So one of my followers sent me a e-mail from Ravi asking me about this guy's program where he claims you can get lean (Lose Fat/build muscle) in 5 weeks. So I will give you my real,logical and honest assessment about this claim of getting lean in 5 weeks. So before we got into it, we must first understand how much lean will you get in these 5 weeks, how much fat will you lose and if you're gonna also lose or build muscle at the same time. Which is why we must calculate our full body mass and see the body fat percentage we would like to achieve. In this video I will use myself, my numbers as an example for calculating and seeing if these claims ( get lean (losing fat/building muscle) are achievable in 5 weeks. There is nothing magical about this, because you can be your own judge if you run logical and realistic numbers. I personally think that not everyone will get the results this guy is claiming, it is within the realm of possibility, however it's not something I'll be incline to jump on. If You want to get lean (lose fat( in 5 weeks you must have an ideal routine, perfect meals ect...

So today what I want to talk about today is the response Undead Chronic made to YoagiOabs, simply because I want to demonstrate a point about what I've been seeing about MGTOW and why a lot of it is destructive, and there is a large amount overlap between MGTOW and Incel. Now, Yogi is not someone a 100% agree with all the time, but he is someone that I consider to be rational and analytical thoughtful person, while Undead Chronic is someone I don't consider reasonable, he is too much reactive and emotional! All Undead Chronic is doing is his respond, is talking nonsense, claiming to have smashed a lot of girls, calling girls thots and man simps... I'm not trying to tear Undead Chronic apart here, I don't have any serious trouble with him, I'm just being honest here, he is a very reactive emotional guy. You see when you think of a masculine man, a strong manly man, you don't think of a reactive screaming emotional male, but a very quite calm and focus man, someone who is balanced and have a weight to his presence. And as I noticed in the a previous video of mine, where I did a commentary to this couple where the woman was being so furious and screaming at the guy. There were a lot of comments where men were demanding to hold these women accountable and wanting them take responsibility for their actions. Yogi on the other had is saying that these women are not conscious it's just they nature. Yes there are plenty of these guys, the nice guys, who as Undead Chronic said, are ready to take care of these women and go the extra mile for them, however, girls choose to chase the "chads" and "bad boys" who don't treat them good! And that's exactly where we differ, it is a matter of the Victim Mindset vs the Bulldog Mindset. In this case the Victim Mindset in blaming women, attraction is not a choice, and I'm sure you've heard this before, it's not like women can control what kind of guy are they attracted to, no more than you could, you cannot find yourself attracted to the overweight not very pretty woman, even though she is nice ect... There is no point of being a Victim, these movements Incel, MGTOW, feminism, SJW and others are quite the same, they are mindsets that are alluring because they tend to blame others, blame circumstances, blame the government. In short it sales the idea that you are powerless therefore you are not to blame and you get to feel good about yourself, after all you are the Victim here. And you can see the language Undead Chronic and his followers are using, they're dehumanizing people, calling girls as thots and men as simps and that's the danger, anyone who disagrees with their philosophy or they don't like, they spew hatred on and they dehumanize them using these terminologies. And if you look as the history of the world, you're not gonna find a race that was persecuted that did not have a dehumanizing nickname. You can hear this from the other side as well, from SJWs, feminists and the left using terms like toxic masculinity that are used to dehumanize men. As I said, I can talk with Undead Chronic and have a beer with him and be open to talk, or sit down with YogiOabs, it doesn't really matter. It can be 100% against my views and believes, but I won't hate you, I won't dehumanize you, I won't hold grudge against you, we will discuss stuff and maybe who knows we can come to a middle ground. Same thing with feminism it started to end women suffrage and it made sense, a lot of sense, and there was a lot of good that came from that. But when it keeps on fighting an enemy that isn't there then the problem start. We end up having this name calling echo-chamber with a never ending loop. And I don't hate MGTOWs I just disagree with a lot of things they say, and I'm willing to have a discussion and have people making their points and explanation to me. So as I said I don't hate Undead Chronic and people like him, I do think they're full of shit, and having a load of insecurities that they build this wall in order to hide behind it. And personally I'm not for changing society, I'm for changing individuals, because shame and personal attacks don't really do much other than making them more aggressive, it's better to educate men how to be men and why they shouldn't be nice guys and be assertive and dominant that would have a better result on society.

