Ep 182What Wrecks Relationships - MTP182

My new friend and fellow 'Balti-moron' Dave Elliot talks about relationships between men and women in a visceral, down-to-earth manner that I'm sure you're going to appreciate. Among his numerous interesting ideas is his brilliant A.L.L.W.A.Y.S. framework for predicting whether or not a relationship is built to last. After all, you and your woman want to always stay together, but there are also all sorts of ways to stay together. So first off, how is it that some people can date for literally years, but their marriage is wrecked within just a few months of saying 'I do'? And on the other hand, what are those seven major factors that genuinely and accurately determine whether or not a couple will defy the divorce rate odds and be happy together for decades? Dave and I talk clearly and candidly about what it takes. This episode is all about knowing your own values and avoiding the fear of going deep with a woman you've just met only to encounter bitter disappointment...and instead boldly seeking out and finding the relationship of a lifetime with a fantastic woman who is truly your significant other. Talk to me for 25 minutes free, and let's make 2020 the year you get the woman of your dreams into your life. http://www.mountaintoppodcast.com. === HELP US SEND THE MESSAGE TO GREAT MEN EVERYWHERE === We'll keep the solid, actionable content coming...all for free. Ep 1812020 Hindsight...And Foresight - MTP181

This episode may come off as a bit weird up front, as it's the first show we've ever published to BOTH The Mountain Top and X & Y On The Fly feeds. But hey...we figured this is a timely conversation everyone can and should have, and also (more obviously) we're co-hosting this one together. So on with it... In this fast-paced show we talk candidly--and at times controversially--about how dating, relating and even socializing itself have changed in the last decade, and how we ourselves control what the next decade holds. What about online dating, apps and social media? Shouldn't it be easier than ever for men and women to meet, attract each other and build relationships? But instead, men and women appear to have lost touch with how to relate to each other. It's as if we as a human race have gotten better than ever at mere social manipulation, and place a higher value on that than real connection. As a result, are people justified in questioning the value of even pursuing a relationship nowadays? Have people in general become more pessimistic toward the other gender? And wait until you get Emily's take on how the #MeToo movement has influenced dating and relating. But the ultimate question is with regard to what happens going forward. What do we as a society really want from our relationships with each other? Yes, 2020 has arrived, and you can talk to Emily and/or me for 25 minutes free. All the details are at http://www.mountaintoppodcast.com. === HELP US SEND THE MESSAGE TO GREAT MEN EVERYWHERE === We'll keep the solid, actionable content coming...all for free. Ep 180What Older Men Know That Younger Guys Don't - MTP180

A blast from the past has resurfaced, and it's none other than my long-time friend and frequent oldskool David D. co-collaborator Will H., aka 'Big Will'. Together, he and I are like two examples of the 'old bull' from ye olde 'two bulls on the hill' joke. We were sure to poke a lot of fun at ourselves and tell embarrassing stories in this episode, and we sincerely trust that you young bulls out there will be fully equipped to 'walk down there and get 'em all' after you're finished listening. And rest assured, whatever age you are you're going to get lots of laughs out of this show. Will H. is known for his humorous way of bringing logical fact to light, and we've never had a dull moment recording together. So of course, we fully address why younger women tend to love older men so much...and better yet, how younger guys can bridge the gap. What are the most infamous fashion faux pas committed by men...along with the social ones that basically act as chick repellent? How is it that older guys can possibly be more handsome and sexy to women...even physically? And on the other hand, what does it look like when older guys refuse to grow up? Hint: it's worse for them, not better. Add it up, and this episode boils down to taking what older men know about how to attract women, bottling it up and giving y'all a big swig of it. The end of 2019 is here, and the new year is coming. Remember, you can talk to me for 25 minutes free. Ep 179Why Do Techie Guys Struggle With Women? - MTP179

