When emotions are high, our words only make up 10% of the message we send! 90% comes from our tone and non-verbals. Listen in to hear more about how our non-verbals are impacting the people in our span of care. Being intentional, and setting achievable goals can help us make sure we are setting the message we intend. CHALLENGE: Have an intentional conversation with your teammate, partner, friend, and/or child.