A lot of people put up a lot pf resistance to this, and say: well if you're on OMAD, eating only one meal a day, if you're fasted you can't do cardio, you won't have the energy to do this! Now this is wrong, because it's probably best to do cardio and to do any kind of aerobic activity while you're fasted, especially if you're trying to burn fat. So I've doing this for about 4 years now, 7 days a week on OMAD ( eating One Meal A Day ) sometimes I eat One Meal Every TWO DAYS!!! I do this while I'm lifting weights, running, training for my marathons and doing muay thai Kickboxing, which is quite a cardio workout! Now I'm not just doing this but EXCELLING AT IT! The reason why I'm saying this is because my performance has not suffered, and to be honest it did improve! I want also to mention that I tested this, I did test working out, lifting weight, running doing aerobic activities after eating when I'm not on OMAD ( One Meal A Day ) and I found that my performance did go down! Some of that may be because M y body adapted to me running marathons and lifting weight on no fuel! However you can do these activities on an empty stomach since you might not used to it you might find it hard at first, I'm not giving medical advice here BUT if you do this and you're not getting dizzy or feeling like passing out then go through with it and see how far can you push without harming yourself! Here is the thing, because from an evolutionary stand point, if a cave man didn't eat for several days and hungry, do you think he would be so out of energy that he wouldn't be able to run after his target? well no! In fact he would be more PRIMED to run even faster and harder since he is a dire need for nutrition. That's exactly why I noticed with myself I have more energy, more focus and more sharp when I'm on an empty stomach when i'm doing OMAD ( One Meal A Day ). You can also take himbine hcl and caffeine that's supposedly is gonna help you loose weight! At the same time if you're really overweight just doing OMAD ( One Meal A Day ) would be enough for you to loose weight and give you a good result! After that it all depends on your goals, you can add supplement and cardio, and you still can gain weight. For someone like me on OMAD ( One Meal A Day ) and doing running 50 miles a week + cardio + kickboxing being at 225 pounds I still can gain weight! yes even on OMAD ( One Meal A Day ) You have to be carful, don't assume this is a magic pill or magic trick, at the same time don't short change yourself, if you're training don't think that because your training you must eat more. As I said I've tested this and the results were better when I'm on OMAD!

Today I'm gonna respond and give some constructive feedback to a comment from a subscriber, at the age of 33 years old still living with his parents who just gave up on life, who doesn't have any ambitions nor anything to lookout for in life other than smoking beers. Who sees best moment in his life back when he was homeless in Seattle. When I read this, this comment hit me hard, there is so much in here, one of them is that when you don't have goals in life, you can end up feeling cornered, feeling imprisoned, feeling that life is nothing but a heavy toll. This happen little by little, it didn't just happen with one big event, it was a chain of events, of small decisions that ultimately led to where this person is. When you don't want to do the work, the heavy work, the HARD work, this is where you can end up. The best moments of your life are when you land a good song on the radio. This is what happens when you give up on life. Another thing is, the victim mindset is very strong in him, this is why i push the bulldog mindset so much on this channel. And can't allow anyone to interpret having bad things happen to them as a reason to develop the victim mindset. He does mention having failed emotional relationships and being emotionally abused as a child, but again, who didn't? parents can do that when they have no clue what they're doing, kids can be mean and harsh on each other, the world can be an unjust place and get abused in many ways, you can be the best partner and give it your all but your partner end up screwing everything up. But that's not an excuse to act like a