#1354- "I've Made 15K Per Month For The Last 3 Months Straight - 10k Mastermind Podchats

Janae just found out she's pregnant and terrified her business will suffer. Cameron hit $40K this month with no team and zero marketing spend - just pure referrals. Arthur built a massive following as the "metal fitness coach" but realized he's attracting the wrong people. Julian's closing tennis coaching deals after multiple follow-up calls but second-guessing his own certainty. This episode opens with Brian announcing the Content to Cash Challenge - breaking down how his Instagram generated 50 million views in 30 days. Then he dives into live coaching covering everything from scaling through pregnancy to staying authentic when your niche gets too narrow to closing sales calls when clients say "let me check my finances." From Janae's priority shift to get recurring over $10K before the baby arrives, to Cameron's stripe tax nightmare in Abu Dhabi, to Corey's breakthrough moment of staying in the pocket when a client tried to bail - this is what building a real business looks like when life gets complicated. Plus, Brian breaks down exactly why you need to book the follow-up call ON the call, and how Corey surfed the wave instead of letting a client walk away. Here's what we break down: Why Janae needs to prioritize recurring over $10K before her baby arrives Cameron's $40K month strategy: pure referrals, zero ad spend The stripe payment processor problem (and why Brian switched to Wop) Arthur's niche crisis: leaning too much into metal, not enough into who he is How to integrate your passion without pigeonholing yourself Tim Grover's mindset books: Relentless and Winning Julian's tennis coaching sales breakthrough: always book the follow-up call ON the call Corey's pocket moment: staying confident when clients say "let me check my finances" ...and so much more. Top Quotes: "Get your recurring to $10K. That means for the next couple months your income might be lower, but if you're stacking recurring and it's getting bigger every month, that is the ultimate goal." - Brian (1:56) "The problem is we're leaning too much into the music side and not enough into the who Arthur is side. Instead of changing the niche, what if we change the messaging?" - Brian (10:58) "Always book the follow-up call on the call. That's the rule. If you can't close on the deal, try to close on the deposit. If not that, close on the follow-up call." - Brian (50:30) "If you were as good as you think you are at tennis, you should be comfortable selling, because you know when they pay you, you're gonna make them better." - Brian (55:00) "Old me would have caved. I stayed in a place of no pressure, feeling good. I got him to check his finances. He came back and said fuck it, let's do it." - Corey (57:35) CHAPTERS: 00:00 - Intro: Content to Cash Challenge Announcement (50M Views in 30 Days) 01:56 - Janae's Pregnancy News + Priority Shift to $10K Recurring 05:00 - Cameron's $40K Month: Zero Marketing Spend, Pure Referrals 10:00 - Arthur's Niche Crisis: Metal Music vs Authentic Self 10:58 - Coach Dana's Rave Fitness Integration Strategy 15:00 - How to Stop Pigeonholing Yourself in Your Niche 50:30 - Julian's Tennis Coaching: Always Book Follow-Up Call ON the Call 55:00 - The Rock-Solid Certainty You Need to Sell Confidently 57:35 - Corey's Pocket Moment: Staying in When Clients Try to Bail 59:07 - Outro: Content to Cash Challenge Final Push -------- For more information on working with me fill out this application: http://bit.ly/BuildYourOnlineFitnessBiz ------ LET'S CONNECT: YouTube | @therealbrianmark Instagram | @therealbrianmark Facebook | Brian Mark