My co-host and returning guest Myke Macapinlac began his career as a techie guy in the IT world. Like many men in such a position, he often felt there was a 'glass wall' separating him from others socially. Yet, it's often as if techie guys feel if they only work harder, make more money and get that coveted promotion, then attracting women--and their social life in general--will take care of itself. Unfortunately, that simply isn't the case for most. So why do left-brained guys in particular struggle so much socially? What are the three major traits that make someone more sociable--or even likable--to begin with? What was it about early pickup advice that appealed to techie guys so much? How can you overcome crippling 'analysis paralysis', and how come plenty of other guys don't seem to be affected by it in the least? What does it really mean to 'be inside your head' as opposed to 'in your body'? And hey, what happens when we meet a woman who is a left-brained, technical type? Finally, what else can left-brained guys do to increase their overall attractiveness to women? The end of 2019 is here, and the new year is coming. Let's get on the phone and talk about getting the results with women you deserve. Ep 178Storytelling That Captivates - MTP178

Given how central this topic has historically been to the world of men's dating advice, it's hard to believe we've never done a show on it until now. But given how so many men struggle when talking to women, the idea of telling an actual end-to-end story seems overwhelming. Enter my guest co-host, Paul Smith, who has written several books on storytelling, including his latest 'The 10 Stories Great Leaders Tell'. To kick things off, we settle any confusion between what makes for a truly engaging story compared to a 'cool story, bro'. What is the proper role of humor in storytelling, and how important is it? On the other hand, what is the absolute most crucial prerequisite skill for effective storytelling? What are the three elements of a good, solid story? What are the eight questions you have to ask yourself when constructing a storyline? What does it take to craft meaningful stories for specific situations rather than telling the same few stories over and over? What is the difference between inductive vs. deductive storytelling? And of course, Paul reveals his ten stories that great leaders indeed tell. Sick of spinning your wheels with no progress to speak of? Let's get the results you deserve. Ep 177The Truth About Women And Romance Novels - MTP177

You asked for this, and it's long overdue... I can't count how many guys over the years have asked me why women LOVE romance novels like 50 Shades Of Grey so much. Well, I've invited popular romance novel author Porscha Sterling on as my co-host to break down exactly why women get so turned on by this genre. What's more, we talk about all of the different tips we as men can glean from romance novels to attract and delight women just like the central characters in the books do. So how about it, then...why do women prefer romance novels over the visceral visual stimulation of porn (or do they)? And do women really want the 'bad boy' persona in real life quite the same way they seem to desire it in the novels? How does all of this alpha imagery reconcile with all of the conflicting messages on masculinity that we see in the media? I mean, could it be true that what women SAY they want compared to what they REALLY want could be at odds, or is it all just a political power play? OR...is something even deeper and more meaningful really what is going on there? How is it that people who can't stand each other end up falling in love? And how do women really envision meeting the man of their dreams? By the way, what's the deal with women wanting a man to 'pursue' them? Isn't that the same as 'chasing'? It's true, gentlemen...women still love real men. Isn't it time you attracted the women you really want? Ep 176When Former Pickup Artists Father Daughters - MTP176

So many of us as men are terrified of fatherhood to begin with. But if and when the time comes, we almost invariably hope for a son...you know, a "chip off the old block". But every man who fathers a little girl immediately realizes that daughters are equally amazing in their own unique and wonderful ways. But for many men, that signals somewhat of a transformation of how they view women in general. This is all-important because of the tremendous influence we as fathers have on our daughters (and also on our sons, of course), regardless of what some naysayers may want us to believe. Well, my guest is NLP coach Mark Sing, who is the perfect co-host for this episode because he is the proud new dad of a three-month old little girl. His perspective, combined with that of a grizzled fatherhood vet like me makes for one rambunctious show. Get ready for an honest, down-to-earth discussion about the intricacies of being a man who not only loves women, but loves certain women particularly dearly. Is your role as a provider and protector meaningful in the same way for your daughter as it is for her mom? And on a lighter note, what's the real deal with 'dad jokes'? Fair warning...this episode ended up featuring longer-than-normal soliloquies by both of us, but it's all in the name of waxing philosophical about such a deeply personal and impactful topic. When you level up your manliness, you increase your attractiveness to women. Ep 175Be A Man Who's Prepared For Anything - MTP175