wimp, to give up on life. If you do hard stuff, and live up to the limit and get on the uncomfortable side of life, so the little things in life can't derail you. So when The real need arise you can stand up and face reality. I want you to be strong, to have abundance in life. To be skinned enough, to not allow yourself o be crushed. To be honest, the gentleman's life isn't really that hard, he didn't really be crushed to be honest. I don't want to pick on you nor make fun of you, I want to help you in anyway I can, that is why i'm being tough on you. I want to give you the advise you need not the advise you want to hear. You can handle strong issues in life, you have to be strong. Everyone has to start at some point. And here is how you can do it, just pick up heavy work and follow through, go running, lifting weight my friend ... you might not be able to find a job right now. But when you're doing hard things and making progress on them you start advancing in life. You motioned you like playing piano well go become a bloody Mozart ! You have in you and I believe in you. You're only 33 and you have a lot of amazing life in front you. Take me my life from 33 to 38 in drastically different. You can become a millionaire no joke. You can master a lot of aspects of your life. When you have your pride and figuring out how to survive alone, how to be dependent, knowing that you can make it on your own and improving. Then my friend YOU WILL FIND FULFILLMENT. Even if you still live with your parents, don't give up on your life .

In this video we are gonna be talking about the most important thing that you should think about every single day, this is critical is you want to have success, if you to achieve your goals in life. One of the principles that I live by is how you live one day, is how you live everyday. Now this is a principle that I subscribe to in my life and one of the guiding factors of my life. And before you act lazy procrastinate, or not want to go to the gym, you should have this thought process. And the Key point is to make the habit of being Productive part of your everyday routine. If you follow the notion of " how I live one day is how i live everyday ", and you make your day a " productive day ", then imagine what your life would be a month from now, a year from now, 10 YEARS from now. Now the three reasons why you should follow this principle is simple.it's more likely you're going to follow through and continue in that direction. So The fact of having a productive day every day, isn't really that hard after you get the habit of it. At first it will be a little bit hard, But you will follow through with it. First reason is momentum: When you start on doing something, and going at some direction it will get easier to do it again one day after the other. IT GOES IN BOTH DIRECTIONS, If you are used to following bad decisions that have bad impact on your life you will find it more difficult to do the right thing, same thing goes to making good decisions with positive impacts. YES, It does take will power and discipline to make good decisions, but again it gets easier with time. Second reason is Habit: Most of what we do is on autopilot, it is by habit.And just like how you will continue having positive impact on your life by following the habit of having a productive day every day, If you get used to Procrastination and Laziness you're basically screwed. Just like the habit of brushing your teeth or tying your shoes, You must focus on making everyday of your life a productive day. And do the things that are hard but most productive. And at the end is become somewhat automatic. Third reason is RANDOMNESS: Most of what we do in life are random, creativity, productivity and chaotic. Even though a lot of it is happening through randomness. You don't really have a lot of control over your life as much as you might think. So if you surrender to randomness and follow through with it, with no constancy, habit or momentum to do the right thing, then your life will follow through a random chaotic pattern. Someone some day will be a productive day , other will not. And those are the reason why HOW I LIVE ONE DAY IS HOW I LIVE EVERYDAY - and Why I make sure that a Productive day in my life is everyday.

