You may have felt like a victim to gaslighting...but have you considered that you might gaslight yourself? Or that you "should" yourself? Immense guilt comes from both of those behaviors. We talk about how to swap those behaviors + what you can *release* that isn't serving you; for example: releasing the urge to 'keep the peace' or make sure others are happy.
