Local commercial venues benefit by filling up hotel rooms, restaurants, theaters, and other venues where films are screened, parties are thrown, and lectures are given. Well known movies and TV shows filmed in Miami, including Academy Award winning Moonlight. Film and TV studios lease and own a lot of commercial real estate!