I just aspire to really maximize my blessings, my gifts, and all the things I have been given in this world to a maximum. Is my thinking wrong here man? You talk about this a lot, not living by other standards. Hell I created a damn video on that about women and related cybersecurity (you've seen the video). My own mother and father, who are mostly supportive, have told me that college is the only way and that I should simply have fun as I am in college, and stop focusing on my career so much, "joing the Greek System Grant!" Again, I focus on my career and build social skills at the same time. I can't do it though man. It's in my nature to be and continue to be someone who goes for it... I feel like it's my responsibility to finish college as they are funding it too. My heart is not in college, I have found and identified gap in this industry, cybersecurity. The degree is a waste of mu time. I don't just say this either, I wake up at 5:30 AM and bust my ass to ensure I am an action taker and not one of "those" who is coming up with BS. I know, however, sometimes you just got to do both until you have the results to back you up, until then, you have to be in college? For girls, this definitly sounds like the scarcity mindset, but i am more mature than them (and I am in no means superior at all), just a little bit further along in my maturity: I am thinking about myself as a man and not a boy who goes to parties and smokes Weed. I don't watch porn and I am not in the hookup scene, I am in need to be patient with that. Parts of me, want to buy a one-way ticket with a backpack, laptop, two or three pairs of clothes, and really, truly understand who I am as a person... I know this totally sounds like self-doubt: Should I just stop doing att of this, stop listening to you, stop with the YouTube, stop with the website, and get my college degree, and just be that "normal" guy ... Here is my answer: It doesn't matter if it's girl or a guy. Keep in mind this is not a pessimistic view, you just assume that your partner will cheat on you and you should be okay with that, that doesn't mean you have to TOLERATE it! so if you cant to kick them out the door that is fine totally cool man. Because at the end of the day, you don't have an idea what is happening in someone's head. what they are thinking about. And that's a stoic point of view. That doesn't mean you shouldn't trust anybody, and act on it. What I mean is, even if I don't trust others I do give them my trust, because I can handle what will happen in case betray my trust. It won't wreck my world that's what I mean! At the end of the day, people are people. Just like your they are capable of a lot of fucked up shit when the situation is suitable, so you've got let them be. Assume that they are gonna do fucked up shit, again don't tolerate it, but rather expect it to happen eventually at some moment in time. Like if I hired someone, an accountant, I already chose them. I know he is skilled and all. But if he end up stealing from me I'll fire him and sue his ass. I'm not tolerating his behavior, but i'm acting in a emotionless way. Most of people are way to reactive and emotional in day to day situations. Everything is "hollyshit moment" in their lives. And before I give an answer, I want you to act on this base in your life. You see whenever you go in a relationship don't expect there will be loyalty or fidelity, you don't own anyone, they are responsible for their own actions. And if they have the tendencies to cheat on you. let them do it, let them cheat. If you drive the car, expect someone to cut you off. I happens all the time, so it will bound to happen to in a moment of life. When it comes to dealing with this situation, on one hand it might be beneficial to you. You know that she is into girls. So all morals and judgments aside, this can be of amusement to you. This is a part of her after all and from her perspective she is not getting everything she wants. So you can give her the freedom to do this, OR even be involved in this ! and with her sharing more secrets with you not afraid of judgement, will make your bond even stronger. At the end of the day, she is your girlfriend and she is into girls! either kick her to the curb OR get involved in it. You can't force other people to change, or change just for you. Today we will review one of his most famous books Rich Dad Poor Dad and discussing if it's a scam. I got an interesting comment, where I talked about Rich Dad Poor Dad with Dan Lok, and how it fundamentally changed my mind. I got this comment and E-mail from a subscriber raiding a valid concern. And I want to address some of the controversies, tell you guys about what do I think about rich dad poor dad, whether it is a good Book, and if we should care about the author reputation. Here is the Thing, If you go back in time, at the time I read rich dad poor dad there wasn't a great deal of books teaching about entrepreneurship, investments, assets, and business. So at the Time, Rich Dad Poor Dad was an eye opening for me. There was a difference in my way of thinking after I read the book. I was focused on living paycheck to paycheck, save money buy a new car ect .... I wasn't thinking about assets and investments and how to duplicate that money for me to live off with passively. So Rich Dad Poor Dad totally changed my mind and way of thinking of things whether they are either an asset or an expense or Asset and liability. About the author, Robert Kiyosaki, a lot of controversy surrounding him, I don't know exactly what they are, but there are clear facts that he did some dishonest things, he misrepresented himself. And to be Honest I don't Know Robert Kiyosaki, I never met him. So I'm not gonna judge him. I'm just saying what it is publicly known about him. But still, that doesn't change my opinion about the book rich dad poor dad. I also Know that the book contain factual errors, Bad advise etc ... And I AGREE it's missing a key advise. I don't tell you how to find these assets, how to own them, where to find them? that is my biggest complain. However, the story in Rich Dad Poor Dad, is dumped down to reach the majority of people. Including me the time I read it. I also agree that I would choose a book based on the reputation of the author. However, Wisdom is Wisdom even if it is said from the mouth of fools. And At the end remember, follow people like me like dan lok like robert kiyosaki, like tonny robins but don't worship these people. The concerns are valid but it is not an excuse.

