Changing our business to operate in ways that dismantle oppressive patriarchal practices IS POSSIBLE. Diane Webb, licensed psychotherapist specializing in trauma and anxiety, has done just that. She shares what practices that cause harm she wished to change and how she and her co-founder did that. She co-owns a large counseling center that is creating systemic shifts in personal-center, quality mental health care. You don't have to be a therapist or work in mental health to implement these changes--this applies to everyone.