#1353- "I Signed Up At 5k Now I'm At 20k In Only 4 Months" - Podchats

Marilyn's about to hit $13K this month, but three clients dropped off after the onboarding call. Elliott's quitting his job in five weeks. Carter just signed his 10th client in a single day and hit $10K revenue. Janae 5x'd her income from last year. This episode is pure tactical coaching with zero fluff... coaches are signing clients, launching challenges, quitting their jobs, and figuring out exactly what's broken in their process so they can fix it fast. From Marilyn losing clients after onboarding because she's not handling agreements on the sales call, to Corey struggling to get keyword comments on his gay fitness content, to Elliott calculating exactly what to charge for in-person athlete sessions, to Carter crushing a $10K revenue day - this is what scaling to six figures actually looks like in real time. Plus, Brian announces the Content to Cash Challenge - a three-day masterclass breaking down how his account generated 45.4 million views in 30 days (94% organic, only 6% from ads). Here's what we break down: Why clients are dropping off after onboarding (and how to fix it immediately) The hourly rate formula for pricing in-person sessions How to get more keyword comments on your CTAs The split-screen format that's crushing on Instagram right now Kayla's four-day to six-week challenge conversion strategy Why 20% DM response rate is actually normal Carter's $480 birthday giveaway strategy for massive engagement ...and so much more. Top Quotes: "If you're noticing a drop off after the onboarding call because of the agreement, then I would just take care of it on the call when they're in the moment." - Brian (0:00) "Your current hourly rate is technically $106 an hour. You're going to spend four hours with the client, but you're also taking time away from other things. That would double the price." - Brian (10:00) "You need to figure out what is currently trending on Instagram right now, and then you need to attach the value that you have to provide with what is currently trending." - Brian (13:55) "Four day challenges typically will convert at a higher percentage than 14 day challenges. A little bit more intense, a little bit more work, but they convert at a higher percentage." - Brian (1:05:00) "I just want to remind you how far you've come. Last January you made $2K. This January you're at $9.5K. We 5x'd that bitch. Let's do that again." - Brian (1:08:42) CHAPTERS: 00:00 - Intro: Marilyn's $13K Month & Client Drop-Off Problem 04:49 - Kayla's Four-Day Challenge Launch & High Ticket First Strategy 07:16 - Elliott's $17K Month + Quitting His Job in 5 Weeks 10:00 - The Hourly Rate Formula for Pricing In-Person Sessions 12:56 - Corey's Gay Fitness Content Strategy & Getting More Comments 15:00 - Split-Screen Format Breakdown: What's Trending Right Now 17:36 - The Edits App Hook Analysis Framework 1:05:00 - Janae's 5x Income Growth & Four-Day Challenge Decision 1:08:42 - Carter's $10K Revenue Day & $480 Birthday Giveaway Strategy 1:11:15 - Couples Discount Pricing Strategy (20% Off) 1:13:34 - Content to Cash Challenge Announcement: 45.4M Views Breakdown -------- For more information on working with me fill out this application: http://bit.ly/BuildYourOnlineFitnessBiz ------ LET'S CONNECT: YouTube | @therealbrianmark Instagram | @therealbrianmark Facebook | Brian Mark

#1352- "I 5x'd My Followers and Am At 11k For The Month" - 10k Mastermind Podchats

Max is spending $120 on boosted posts getting 50 followers at $2.20 each. Not ideal. Mitch has a viral format pulling 100K+ views but wants to shift his niche to men's fat loss without losing momentum. Aaron's Facebook page just exploded to 14K followers with 2 million views in two days. Rocky's trying to transition from in-person to online while his gym clients keep asking when he'll be back. This episode is Brian breaking down the most critical lesson in content strategy: the goal is not to go viral. The goal is to grow your business. From the 48-hour boosted post testing framework that costs $50 and tells you if an ad will work, to why 20-30% of your content should be conversion-focused even if it gets lower views, to how to pivot your niche without burning down everything you've built - this is what actually moves the needle when you're trying to scale. Plus, Aaron's Facebook page just blew up and Brian walks him through exactly how he optimized his own Facebook profile over the weekend for incoming DMs using ManyChat automation. Here's what we break down: The 48-hour boosted post testing framework ($25/day for 2 days) Why viral content doesn't always grow your business The 50/50 content split: awareness vs conversion How to pivot your niche without losing your audience Connection, proof, and value: which ones should be niche-specific Facebook optimization strategy using ManyChat keywords Rocky's in-person to online transition script Lucy's ghosting client problem (buyers are liars) ...and so much more. Top Quotes: "The goal is not to go viral. The goal is to grow your business. That's the fucking message." - Brian (10:00) "There's good content, then there's good content strategy. Good content goes viral. Good content strategy leads to more booked sales calls and more money in your bank." - Brian (10:00) "If you're consistently posting in a format that is not performing well, then stop posting that format." - Brian (15:00) "The conversion content will naturally be lower in view count. That is okay. If it gets 5,000 views but you got four homies that reach out saying they saw your fat loss video, that's a win." - Brian (10:00) "Buyers are fucking liars. I never trust buyers. You can't fucking listen to anything they say. Fucking liars." - Brian (1:18:51) CHAPTERS: 00:00 - Intro: Happy New Year + Max's Boosted Post Problem 01:03 - The 48-Hour Boosted Post Testing Framework 05:00 - Mitch's Niche Pivot Question: Power Lifting to Men's Fat Loss 10:00 - The Goal Is NOT to Go Viral - It's to Grow Your Business 13:13 - Aaron's Facebook Page Explosion + ManyChat Optimization 15:00 - The Format Issue: Why Talking Videos Don't Perform Anymore 17:47 - Jason Stewart Content Inspiration (Don't Plagiarize) 1:15:00 - Rocky's In-Person to Online Transition Script 1:16:53 - Lucy's Ghosting Client Problem: E-Transfer with No Leverage 1:18:51 - Buyers Are Liars: The Follow-Up Video Script -------- For more information on working with me fill out this application: http://bit.ly/BuildYourOnlineFitnessBiz ------ LET'S CONNECT: YouTube | @therealbrianmark Instagram | @therealbrianmark Facebook | Brian Mark