Motivation is not required for success, so what does that mean ? It's one of the principles that I live by, So what you're gonna find in life, what you're gonna find in anything that you try and do that's hard, at some point you're gonna loose motivation. Initially, when you're gonna start doing something is because you're gonna be motivated, when you're hungry you're gonna be motivated to get some food, But if you're gonna keep eating, you're gonna get full, and the motivation is gonna disappear. And that's very similar to life, and how life works in many ways. whatever you have that's giving you motivation at some point it's gonna get satiated, and just because it is satiated it doesn't mean that it's done, it doesn't mean that you've reached success. People think they have to be motivated, that they have to have motivation and passion in order to succeed, in order to reach success, in order to live up to their dream. Otherwise, their doing the wrong thing, and that's not true. What is required to reach success, is not motivation it is consistency, discipline and commitment. You have to show up everyday, you have to do it. And that's the reason I believe motivation is not required for success, that's the principle because I know from my own personal experience, I will loose motivation. I wake up in the morning many days, and I don't want to do the work, I don't want to make videos, I don't want to go to the gym, I don't want to run, I don't want to fast ... BUT I have planned out what I want to achieve in life. You've got to have a plan, when I have a plan, I know what i'm supposed to do I can do it without motivation. When I don't know what to do then i'm gonna need motivation. That's the real " secret " to success. The secret key is not motivation the secret key is having a plan and following through with it. Because at the end of the day, you just have to show up and do the work. Then you will get there, you will achieve success, even without motivation you know when and where to do the work so you just have to follow through. And that's is the real secret key to success , it is not motivation one must have commitment, discipline to execute on a plan.

This is something you may not heard before, so i'll give you the science and the basics behind this. The way that your body works, the way it processes sugar or carbohydrates, is that when you get carbohydrates, your body secretes insulin. Insulin causes certain receptors on your muscles, organs and fat cells that are insulin sensitive (have insulin receptors), to open up and receive the carbohydrates. In order for you to gain fat is that, insulin causes insulin-receptors to be deactivated, while you have glucose running around in your blood stream, causing more insulin to be released and since the muscles and organs aren't using it, it is used by fat cells and stored there. In the cases of people who have type 2 diabetes, they have a high insulin sensitivity, so they need more insulin in order to reduce their sugar blood level. So in a nutshell the muscles do not need that much insulin to use glucose, so the fat cells that usually have high sensitivity end up storing the glucose by using the insulin. Insulin and Insulin sensitivity decide what happens in terms of getting fat or loosing it. Now when your body goes for some time without carbohydrates or any source of fuel for a while, your cells become more insulin sensitive, so your body needs less insulin to activate the insulin receptors in your cells. And that why there are MANY cases of people cured the TYPE 2 DIABETES with FASTING. So I can restrict my carbohydrates, fasting until it is time where my muscles are primed for insulin responsiveness. And that usually happens right after we left heavy weight and exhaust our muscles. So what we want to do to build muscle and loose fat is to use this cycle. And this is What I usually do: On Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday I do My Cardio or muay thai kick boxing, And eat ketogenically, meaning high fat, high protein and very low carbs. Then Monday, Wednesday, Friday I do my wight lifting days, where I left very heavy, and eat meals that are high in proteins and carbs and little to no fat. So what ends up happening from a scientific lenses, what is happening is that i'm loosing my cardio days I'm using all the glycogen because i'm carbs depleted. I do replenishing my glycogen storage. Sunday again I eat ketogenically. Monday after my full body workout I again depleted a lot of my muscle glycogen. Then What happens Super Compensation is activated where any carbohydrates that come in, is not stored as fat, is goes directly to the muscles. So with my meal I have a high carbs meal, like rice or potato to replenish my carbs storage. This you're changing between anabolic and catabolic states where you are more optimized best, to build muscle and loose fat. Again you won't get a lot of muscle BUT you are loosing fat! So you put yourself in anabolic state on the lifting days so you gain muscles. And in the catabolic state you're loosing a lot of fat! And that's pretty much it! that's my secret! that's the magic!

