Show Notes
When we act irrationally and make moments “bigger than they are/have to be” or simply try to explain ourselves…a comeback is often “that’s just an excuse”.
What if they weren’t “excuses”? What if we allowed ourselves to feel?
Journal Prompts:
-What’s happening?

-If you allowed yourself to be petty, have excuses, or just say what you want to say no matter how valid it may seem, what would it be?

-What will help you get there?