The motto of the Boy Scouts of America is 'be prepared'. Unfortunately, scouting isn't much of a thing anymore compared to what it used to be. As a result, a whole lot of us as men aren't really, um...prepared anymore. If you think about it, it's easy to feel as if we don't have to be. There are automatic transmissions, wrinkle-free shirts and oil change places out there. But...when that time presents itself where it's time to be a hero in a certain small way--and we just can't--it really sucks. It kicks you in your manhood. Well, my guest Jonathan Catherman has always loathed that feeling, which led him to writing a whole manual for men on how to be ready for 100 different situations that all men should be prepared for. If you're looking for a fast-action episode that's chock full of practical knowledge, then you just found it, Bubba. Now, obviously being prepared for the small things in life makes us tons more confident when the larger issues present themselves, but the impact our preparedness has on our ability to attract women is also not to be underestimated. Threats become challenges, which in turn blossom into opportunities. And wait until you hear the REAL reason why most full-grown men STILL don't prepare themselves, even though we all realize it's necessary. Is it time for a reckoning in your life? Are you ready to step up, draw a line in the sand and start getting the women and the life you want? Ep 174Double Your DeAngelo - MTP174

Most of you probably know my guest co-host as David DeAngelo, one of the founding fathers of the modern men's dating advice movement. But for the past decade or so Eben Pagan has been on a journey of personal evolution, leading him to a mission of inspiring you to turn your passions into both a living AND and legacy. Indeed, many of us as men often wonder aloud what our true gifts even are, let alone feeling any passion toward them. So then, how DO we figure out how we're going to leave a positive mark on the world? OH SCREW IT...we both knew about ten minutes into this thing it was time to throw away the script and go old-school talking David D. stuff. That's what you want, and that's what we gave you. And baby, does this show deliver. The segue starts with the ironic reality of how the David D. mystique happened, especially given the man Eben has become and what he is teaching nowadays. But as fun as the story of David D.'s early days are, stay tuned for perhaps the most shocking statement Eben could possibly have made about his work as David D...which left even me speechless. And wait until you hear about how meeting his wife Annie transformed everything, including his evolution as a man. Now, all of that said, I'm sure at least one of you is still left saying, 'Hey, all of that at the beginning about being a unique kind of genius was the best part!' Ep 173How To Make Women Feel Safe And Comfortable - MTP173

As often as this topic comes up, I firmly believe a large percentage of us as guys still don't fully grasp how important this subject is to women. My guest, intimacy coach Allana Pratt would go so far as to call it a dealbreaker. And wouldn't you know it...it all starts with communication, which Allana compares to a figure eight. How can being the 'hero of small things' make a major difference? How can you reconcile a woman's desire for a dominant decision-maker with our own genuine desire not to come off as a controlling jerk? And what does it take on both your best and worst days to be a rock of consistency for her? How does relaxing and resting into a woman's feminine nature actually cause her to feel safer, loving and respecting you more than ever before? And how do both you AND she gain from that relational state? While we're at it, we explain the specific kind of leadership from a man that makes a woman want to do anything for us. And hey...what DO women want, anyway? How can we make sure we're a safe, calming influence during her 'loco moments' rather than getting china plates thrown at us like in the Godfather? All of these important life questions are pondered along with many others in this particularly thought-provoking episode. Ep 172Shame And Guilt Suck - MTP172

As we all know, 'be yourself' is the lamest, most generic advice ever. But have you ever stopped to think why we as men would ever stop representing our true selves to begin with? Well, the title of this episode is a strong hint as to why, and my co-host is the man to explain what's up with that. Indeed, Clovis Colley isn't only a certified hypnotherapist in-house here at X & Y Communications, he's been around the block a few times. So what are guilt and shame all about anyway? And what useful purpose do they serve, if any? How do people try to shame us, or even project their own shame onto us? How has the 'toxic masculinity' narrative increased shame, even if under the guise of hoping to reduce it? What does it mean to 'take ourselves too seriously', and how do we pile on the pressure, shame and guilt when we do so? How can you tell when someone is trying to shame you for their own pathetic reasons, read them like a cheap paperback and refuse to let them affect you? How does setting and maintaining boundaries combat against undue shame and guilt? Discover the disastrous but shockingly common way people try to avoid shame only to experience even more of it. Ep 171Questions To Ask Before You Jump Into Bed - MTP171

