We've gone SOFT ๐Ÿ˜ค๐Ÿ˜ค

Most people say that it's important to love yourself at all costs, at all times.

We CANNOT love ourselves and our actions at all times because we are HUMAN and because we are HUMAN sometimes we do things that cause us NOT to be happy with ourselves.

And if we operate under the delusion of self-love at all times - then we might ACT OUT OF ALIGNMENT with our core values and "love ourselves" into believing that "it's okay."

"It's OKAY to cheat on my husband/wife/boyfriend/girlfriend because at the end of the day I still love myself."

"It's OKAY to eat 4 pizzas and hate the way I feel because I love myself."

"It's OKAY to work at a job I despise day after day after day because I love myself."

I spend 80% of the time in love with myself. Appreciating my hard work. Being grateful for what I have accomplished. Being proud of how hard I work.

And I spend the other 20% of my time wildly disgusted with myself. PISSED that I ever let myself have a drug addiction, UPSET that I ever let anyone down, ANGRY at myself for waiting so long to work on my dreams.

Beauty, and rage.

"Sometimes self-love is actually self dilution."
