It primarily covers the poetic books of the Bible (Job, Psalms, Proverbs, Ecclesiastes, Song of Solomon) but also mentions other places such as the prophets. This exciting apologetics for kids tells the story of Elijah and the prophets of Baal. It answers the question, where did they get all the water to soak the offering to the Lord when there had been such a bad, long drought. It presents this question as a "Bible Puzzle". It is one of the "undesigned coincidences" that shows the truthfulness of the Bible. It is taken from J. J. Blunt's book on this topic. Of course, the Gospel is included. This audio tells what a prophet is. It also tells what a false prophet is. It gives examples from the Bible and the criteria of a prophet from the Old and New Testaments. In this short audio I tell some things from the Bible about what heaven is like. I tell of the joyful things about being there and how it is our real home. I tell what dying is and talk about the body and spirit. But I do those in a rather matter-of-fact way, not wanting to frighten small children. I also tell of our resurrection and the New Heavens and New Earth, too. I stress the happiness of being with the Lord and our friends and family who are already in heaven. I tell that this is a hope and encouragement (even when we're sad), but we also important work to do now like sharing the Gospel and helping people. The Second Coming is also talked about, but I avoid any controversial subjects such as the timing of the Rapture and the Millennium. That is left up to the parents. Of course I also give the Gospel, as that is the way to get there. For children 4 to 10 years old, though even adults may enjoy it.

This tells about the 7 original Feasts of the Lord as given to Moses plus the 2 man-made feasts in the Bible, Hanukkah (New Testament, Feast of Lights) and Purim (in the book of Esther). This has many of the details of the 7 original Feasts that were told about before in "#B03 - God's Holidays", but this new audio includes more details about the Second Comings from the Fall Feasts, givng a pre-millenial point of view (after Christ returns, He reigns for 1000 years before the Eternal State). ("God's Holidays" told of the Second Coming in a general way and only had the original 7 Feasts of the Lord.) In this audio, Christ's First Coming is presented in detail in the Spring Feasts, and the Second Coming is presented in detail from the Fall Feasts and from the 2 other Feasts, too. This audio solves what I call a Bible puzzle. It tells the story of when the Pharisees were trying to trick Jesus, Jesus asked them, "Who is the Christ?" When they answered, "The Son of David," Jesus then asked them "How is it then, that King David in one of his Psalms when speaking by the Holy Spirit calls the Christ `Lord'?" The Pharisees didn't give an answer. This audio gives this background, and then the children and I solve the puzzle. It teaches the children to think about the Bible and shows that Jesus is both fully God and fully man. This is the first of several Bible puzzles and is part of my children's Apologetic series. This was originally done as a letter to a little boy who had asked this question. After writing him the letter I thought that probably some other children might have the same question, so I enlarged it into this 8 minute audio. Metaphors are sometimes hard for children to grasp. In this audio I give several other examples that a child could more easily understand and then talk about them. (For instance, "Have you every been called `Honey'?") Then I explain about the Lamb of God and also how Jesus is also called the Lion of the tribe of Judah. Even very young children should be able to catch on to this. This is a purely positive yet very subtile pro-life/pro-male-female-morality audio. I don't even mention the possibility of the opposing (wrong!) views, as it's for very young children. In it I simply tell the children a lot of positive truths in an interesting way. I show that a person (male or female) is always a person and is the same person whether not yet born, growing up, or in the resurrection. The idea is that if they are filled with the truth of God, then when they later hear something wrong, this will help them recognize that it isn't real or what God likes or says. I ran this by 3 other mothers, and they all liked it and said there was nothing that would be objectionable for young children. Aimed a children 4-10 years of age, though adults my enjoy it as well. Of course, the Gospel is tied into it. This is part of my apologetics series which includes "Kids, God Made Marriage!", "The Master Builder" (showing that God is the Creator), and "Jesus! "Rebekah, a Beautiful Bride for Isaac" tells the story of Rebekah from her viewpoint while not changing or adding to Biblical details. The whole story of Abraham's servant going up to get a bride for Isaac is given (again, from Rebekah's viewpoint). It then tells how Rebekah became the ancestress of all the Jews through her grandson Jacob. The Gospel is tied in to it through her being an ancestress of King David through Judah and, therefore, the ancestress Mary, making Rebekah the ancestress of the Lord Jesus Christ! Though aimed at children 4 - 10 years of age, both adults and children will enjoy it.

"Gideon, Great by God's Power" is the story of Gideon, a judge of Israel. It begins with his hiding from the Midianites while threshing his wheat then covers his destruction of the altar of Baal, then his gathering an army which God reduces to only 300 men. Through the Lord's help this tiny army defeats the enormous Midianite army by using clever tactics. This ends with Gideon's refusal to be made king of Israel. Of course, the Gospel is fitted in. It's exciting and fast moving and is aimed at children 4 - 10 years old, though adults may well enjoy it, also.

In this audio we pretend that we go up onto a hill above the camp of the children of Israel in the wilderness. There we observe some activity and then wonder about the camp and how it's set up. What are they picking up off the ground so early in the morning? Is there a certain order to the camp? How do they know when to move camp? Is there any order to when they move? As we pretend, a very agreeable Jewish man sees us and comes up and talks to us and answers our questions. I make it very clear that we are only pretending, and I only use Biblical facts in the man's answers. This is a fun way to learn about the camp in the wilderness. It's aimed at children 5-12 years old, but adults may well enjoy it as well (and ever possible learn from it!). Of course, the Gospel is included.

In this I describe the amazing heavenly creatures, the cherubim and seraphim, using only what we are told in the Bible. I also tell what the Bible says they do, though I'm sure they do much more!
