On today's podcast I'm joined by PT Domination's Head Coach and my good friend, Cole DaSilva. Today we're going to talk about giving stuff away for free. Now, I feel there are way too many people in the Online Fitness Coaching business who think that their content is too valuable to give away for free. But, when you offer value without any strings attached you are building your Social Proof. When you have built up enough Social Proof to show prospective clients that you know what you're talking about, they will pay you money to share more of your knowledge.