When I first started dating my wife Emily, she brought a book with her containing a brilliant array of questions to help us get to know each other. Even though that may sound intimidating on the surface, it really turned out to be a lot of fun and the book genuinely functioned as advertised. A few weeks ago that book came up in conversation, and it occurred to me to find the author, Laurie Seale, and have her on as a guest. It turns out she is a regular 'Jaqueline Of All Trades'...and as smart, charming and fascinating as you would expect from someone who wrote such a book. In this episode we discuss the trials and tribulations men and women have nowadays when creating conversation with each other, along with some genius ways to kick off first date communication in a positive way. Laurie talks about the value of knowing yourself before seeking to know someone else, along with how to break the ice on such topics as passion, purpose, lifestyle, past relationships, basic compatibility and spirituality. She then suggests ideas for when you're in a hurry, along with offering some wise words on sussing out dealbreakers. Just for good measure, there are some fun stories along the way to illuminate the whole human dance of mutual romantic discovery. Ep 170The Truth About Single Women - MTP170

My guest co-host, author Acamea Deadwiler, is all about breaking pre-conceived notions. In her book Single That!, she writes words of encouragement and clarity to single women. But...I couldn't help but recognize the immense value to us as men of gaining insight into her list of myths, especially since Acamea is so level-headed, positive and easy-going in her approach to men and women finding love together. So how about it, then? If a woman is still single in, say, her thirties, does that mean there's something wrong with her? What about women who think something is wrong with YOU because you're still single? Do women have unrealistic expectations nowadays...both before AND after they're married? Are single women just too busy? Are they lonely 'spinsters'? Or is the opposite true...that they're 'female players'? Are most women 'golddiggers' at heart, intending to find a man who will pay their way in life? And why do all single women seem to ask, 'What are you looking for?' before we've even met them yet? A Billion Wicked Thoughts - MTP169

Decades ago the Kinsey Institute infamously attempted to define the parameters of human sexual thought and behavior. Over the years books such as My Secret Garden by Nancy Friday have elaborated upon just how dirty the human mind can get. But it wasn't until Internet-driven research came along that we really found out what human beings think and do in private anonymity. This bold insight comes to you in large part courtesy of my guest, neuroscientist Dr. Ogi Ogas, along with his fellow researchers. So how did Ogi compile all of his research, and how can he know it's accurate? How did it differ from other scientists' expectations? What's up with women's 'rape fantasies', and how does what goes on in their romance novels differ from what happens in online porn? What other dark emotions are most prevalent in human sexual fantasies...and how are they often weirdly in conflict with each other? What is the one sexual fantasy we all seem to secretly have in common, regardless of our gender or sexual orientation? And how come the porn we choose to watch tends to depict something different than the sexual experiences we'd partake of IRL? Next, get Ogi's surprising thoughts on so-called 'female friendly' porn, and the REAL reason why women can be so resentful of mainstream porn designed for men. Are women watching porn at all? If so, how many of them...and what types of them? How do women really view porn usage by their significant others, and the fantasies associated with it? How many people partake of truly unusual or even illegal porn? And as men, are we really turned on by the types of women the media says we should be? Friends With Benefits - MTP168