#1351- Made 12K Extra Recurring In The Last 3 Months

Ben fought his way back from addiction, multiple gunshot wounds, and strokes. He turned his life around. Then he was taken from us too soon. This episode opens with Brian honoring Ben - a PT Domination client for over four years who came to every event, overcame dark shit most people wouldn't survive, and meant a lot to the entire community. This is the tribute he deserves. We also go over live coaching with coaches who are navigating the exact problems that keep most people stuck: getting distracted by shiny objects (CRMs, systems, apps), losing momentum when life gets chaotic, overthinking their niche to the point of paralysis, and trying to do everything at once instead of focusing on what actually moves the needle. From Dana spending $500 on a CRM that's giving her task paralysis while she's already switching client apps, to Chase homeschooling three kids while training for a fitness comp and running a business, to Jai spiraling on his niche again instead of just posting content - this is what building a real business looks like when the pressure's on. Here's what we break down: Why Brian doesn't fuck with CRMs (and you probably shouldn't either) The $20K/month time valuation formula Kayla's Valentine's Day challenge timing strategy Why you can't scale past $50K without hiring help Jai's niche spiral solution: stop overthinking, start executing Chase's morning time block framework when life is chaos Carolina's VSL mistake that's killing sales calls ...and so much more. Top Quotes: "Anytime you change a system, you're going to lose about 20% efficiency in your business. Unless there's a significant upside higher than 20%, it's not worth it." - Brian (9:11) "Your time Dana is worth $125 an hour. If you spend four hours frustrated trying to figure out GHL, that's $500 you could be making doing something else." - Brian (8:27) "I don't fuck with CRMs. When I get bogged down into the menial day-to-day of CRMs, I go click, click, bang. I'm like, no thank you." - Brian (4:47) "You can't scale to 500 clients without help. It's not just management - it's leadership. Training your team properly, spending time with them, getting to know them." - Brian (40:02) "Do that for the next 30 days and then pay attention to the result. Stop thinking, start doing." - Brian (49:02) CHAPTERS: 00:00 - Intro: Honoring Ben - A PT Domination Legend 01:04 - Marilyn's 7 Client Wins & Tagline Strategy 02:10 - Dana's CRM Distraction & The 20% Efficiency Loss 08:27 - The $20K/Month Time Valuation Formula 11:18 - Kayla's Valentine's Day Challenge Timing 12:32 - Lead Volume Problems & Boosted Post Strategy 40:02 - Cameron's 500 Client Goal: Why You Need Leadership Not Management 42:40 - Jai's Niche Spiral & The 30-Day Content Test 50:00 - Chase's Morning Time Block Framework for Chaos 1:20:04 - Carolina's VSL Fix: Why It's Important vs How It Works 1:23:23 - Lawrence's Format Problem & The 1 Call Per Day Goal 1:26:06 - The Carousel Hack for Storytelling Rest in peace, Ben. #1349- I Hit 100k in My Business And 100k on Instagram - 10k Mastermind Podchats

