Barrington is also a New York State Licensed Clinical Social Worker, bringing a people-centered and equity-driven approach to his leadership. In addition to his work in education, he represents District 9 in the Dutchess County Legislature and has been selected as Majority Leader for the 2026 term, where he works to expand opportunity, strengthen communities, and deliver results for residents.