Everyone is familiar with the term. But what exactly IS a 'friends with benefits' relationship? Who gets into relationships like that, and what can be expected from it? And how is it different than having a 'sex buddy'? Is it about whether I'm willing to be seen in public with her or not...or introduce her to my friends? As you can see, this is a sticky topic right from the get-go. Well, my long-time friend and fellow dating coach Susan Winter is never shy about tackling even the friskiest subjects, so I invited her back to the show for this fun-filled discussion. For starters, what REALLY causes two people to forge a FWB arrangement? How accurate is the movie portrayal of FWB in the eponymously-named movie with Justin Timberlake and Mila Kunis? What other interesting revelations can be arrived at from watching that film? And when FWB relationships happen in real life, is there really any chance that deeper feelings won't develop? How is it that one-night stands can often be drama-free, but FWB arrangements almost never are? Is it that woman are intentionally trying to trap us into a more serious relationship? Or have women actually learned how to have and enjoy 'no strings' sex early on in our present day sexual economy? What are the ramifications of all of this as far as 'sex buddy' partnerships go? Do they tend to evolve into FWBs, and therefore eventually into 'catching feelings'? For our part as men, do we always think it's fine to be used as a 'sex toy' by women? And get a load of this...is a desire to have a deeper, more connected and dare we say a more meaningful relationship as opposed to a string of FWBs born of the same character trait that drives our ambitious nature in the workplace? Ep 167Conflict and Disagreement - MTP167

Emily and I have been together for nearly fourteen years, and we agree on just about everything...at least fundamentally. That's a big part of what makes our relationship wonderful. But that doesn't mean we don't have our prickly moments. Therefore, we figured we'd record an episode where we break down what exactly constitutes 'healthy' disagreement as opposed to something twisted and dysfunctional. So how do people end up in a relationship with someone they disagree with even on the baseline stuff? Believe it or not, we can think of at least two ways that happens...and all too often. If a woman is driving you nuts, can you change her? Can she change YOU? If you give in to your partner's preferences or opinions, is that 'compromising' your relationship...or giving your power away? Do the two of you even have to have the same interests up front at all? Certain 'relationship gurus' are on record saying it's healthy for couples to fight. On the other hand, is it healthy never to disagree at all? Well, we have a take on both of those opinions for sure, including why it is that Emily and I can freely get snippy with each other and only make our relationship stronger all the while. What about when you're given 'the silent treatment'? And what if there's a serious breach of trust, like someone cheats on the other partner? What if there's a source of extreme stress either inside or outside the relationship itself? By the way, I know way too much about ballet, and you should probably be worried. Ep 166When Other Guys Want Your Woman - MTP166

It doesn't matter whether you've got your eye on a woman who is desired by other men, you're dating a woman who incessantly tells you how other guys want her, or you're in a relationship with a woman who is constantly hit up on by other dudes...this episode is for you. My main man Bobby Rio returns to hash it all out, throwing down some real talk about how to be the man even in such awkward and potentially frustrating situations. And what if your girlfriend has a pesky BFF who keeps trying to introduce her to someone else? How about if her own family members want to break the two of you up? Could it somehow even be that YOU are the one causing other men to run 'boyfriend destroyer game' on the woman you're with? Brutal. And wait a minute...on the other hand, what are the parameters of stepping in to meet a woman yourself when some other guy is clearly failing on his date with her? Is there ever a scenario when that's okay? What's really going on when a woman says, 'I have a boyfriend'? And could her antics really all be about trying to impress you? Ep 165Talk To Women Like A Man - MTP165

Why is it men are so concerned about speaking their truth when talking to women? Well, according to returning guest Kim Seltzer's interesting perspective, men and women both tend to complain about the widespread miscommunication between the genders nowadays. This leads to lots of offended people, followed inevitably by pandemic fear of talking to each other. But as it turns out, there's a pattern to how everything tends to fall apart, and it's easy to remove yourself from the cycle...which you'll discover. Next, Kim shares the very foundation for talking to women effectively. It's going to blow you away because it's NOT what you think, and has probably never been talked about anywhere else. Better yet, did you know that talking to women might actually go better for you the LESS prepared you are with something slick to say? But how do you establish that all-important safety and security all the while? Also, what is the most powerful aspect of pickup success that no other pickup advice has ever dared to admit? Plus, discover the one external factor that can instantly increase how effective you are in communicating with women. Ultimately, however, it all comes down to this...is there ever a right time to say to a woman, 'You're going to love my nuts'? Ep 164Frying The Circuits Of Sexuality As We Know It Since 2002 - MTP164