Usually people you try to act tough by not loosening up, sometimes it is intentional, other times it's not, it is either because they're nervous, quiet type, anxious or in stress. What happens is that they end up sending vibes of insecurity whether it is because they're shy or nervous So it is very important to be able to loosen up. Some people use Alcohol to be able to loosen use, and that is a very bad Idea! For reasons that I've mentioned in other videos. Link in the info cards. Now the main reason why I can loosen up, deal with stress as you can see in my videos and movements, is simply because I don't give a fuck, I just don't care what other people say or think about me. Why? because I'm comfortable since it doesn't matter to me. Now I wasn't always like this, if you check older videos, you can see the stressed non loosened up version of me, with a very HIGH VOICE, and a very stressed manner. Usually I acted that way, because I cared, I cared about what you guys are gonna say or think about me. What impression should I make on my viewers? what will be perceived etc ... Now I don't man, that you should go to the extreme and not care 100%, of course there will be some amount of caring. I'm not doing my videos undressed. Even though I'm a nerd and participate in nerdy activities, I do see a lot of kids who usually are in stress and not loosened up in day to day life, They act in a complete different manner when they are in places where they comfortable, because they belong to that environment. People act cool in situations when they are surrounded by people with similar interests, there is no judgment around thus there is no risk for you. Now How do you apply this to the actual real world? how to deal with stress situations ? how to loosen Up? The way to apply this is simple, you should go out there, to the world, and start taking chances. It might not be comfortable at first, but after you do a certain number of times and realize you're not going to die, and everything is fine, that doesn't matter. You'll start to be more loosened up and less stressed. At the End of the day, you can't loosen up is because you fear embarrassment. To me embarrassment is to care what other people think about you. So to feel loosened up you just got to put yourself out there and take chances not afraid of what people are gonna say or think. Yes it is easier said than done, go face rejection, it doesn't matter! You afraid about doing something stupid? Just do it! it doesn't matter ! Get in touch with yourself, meditate. and realize WHAT DOES REAL matter. This way you can loosen up, deal with stress and even handle depression, or even avoid thinking about depression in the first place, since you know what really matter to you. If you approach life this way, you will be able to loosen up and deal with stress easily.