Are you proud of how you showed up this year? That's the only question that matters as we close out 2025 and step into 2026. Not "did you make a certain amount of money" or "did you hit your follower count." Did you give your very best effort every single day? Were you a good parent, a good partner, a good friend? Did you execute at the highest possible level you could? This episode isn't about tactics. It's about the commitment you're making to yourself for 2026 - full ass, both cheeks, 24/7, 365 days. Not working 16 hours a day, but prioritizing what you want in life and spending every single day working towards those things while cutting out everything that doesn't serve your purpose. Then Brian gets into live coaching with coaches who are setting massive goals, struggling with content plateaus, rebuilding after adversity, and learning how to monetize their platforms with brand partnerships. Here's what we break down: The full-ass commitment mindset for 2026. Brian has worked with 38 coaches who hit $100K months. Every single one set that goal thinking it was crazy, then achieved it. You can have anything you want, but only if you commit fully. Not half-ass, not when you feel like it, not when it's easy. Full commitment means working on yourself every single day. Brian's capacity expansion strategy that nobody talks about. He was doing twice-a-day posts, seven days a week. Then thought "I can do more" and went to three times. Then more. Every year his capacity expanded, and now what seemed insane is just normal. The things that feel impossible become your baseline when you consistently push your limits. Why CTAs need to be on EVERY post (not every video). There's a difference between asking someone to take action (follow for more), asking for something in exchange (comment for guide), and pitching your program. Every post needs a CTA, but it doesn't have to be in the video itself. Check the caption - "follow for more value" or "save this post" or "drop fire emojis if this resonated." Julian's Instagram plateau solution at 50K followers. He's getting massive views and comments but followers aren't growing. The problem? He's not asking people to follow. Simple fix: add "Follow @username for more value" to every post. Brian's viral video with 9,000 likes brought in 599 followers because he asked. You have the reach, you're just not converting it. The split-screen format that's crushing right now. Instead of doing the same shouting videos or slow-motion corrections, experiment with split-screen content showing wrong vs right technique side by side. Brian Abarca is crushing with this format (1.1M views). Wide shot, show both sides, zoom into what's wrong with an X, then show the check mark on the right technique. How to repost your viral content without looking repetitive. Go back to your most viral posts and repost them, but change the first three seconds of text on screen and switch the background music. Post them on trial reels so they look like different videos. Julian did this in December when posting slowed down - it worked. ...and much more. CHAPTERS: 00:00 - Intro: Are You Proud of How You Showed Up This Year? 02:17 - The Full-Ass Commitment for 2026 04:02 - 38 Coaches Hit $100K Months by Setting Crazy Goals 05:00 - Jai's CTA Strategy: Every Post Needs a Call to Action 09:01 - Corey's Brand Partnership Pricing ($3-5K Per Post) 48:17 - Carolina's Mental Reset After Phone Stolen 52:00 - Rebuilding Your Balance After Adversity 55:00 - Julian's Plateau Fix: Just Ask People to Follow 58:27 - Split-Screen Format + Reposting Viral Content Strategy 1:00:00 - Julian's Tennis Coaching Niche & Sales Struggles For more information on working with me fill out this application: http://bit.ly/BuildYourOnlineFitnessBiz ------ LET'S CONNECT: YouTube | @therealbrianmark Instagram | @therealbrianmark Facebook | Brian Mark

#1348- Work Ethic Over Everything 🐺

You know what's worse than getting projectile shit on at 2am while your finger's bleeding from a cardboard cut? (Yep, that happened.) Watching people's souls leave their body when they realize entrepreneurship isn't a vacation. This episode is Brian and his co-host going OFF on the fairy spiritual "follow your bliss" bullshit that's infecting entrepreneurship. If you think starting an online business or following your passion means you can skip the grind, this episode will slap you back to reality. Hard. This isn't your typical motivational podcast where we tell you everything's gonna be okay. This is the conversation about why most people fail, why work ethic is a muscle you need to build, and why your feelings are lying to you about what you're capable of. From watching Anthony Joshua tell Jake Paul "I'm gonna make sure your soul leaves your body" to the harsh reality that you need to pack your calendar until there's literally no time left... this is what separates people who actually make it from people who quit after day six. Here's what we break down: The "come to Jesus" moment everyone's having. People are finally realizing that building a seven-figure business requires money, effort, and years of work. Not four days of hustle followed by "when's the vacation?" You don't get breaks when you're building something real. Why work ethic is like a muscle (and how to build it). You can't hit a PR the first time you try five plates. You work, recover, eat, and try again. Same with entrepreneurship. Most people push too hard, burn out, and pull way too far back instead of finding their limit and slowly expanding capacity. The calendar optimization strategy that built PT Domination. Pack your calendar until there's literally no time left. Optimize what you're doing. Hire someone to replace the menial tasks. Repeat. That's how you scale, not by working less and hoping AI does it for you. Why your body is NOT your friend. If Brian listened to his body, he'd be 400 pounds eating candy. If his co-host listened to his body, he'd still be doing drugs. Your body lies to you. Your feelings lie to you. Stop listening to them and work your goddamn ass off. The harsh truth about the "alignment" crowd. Every single person preaching "go with the flow" and "follow your bliss" built their business with ridiculous work ethic. They weren't sleeping. They weren't woo-woo-ing their way to a million dollars. They worked until they succeeded, THEN they started the spiritual shit. ...and much more. CHAPTERS: 00:00 - Intro: Babies, Projectile Shit & Real Talk 03:27 - The "Soul Leaving the Body" Moment 06:00 - What It Actually Takes to See Success 15:55 - Work Ethic as a Muscle: How to Build Capacity 19:24 - Why the "Follow Your Bliss" Crowd is Full of Shit 22:13 - Your Body is NOT Your Friend: Stop Listening to Feelings Top Quotes: "Sometimes you just watch the soul leave their body. You just see people fucking crumble." - Co-host (3:27) "Everything that you want in life is on the other side of work ethic. Everything." - Co-host (15:55) "If I listen to my body, I'd be 400 fucking pounds right now, because all I want to do is eat candy and drink." - Brian (22:13) "You can't woo, woo your way to a million fucking dollars. You can't woo your way to fucking 100 grand. Doesn't fucking work." - Co-host (19:37) "If I got to convince you to get out of bed to do the shit that you said you wanted to do, fuck off." - Brian (22:13) -------- For more information on working with me fill out this application: http://bit.ly/BuildYourOnlineFitnessBiz ------ LET'S CONNECT: YouTube | @therealbrianmark Instagram | @therealbrianmark Facebook | Brian Mark