Asexuality as a sexual orientation may seem on the surface as if it's no orientation toward sexuality at all. But in reality, it's a much more complex subject than most people think. In fact, quite a number of people experience sexual attraction differently from the majority of everyone else. Enter world expert on the subject, Tony Bogaert from Brock University in Canada. The truth is there's much yet to be discovered on this fascinating subject, as Tony's own groundbreaking research really only dates back to 2002. What's more, it's like the gateway to 'The Wild West' when it comes to sexual studies in general...as you'll find out. So what is it that defines someone as part of the 'Ace Community'? What does it feel like to be asexual? Is there such thing as asexual romance? Indeed, one of the most powerful aspects of studying asexuality is how it informs the broader study of sexuality itself in so many unexpected ways. For example, what are the dynamics of a relationship between an ace person and a non-ace person? Would an asexual man be the perfect partner for a woman who has been sexually damaged in the past? Does asexuality actually relieve guilt and shame in the context of faith? How do asexual men handle the biological need to ejaculate? And what about greysexuality? Demisexuality? Even sapiosexuality? How are they related? Get the free the daily newsletter, all the free reports and basically take control of the entire world at http://www.mountaintoppodcast.com. Ep 163Why She's Holding Back - MTP163

One thing you can expect from this episode is that my co-host Cyndi Olin will definitely NOT hold back. The playful banter starts almost immediately, and Cyndi isn't at all shy about telling it like it is when it comes to women growing cold and distant. So let's say you're out with a woman and suddenly you don't know what she's thinking, or she's giving you mixed signals. Should you call it out, try harder to win her affection or simply chalk it up and stop 'pushing it uphill'? Why do women pull away so often even though we as humans typically crave real, honest connection? Next, hear Cyndi's legit take on the mistakes men make on first dates that cause women to hit the brakes rather than moving full speed ahead. Also discover why you have an extra risk-factor the higher your level of personal accomplishment is. What are the cultural factors that cause certain women to be more tacit on dates? As a special bonus, Cyndi offers secrets to asking out supermodels successfully. So then, if we don't want women to pull back, what's the opposite of that...it's a tricky question, isn't it? Speaking of questions, what should you ask a woman to draw her in as opposed to pushing her away? What about after you get to know a woman and are in a relationship with her? What are some of the ways she holds back in that context...and why? And then, the scariest idea of all...could it be women often don't even realize why they're pulling back? What can be done when she has completely lost attraction? Also, Cyndi discovers the deal with green M&Ms. And why is it that every time I imitate a woman's voice she has a southern accent? Finally demystify the daily newsletter, scarf up free reports and do all sorts of other cool things at http://www.mountaintoppodcast.com. Ep 162Throuple Life With My Two Girlfriends - MTP162

Adam Lyons is a long-time stalwart in the world of men's dating advice, but these days he's also a movie maven and spends lots of time helping people build their businesses. But today, he's here for two reasons...first to get back to his roots of helping YOU be better with women, and second to discuss being a 'throuple' with his two live-in girlfriends. Now, the last time Adam was here back in episode 34 he had just gotten married. What happened with that relationship that led to his current polyamorous arrangement? How does Adam's family members and social circle--and even the poly community at large--respond to his decidedly unconventional lifestyle? How did a third partner get added into the mix, anyway? Philosophically speaking, Adam and I discuss if you can really love more than one person...and if so, how? As a break in the conversation, we then trade tips on how to successfully date multiple women. Next, you'll hear what he has to say to men who think he's so 'lucky' to have two women at the same time. Then, find out how to parent when there's one dad and two mommies. Ep 161Make More Women Want You - MTP161

