal-maker to solve left-wing goals. That’s why the global Left’s opposition to him has essentially evaporated. If we don’t demand a course correction now, you can expect us to get rolled by the same people for the same reasons on spending, immigration, social issues, and every other priority that has even less support among Republican elites than Israel. Why H-1B Is a Greater Threat to America than You Think | 1/14/25

We begin today by discussing how Florida legislative leaders are pushing back against DeSantis because they actually still support illegal immigration. I demonstrate how Republicans in general are more left-wing than ever before. Next, we’re joined by a special guest who joins us anonymously under his social media screen name, Non-Hyphenated American. He came to the U.S. from India in 1991 through a student visa and H-1B and became a patriotic, conservative citizen. But he is here today to warn us that the program has turned into a conveyor belt to replace the American worker and, worse, subvert American culture. He describes how the sheer number of immigrants and the circumstances through which the Indians are brought in are subverting American values with a problematic mindset that is creating high-income balkanized ghettos. His presentation is as riveting as it is unique. In many respects, he believes that what the Indian visa mill is doing is more of a threat than illegal immigration. Learn more about your ad choices. Stop Treating the Republican Party Like Your Boyfriend | 1/13/25

The bad news is that Trump and Republicans are already walking back campaign promises on inflation and immigration. The good news is that he hasn’t even taken office yet and none of this misdirection is irrevocable. This is why we are at a crossroads. We can either continue treating the party like a boyfriend and covering for its betrayals with excuses. Or we can treat them like wayward children and force them into a better direction. I offer ideas for how we do that on spending and immigration. 100 Years Later, We Need Another Immigration Moratorium | 1/10/25

On today’s show, we make the cultural and economic case to shut down mass migration — both legal and illegal. We have to shoot high and move the Overton window. We’re joined by George Fishman, senior legal fellow at the Center for Immigration Studies and one of the foremost experts on immigration law, to discuss his recent piece arguing that the 1924 immigration law was the greatest piece of legislation for the American worker. We go through 100 years of immigration law and data and juxtapose it to the labor market to show how the 1924 bill helped launch the American middle class, while the recent mass migration has crushed the American worker. The sad reality is that unlike 100 years ago, our elite governing class refuse to deliver for the American worker, including the politicians who run on doing just that.he politicians who run on doing just that. Why Spending Cuts Are Much More Important than Tax Cuts | 1/09/25

On today’s special show, I engage in the deepest dive into the tax code available on the web. I do this to show that we are facing a policy and political checkmate trying to do more tax cuts. Most people don’t pay that much in federal income taxes, thanks to two generations of tax cuts. They are paying exponentially more on the cost of living thanks to the deficit spending, which will be exacerbated by more tax cuts. Democrats already agreed to extend most of the tax cuts, and in order to get the final rates at the top, we are going to have to offer them garbage provisions that aren’t worth the squeeze. In the world we live in today, tax cuts are just not the issue of our time. Reconciliation should be used more for spending. With that said, if Trump is hell-bent on making taxes the main issue, I offer some ideas for small business tax cuts as well as using the tax code to leverage systemic health care reform. Let’s Restore America Before Building an American Empire | 01/08/25

In today’s action-packed show, we cover a lot of ground on a ton of issues that we were supposed to care about. We are being distracted with trolling about buying Canada and Greenland, while Republicans and their tech bro donors are selling us out on the core issues of inflation and invasion. I explain my controlled opposition theorem of how the Left needs to co-opt the populist movement and jujitsu it to leftist outcomes while offering the veneer of moving to the right on meaningless things like “the Laken Rilley bill.” This idea of having foreign investors create “data centers” in red America is also a bad idea for numerous reasons. How Can We Drain the Swamp … by Refilling It? | 1/07/25

What is the plan? What will change? Republicans are squandering this trifecta with the same issues, the same approach to legislating, and the same loser arguments. Today, I broach the need to shoot down bad ideas from the administration and not take a “wait and see” approach after it’s already too late. We’re joined by Rep. Eric Burlison (R-Mo.), one of the Freedom Caucus members who penned a letter to the speaker demanding that we up our game on budget reconciliation. Burlison makes the case for reorienting the focus of the reconciliation bill toward transformational spending cuts. He is constantly thinking of ideas to fulfill the mandate rather than producing corny videos on social media like some of his colleagues. Everything You Need to Know About the Budget Reconciliation Fight | 1/06/25

