In this episode of Exonerated, Clay Cane talks with Exoneree, Desmond Ricks who was wrongfully convicted of a murder he did not commit in Detroit, Michigan in 1992. The police seized a gun that belonged to Ricks' mother and said it was the murder weapon. Ricks, claiming his innocence, said the police framed him by switching the bullets and withholding evidence. Ricks was released from prison in 2007.