Co-Host Susan Bratton (http://www.mountaintoppodcast.com/dirtytalk) Susan Bratton is the queen of sex advice, and she returns for an equally shocking and entertaining discussion on how to be sexually attractive to LOTS of women. On the surface this seems like a rather general topic, but it's more specific than you may realize. Susan hits the ground running with objective attraction factors that are extremely important to women. What is the number one fashion mistake men make? What's more important to a woman visually than being movie-star gorgeous? Then, get Susan's take on the kind of flirtatious banter that makes more women adore you. How can you communicate your sexual presence in a way that makes women hot for you? Next, discover the two questions to ask yourself in order to be more attractive to nearly all women. It may be a running joke that many men let their small head think for the big one, but where does your heart come into play? How does your voice play a more important role in attraction than you even think? Oh...and stay tuned for an unbelievably potent superpower you can practice while making love to a woman. Susan always has a way with words when it comes to sex, and in this show she drops simple phrases here and there that could be full episodes unto themselves. Ep 160Adoring Women - MTP160

Why do so many guys have a hard time actually liking and enjoying the gender we're sexually attracted to? My co-host Zan Perrion has been enlightening men in the art of loving women for over fifteen years now. That makes him the perfect guest to cover this all-important subject. What is the key trait women have that makes us adore them naturally and completely? How can guys bounce back from bitterness and begin to genuinely adore women again? Are there women out there worthy of our adoration, despite the constant barrage of complaints between the sexes online? Next, Zan describes the nature of his self-described 'journey' of seeking beauty, especially in women. You'll also hear what Zan says to women when he meets them that blows them away in the best way possible. Discover how to revolutionize your energy when talking to women in a way that stops them in their tracks. Find out why men who adore women have no need to wait for them to approach first. After that, we talk about how to frame your conversations with women as a man truly should, with the added bonus of ending flakiness. Next, hear Zan's words for guys who believe women are only good for sex, and are content with a series of one-night-stands. Finally, what happens when men are drawn towards what Zan calls 'The Beloved'...and specifically, what happened with HIM, now that he is married to his dream woman. How will you know when you've found your 'Beloved'? Ep 159Witty Banter - MTP159

What is 'witty banter', anyway? Professional comedienne Kristen Carney and I tackle that one first, which is a formidable question in and of itself. Is it really just a playful argument? What role does sexual tension play in the process? And what can George Clooney teach us about witty banter? But the fun really starts when my real-time demo catches Kristen by surprise, all 'sparked' by a dorky factoid about wintergreen LifeSavers. So why should we even care about witty banter? Isn't simple rapport enough? What if a woman has RBF...how do you break through? Well, as it turns out there is a simple formula for making women horny with witty banter, and I'll show you why it works (with real in-field examples). You'll even discover the 'sweet spot' of witty banter and how to ensure you get into the flow much more easily. The conversation then turns to how you can sharpen your banter skills with nearly everyone, including your own family. Next, how do the vast majority of guys do the exact opposite of what's attractive right when a perfect opportunity for banter presents itself? And do women who are naturally funny and quick on their feet intimidate most of us as men? Finally, Kristen offers solid, practical pointers to being better at bantering immediately, including the 'conversation tree' and the right mindset and motives to get the conversation going. Ep 158Keeping Her In Love With You - MTP158

My co-host Jim Wolfe is one of the good guys in dating and seduction advice, and the author of the newly-released and auspiciously-titled book The Happiest Man In Hollywood. First, what inspired the title of his book? Next, we discuss the importance of having our own relationships in order before seeking to share relationship advice with others, even though a surprising number of so-called 'experts' do not. Can the mindset of avoiding breakups and divorce at all costs end up causing more harm than good? And what's the proper mindset to have before getting into a relationship at all? Is 'you complete me' a dangerous phrase? If so, what's a better perspective? Do some couples base their entire relationship on cliches? Why is it that so few people have genuinely blissful relationships? Has it actually become part of the 'bro code' to bitch about our WAGs? What does a truly happy relationship look like on a daily basis? Why do healthy couples sometimes bicker even more than unhappy ones? So then, what are the cornerstone beliefs and actions that keep a great woman around? And what does 'falling in love' even mean? Next, we discuss practical ways for men and women to respect each other. Also, how to check your feelings up front to make sure you're getting into a relationship both of you really want. We then talk about the absolute best ways to combat relationship laziness and keep her feelings for you 'fresh'. Finally, we expose perhaps the darkest reason why couples stay together for the wrong reasons...and how to shed light on it, making for much healthier relationships in the future. Ep 157What To Do When Women Give You Nothing To Go On - MTP157