Given that Republicans have made it clear they will not fight on appropriations bills, debt ceilings, or reauthorization bills, it leaves us with budget reconciliation as their only opportunity for create enduring change. Today, I lay out the case for a course correction against the existing plans from Trump, Johnson, and Thune. The focus is too centered on taxes and things that can be done executively. The focus needs to shift to spending cuts and downsizing of government. As always, I offer my idea of what I would do for budget reconciliation and how I would message it around immigration cuts and welfare reform. If we fail to establish enduring victories in Washington or in the red states, we will be on the hook for devastation when Democrats inevitably come back into power. Moreover, regardless of the Democrats, the crushing cost of living will continue. Learn more about your ad choices. Visit megaphone.fm/adchoices

How Trump Can Shut Down Mass Migration Without Congress | 1/03/25

There is the dangerous premise that somehow Trump needs a ton of border funding in order to enforce the laws. We’re joined today by the inimitable Jessica Vaughan, who explains that interior enforcement is key and all of that can be done with enforcement of the laws. We discuss a full array of policies Trump can implement to target illegal employment, tax incentives, and identity theft, as well as using expedited removal and state and local law enforcement. We also discuss all the ways visa programs are fleecing Americans – from the foreign student pipeline to the cheap labor worker visas. There is a lot that Trump can do to root out the corruption from these programs and even temporarily halt them under inherent sovereign authority over foreign affairs. The Year Ahead: Enduring Victories on Immigration and Spending | 1/2/25

In our inaugural episode of 2025, I review our concerns about where Trump and Elon are headed both with spending and with immigration. Those were the two core mandate issues of the election, yet on both of them Trump is reversing course. I lay out a very specific plan for Trump to fulfill his mandate by passing the RAISE Act to restrict all low-skilled immigration before we have any debate about increasing other categories. Trump needs to get back to making the moral and cultural case against mass immigration. I also lay out strategies for budget reconciliation and why it’s important to force concessions from Speaker Johnson before handing him the gavel. We cannot simply be listless vessels allowing Trump to drift and pull everyone to the left. The mandate is huge, the opportunity is real, but unless we change course, we will toss a political interception. Finally, I introduce a new fun segment to deal with the listless vessels who make sudden "retarded" arguments they never believed. Learn more about your ad choices. Visit megaphone.fm/adchoices

A Medical Freedom Agenda for 2025 | 12/20/24

On today’s special 2024 grand finale, we cover the gamut of topics. I begin by launching truth bombs about the budget and debt ceiling fight. We cannot survive if we tether our beliefs 100% to one man, all day, all the time. I dispel myths about the history of the debt ceiling and the history of the past 15 years of budget fights. Next, we’re joined by an all-star panel of hero doctors from the COVID era to discuss the future agenda of the medical freedom movement. We engage in a wide-ranging discussion with Drs. Lynn Fynn, Kat Lindley, and Mary Bowden about what RFK Jr. needs to accomplish at HHS. They warn about the shedding of respiratory viral vaccines, the need to terminate COVID, RSV, and mRNA shots, and how to restore medical ethics at the state level. We also discuss how to fix health care delivery at the retail level to empower independent, smart, and ethical doctors like those on our panel today. Finally, I close out the year with my parting message. Learn more about your ad choices. Visit megaphone.fm/adchoices

Hell No to Abolishing the Debt Limit! | 12/19/24

Yesterday was one of the greatest days in the history of conservative media. Finally, we had everyone united behind blowing up a bad budget bill. Sadly, Trump came in and tossed an interception by demanding an even worse bill with no spending offsets and suspending the debt limit. I make the case for why that is a terrible idea and why it is a harbinger of things to come with spending in general and other issues in particular. We’re joined by Freedom Caucus member Rep. Eric Burlison to discuss his ideas to push for enduring spending cuts. He is proposing to devolve the debt limit authority to state legislatures. This is a brilliant idea and the sort of innovative thinking that the base must demand from Trump. Learn more about your ad choices. Visit megaphone.fm/adchoices