#1347- I Grew 10k Followers From 1 Post..." - 10k Mastermind Podchats

Justin Klein just won $25,000. Not in the lottery. In business decisions. That's what happens when you renew, upgrade, or extend your coaching program. You get entered to win a $25K trip to spend an entire day with Brian breaking down your business, flying out fully paid, going to lunch, doing a workout, and getting one-on-one attention to scale even faster. This episode starts with announcing two major winners (Justin's $25K trip and Michelle's $1K cash plus the BOOM trophy), then dives straight into live coaching with coaches who are scaling hard, hitting record months, and figuring out how to stop fucking around with multiple jobs when their business is already printing money. From Dana hitting $25K months while still manually transferring client programs (and why she needs to hire someone yesterday), to Daniel showing up to every coaching call even after four years because he knows there's always more to learn, to Stevie launching a year-long $5K program via masterclass - this is what scaling to six figures actually looks like in real time. Here's what we break down: The project management system that lets Brian run multiple businesses without burnout. Sunday planning to identify the ONE most important thing for each project that week, then spending 30-45 minutes on each project every single day. Small daily progress beats batching everything into one overwhelming day. The difference between knowing information and using information. Daniel's been with PT Domination for four years and knows the fundamentals, but people in the Millionaire Mastermind making $200K/month have the exact same information. The difference? They show up to every single coaching call. Trent Harrison still shows up at $220-250K/month to learn from people doing $15-35K. Andre's New Year's challenge timing strategy. Don't launch a 14-day challenge on January 1st. Push hard for January 1st program starts NOW, then launch your 14-day challenge starting January 5th. You'll capture both waves - people who want to start immediately and people who want the free challenge entry point. Stevie's masterclass framework for launching her $5K year-long program. Start with big promise, backstory on why you're qualified, show social proof, deliver three valuable core lessons, then present the "slow path vs fast path" invitation. Get your ride-or-die clients in the chat hyping you up while people book calls. Send the replay immediately after to everyone who didn't show. Lucy's decision point: quit the job or keep playing it safe? She's hitting multiple $10K months in a row, has the money saved, but her job texted "my emergency is your emergency" and it's stressing her out. Brian's responsible coaching approach: How many months have you hit over $10K in a row? If it's consistent, you know the answer. CHAPTERS: 00:00 - Intro: $25K Winner Announcement - Justin Klein 02:00 - Michelle Listini Wins $1K + BOOM Trophy 05:00 - Dana's Project Management Question & Delegation Strategy 07:15 - Meta Glasses: Did They Actually Help Story Engagement? 10:00 - Daniel's Insight: Knowing vs Using Information 15:00 - Why $200K/Month Coaches Still Show Up to Calls 1:25:44 - Andre's New Year's Challenge Timing Strategy 1:26:44 - Stevie's Masterclass Framework for $5K Year-Long Program 1:30:00 - How to Get Ride-or-Die Clients to Hype Your Masterclass Top Quotes: "There's a difference between knowing information and using information. You can know something, but to execute the thing perfectly is two completely different conversations." - Brian (10:00) "The same information that you have is the same information that they have. The only difference is in the application and the behavior pattern." - Brian (10:36) "If I can't do the stuff in the time that I'm allotting it to, then I'm gonna hire somebody to do it for me." - Brian (5:00) "Why am I the one posting that on my feed?