You sacrifice things to master and excel at others. But John your life is the opposite of that, your life defies that principle. Starting, this is a very complex question, there are so many ways to answer this question, about having the perfect life, mastering every aspect of your life. And to start, YES YOU CAN HAVE IT ALL. There are plenty of people that do it, and as you said in the E-mail, my life seems to defy that principle, because I BELIEVE IT! I believe there is no reason for me not to be in the best shape in any room I walk into, to be the best styled, to be the one who makes the most money. There is no need for me to be like that. There is nothing to prove, there is nothing to say, because there will always be other people better than me at something or everything. However that is no excuse for me not to try and be 90% of the time, the best guy in the room at everything I do. I may sound arrogant, so what? that is how I choose to live my life, THAT IS THE WAY OF THE BULLDOG MINDSET!! And it's not just about the motivation or need, it is about the mindset that most people don't have. To Be the Best Version of Yourself. And most of people reject Excellence, like in the video with my buddy Dan Lok, he mentioned that whenever people hear about someone making a lot of money they say it is a scam or something shady going on, that is impossible. I am a living proof of that, people tell me I can't have this physic, I can't be running marathons, doing Muay Thai, they result to accusations like steroids, or lies. Because they CAN'T achieve that living. they don't have the commitment and discipline to be the best version you can be. To live one life with no regrets. THAT IS NOT TRUE! those are assumptions that people have. Most of people want to rationalize that there is some kind of trade of, so they can justify why they're not succeeding. However talking about the pragmatic side of this. You can't just automatically have it all like that without effort! Just like Michael Philips did to excel in swimming, you have to isolate yourself for a period of time on focus on one thing you want to excel at, so you can be a better version of yourself, the BEST VERSION of yourself. So how did I achieve all of these things? It's by adding these things little by little to your life, and being in maintenance mode. I do focus on one things HOWEVER I maintain the other side of my life, I don't just abandon one thing for the other. And to be the best version of yourself, the best guy in the room, the bar isn't very high. Just Focus one thing, and drop secondary stuff that you can come back to later, then you go back to those things after. Believe you can have it all. You have ONE LIFE, there is no time for regrets.

How I Ran 48.6 Miles With Broken Ribs | Disney Dopey Challenge 2019 Last year I decided I was going to run the Disney Dopey Challenge 2019. But... A few weeks before I simply broke my ribs. I was in my Muay Thai class and I got a kick right at the ribs. MAN IT WAS PAINFUL AS HELL.It was hard to walk, hard to breath, not able to sleep, LET ALONE RUN A FULL MARATHON! It was only 2 weeks left for the marathon date, and I had to train, I put my running shoes on that Sunday, I had to run the 15 miles, just gonna jog, step after step, it was painful all the time. Worse than I thought I couldn't even listen to music or an audiobook with all the pain. All I focused on is putting one step then other. I hoped that it will be okay the day of the marathon, or at least not as painful. and As you guessed, no as I thought It was painful still. I trained everyday up until the day of the marathon with only 2 days of rest before. It was 4 long days: First day 5 kilometers, Second day 10 kilometers, Third day half a marathon (21.1 kilometers) And by the fourth day a full marathon (42 Kilometers). Anyways one step after the other I did it. I though that was it, I didn't think I'll be able to run a full marathon. By the Third day I was dying, the pain was killing me, I didn't know how am I gonna run a half marathon let alone a full marathon? A full marathon alone is hard, it's hard. Four hours on average of running time. Add to that being tired, not sleeping, broken ribs. My first thought was: how am I going to run the Disney Dopey Challenge 2019? I thought this was going to get better. It didn't. I need to run this. I need to run this. But, as you might already know me... I've committed to it, so... I'm going to run the Disney dopey challenge 2019. And that's what I did... But... How did I run 48 miles with broken ribs? That's what you're going to find out.

Delta Airlines and Coca-Cola had to apologize after passengers called their in-flight napkins "creepy" for encouraging romantic advances their flights. #delta #coke #masculinity Delta Airlines and Coca-Cola, as part of a Diet Coke marketing campaign, distributed napkins for their passengers with messages like "because you're on a plane full of interesting people and hey... you never know". These napkins feature a message that encourages people to give their name and phone number to a fellow passenger they have a "crush" on. On the back, there are two blank lines to be filled in with a name and number. Fine print on the side of the napkin encourages the reader to, "Be a little old school. Write down your number & give it to your plane crush. You never know…" Needless to say that there was an insane backlash about it on the internet. Although I'm not interested in talking about this backlash, I wanted to tackle this from a masculine perspective. Why handling these napkins is definitely a bad way to approach your "plance crush" and what can men learn from this whole experience the next time they approach a girl in order to not be creepy.