The Core Problem with the Drone Swarm Is a Crisis of Trust | 12/18/24

We begin today by going through the omnibus bill and noting how conservative media close to Trump are missing an opportunity to get the big man in the right headspace. We saw this betrayal coming a mile away, yet we have failed to direct Trump’s attention to it. If we are going to improve things from Trump’s first term, the way he interacts with Congress must change. Next, we tackle the drone swarm issue with special guest George Hill. A former Marine, Hill served as the National Security Intelligence supervisor for the Boston office of the NSA and has a lot of important insights on the drone situation. Hill believes that the most likely scenario is that our military contractors are ops-testing our own security vulnerabilities in the era of drone warfare. In that case, the drones would thankfully be innocuous, but he believes the problem is that we just can’t trust our government. Hill reminds us that to this day, we don’t know why our government would purposely allow China to surveil us with balloons two years ago, and there are no innocent explanations. As part of that trust issue, Hill also explains that there is a pattern of behavior where our government allows adversaries to get away with harmful activity. He believes we could easily end the Houthi blockade of the Red Sea with a single torpedo, yet it’s not done. Learn more about your ad choices. Visit megaphone.fm/adchoices

Republicans Are Functionally Democrats Absent a Pressure Campaign | 12/17/24

Mike Johnson is betraying us with more spending even before Trump takes office. I explain why we need a fight over the speakership, but that will not happen unless we get Trump to change his legislative focus. Likewise, we are having similar problems in the red states. We’re joined today by state Rep. Jordan Pace, chairman of the South Carolina Freedom Caucus, to discuss everything that is wrong with the state party. Under the leadership of Speaker Murrell Smith, Democrats have been given key subcommittee chairs. Pace explains with painstaking detail the subterfuge GOP leaders use to advance the Democrat agenda without transparency. They have a corrupt process of picking judges, which often results in placing liberals on the bench. Moreover, they continue promoting biomedical tyranny, pushing socially liberal policies, and handing over state lands to the green grift. In South Carolina and elsewhere, unless we support the Freedom Caucus members, the GOP will continue promoting Democrat policies without the Democrats owning the consequences. Trump Must Reject the 15-Minute 'Freedom' City Idea | 12/16/24

We begin today by observing how the GOP has become the gay old party where you cannot get confirmed to the Pentagon without supporting gay marriage and women in combat. Next, I tackle a vitally important issue that is festering within Trump world. Trump is promising to sell off federal land and build “freedom cities,” which are nothing more than 15-minute cities. I explain how Doug Burgum and the tech bros who are pushing urbanization of red states will be behind this plan, and it will result in turning red states blue. The better idea is to create a new homesteading act, which would work to re-ruralize America by parceling out homesteads, which will attract more conservatives to live in those areas. I also explain how this idea is built upon the erroneous premise that the source of the housing crisis is due to a lack of housing supply and zoning laws. In fact, we need zoning laws to protect against overdevelopment. The source of the housing crisis is a mix of debt-driven inflation, Federal Reserve monetary policies, farm bills, energy policies, and universal homeownership subsidies. We Need to Establish Red Lines with Republicans Early and Often | 12/13/24

Today, we continue our discussion of how to pin down Republicans and conservative media to commit to specific goals. They are all in agreement about abstract ideas, but then when it comes to the specific issues and leverage points that will determine the outcome, they fall apart. I list a number of fault lines that reveal who is real and discuss the need to lay down those markers before the trifecta GOP control begins. I do this by reading through the transcript of Trump’s Time magazine article to identify some concerning messaging points. Things like actual spending cuts of entire programs, legal immigration, and some social issues are concerning, and we need to get ahead of them. As always, rather than just criticizing the status quo, I offer up what I would pitch to Trump in the Oval Office. Learn more about your ad choices. Visit megaphone.fm/adchoices

We Have the Most Based Movement Ever … Except for When It Actually Matters | 12/12/24

There’s a reason we have a motto to focus on “the issues that matter, in the way they matter, at the time they matter.” I explain how everyone complains about issues in the abstract and there is broad agreement about what we should do generally, but when it comes to the specifics that will determine the outcome, we lack a movement. I go through some examples with spending, fixing the military, and vaccines. Also, there is news out that the RSV shots are killing babies, yet we still don’t have a unified movement to take them off the market. Learn more about your ad choices. Visit megaphone.fm/adchoices

