"Hustling"
More is never enough, right? When it comes to meeting the basic requirements to fullfill our needs in this current society we are expected to "hustle". Insomnia, digestive issues and mood disorders are often the pay off for dysregulation and overwork. Pushing oneself past the physical signs of the bodies need for rest, sleep and proper nutrition a normal expectation of our culture. This podcast is about hustling and looking at making adjustments to ones life, changing patterns of behaviour and possibly finding new ways to make change.