The Reckoning We Need for the January 6 Persecution | 12/11/24

Daniel Penny might have dodged a bullet, but his case is a harbinger of what is to come the next time Democrats take over. I offer some ideas on how red states should push back on the coming tyranny of political prosecutions we will see from blue states. Next, I’m joined by my personal friend Jonathan Gross, the most effective and dedicated attorney representing January 6 defendants. He makes a strong case for why Trump should immediately pardon all of the defendants. Even those who committed some degree of crime were already punished well beyond what is sanctioned by the American legal tradition, plus none of them got a fair trial. Gross also emphasizes the importance of Trump’s DOJ doing a full investigation into the who, what, and why of the January 6 persecution regime, especially juxtaposed to what the feds declined to do against BLM. Finally, we discuss the need for judicial reforms, modifying jury pools for fairer trials, and the need to reform bar certification so that conservatives can practice law unmolested by those targeting their political beliefs. Dr. Ladapo on the Need to Rebuild Medicine from Scratch | 12/10/24

We are witnessing conservative influencers finally focus on RINOs in the Senate, and it appears to be paying off when it comes to confirming Trump’s Cabinet picks. Now it’s time to pressure these same Republicans on the issues. We need to punish Republicans who continue to promote the vaccine agenda. I detail how the House coronavirus subcommittee betrayed us by praising the COVID shots in its report. Next, we’re joined by Florida Surgeon General Dr. Joseph Ladapo, who tosses out truth bombs about the corruption and lies in science and medicine. He describes his evolution from being trained in the establishment medical system to being a pursuer of truth and following the data. We cover the fight to take fluoride toxins out of the water and get to the truth on vaccination in general. He believes that we need to unlearn everything we know about some of these issues and start over. Dr. Ladapo is heartened that many ordinary people are leading where leaders are failing. Let Allah Sort Out Syria | 12/9/24

We have a unique opportunity to right the ship on foreign policy. I begin today by calling on Trump to send back all the Syrian refugees now that Sunni forces have taken over. As for foreign policy, we’re joined today by Kyle Shideler of the Center for Security Policy for a deep dive on the tangled web of actors in Syria. Kyle notes that the new leader, Abu Mohammad al-Julani, is a very effective terrorist and is worse for us than a weakened Assad. He believes we should not recognize him at all, nor should we fight his enemies like ISIS. That is Turkey’s problem. By simply withdrawing our support for Iran and Turkey and not fighting their enemies on their behalf, we will weaken their influence. We don’t need to take a side at this point. Let’s get our soldiers out of these theaters but be prepared to make a play when it makes sense. In the meantime, let the Kurds fight for themselves and let Israel do what it appears capable of doing on its own. Learn more about your ad choices. Visit megaphone.fm/adchoices

Why Inflation Is Worse Than You Think | 12/6/24

We begin today’s show with an update on congressional news and how we continue to see a disconnect between Trump’s broad goals and implementation in Congress. Next, we’re joined by Heritage Foundation economist E.J. Antoni for a deep dive into the state of our economy and the vicious cycle of stagflation. Antoni delivers a master presentation in how the inflation numbers are really worse than the government is publishing. In turn, inflation is so bad that it is artificially distorting jobs, GDP numbers, and the stock market, giving off the impression that we are not in a recession. We also delve into the housing crisis and how we are going to face pain thanks to past government decisions. Antoni believes we are too far into the hole for business as usual. Republicans must push through transformational spending cuts and better communicate why the spending is harming the standard of living. Finally, he offers a novel approach to reforming the Federal Reserve and calls for the firing of all current employees. Learn more about your ad choices. Visit megaphone.fm/adchoices

Fixing the Way We Pay for Health Care | 12/5/24

I begin today’s show by warning how Republicans are not showing an appetite for spending cuts both in budget reconciliation and the emergency disaster spending bill. The biggest cost to our budget and life, of course, is the broken healthcare system. I’m joined by family physician and medical school professor Dr. John Littell, one of the heroes of COVID, for a deep dive into the lack of trust between doctors and patients. Dr. Littell warns that alongside a lot of bad medical practice are still lifesaving protocols, and patients need to find doctors they can trust to sort out the good from the bad. For example, he believes that things like vaccines, Pap smears, and statins are being driven by medical industry politics, but on the other hand, colonoscopies are lifesaving. He recommends that the new HHS leadership change the incentive formulas in Medicare that incentivize hospital treatment over outpatient and discourage traditional family medicine practice. Without restoring the doctor-patient relationship, we will not restore the much-needed trust of the patient. Learn more about your ad choices. Visit megaphone.fm/adchoices