There has been a disturbing trend within the last few years. More and more, women everywhere are giving us as men less and less to work with. When texting them, making plans with them and especially online and when using dating apps, women are simply shrugging their shoulders in silence, as if to say 'entertain me'. What is going on there, how did it come to this, and--most of all--what do we as men DO about it? Well, what better way to get down to the bottom of all this than to talk to a woman herself? Enter none other than the Wing Girl, Marni Kinrys. In this fast-paced episode, we break down the whole scenario. Is there malice aforethought going on, or are women simply as innocently clueless as it might appear they are? Marni offers a shocking revelation about her own relationship to her husband that gives a genuine insight into the female mind and what might REALLY be going on here. And for my part, I blatantly reveal how Emily herself gave me virtually NOTHING to go on in HER online profile...and what I did about it. Is it really all about Natural Selection, and we as men had better sink or swim? Or is it true that most women really ARE inherently boring and really could USE some 'entertainment' from us and masculine leadership into a truly exciting life? Could it be as simple as women are simply burned out from all the faux attention? Or has flakiness become a rampant societal habit (with hilarious real-life examples to prove it)? Next, we offer a solid case for probing boldly even when she has gone silent. No matter what the causes are, we have workable solutions so you'll be able to face this not-so-brave new world of non-communication...and connect with women despite it all. Ep 156A Man Of Value - MTP156

The term 'value' has always been sort of a nebulous one as it relates to what makes us attractive as men. That's why my friend and co-host Tripp Kramer of Tripp Advice fame is returning to the show to help sort it all out. So what do women envision as 'value' in a man? What's the difference between the mere illusion of value and a genuine high-quality man? How much does value have to do with money...or what money represents? Is it about how physically attractive you are? What about purpose? The truth is value can be quite subjective, and we'll give you examples supporting that premise. With that in mind, how can you be a man of value to the kind of woman you want to attract in particular...and do so authentically? What is the meaning of value relative to values, in the plural form? How do you arrive at what your values actually are? How has the societal trend of self-centeredness affected our value as individuals? What is the relationship between charisma and respect with regard to value? The culmination of it all is Tripp's list of five different aspects of value...and a sixth one I added to the mix. Ep 155The Triumphant Return Of Offline Dating - MTP155

When I first heard about my co-host's gig several years ago, I was skeptical. It sounded gimmicky to talk about 'offline dating'. But now Camille Virginia's vision is proving to have been prescient indeed. So how about it...are people so frustrated with apps, and indeed fed up with faux electronic 'socializing' in general that they're going back to their 'organic' roots of meeting in real life? Or are we so far gone with social technology that we've passed the point of no return? I mean, is the latest generation 'pre-wired' to favor online interaction? In this episode we wonder aloud what online interaction does to our perception of authenticity. And what about being 'mean behind the screen'...how does feeding that habit shape our real-world persona? And meanwhile, in the real world, what should women be doing to allow for easier offline interaction? Next, Camille guarantees your worst nightmare when talking to women will NOT come true...and here's why. How can you easily start offline interactions with women...with no stress and no drama? What does Camille do to get people to put down their smartphones and get back out there socially? AND...to top it all off you'll get the full breakdown of the problematic psychology of dating app usage and exactly why the 'Planet of the Apps' is so destructive to real-life social interaction. By the way, even though I said it's not like men are the Yankees and women are the Dodgers, it SHOULD be like men are the Giants and women are the Angels! (or should it be Pirates and Tigers?) Ep 154The Healthy 100/0 Relationship - MTP154

My co-host for this episode, Matt Javit, recently spent over two years traveling the world with his wife. Besides engaging in lots of 'world barbershop adventures', as he calls them, he discovered a new and deeper level of relationship with his main squeeze. So, what IS a 100/0 relationship, anyway...and what are the key tenets of a powerful, healthy one? Well, for starters it does NOT mean the guy gets run over like some kind of beta 'nice guy'. Not at all. You'll discover what both Matt and I have done right in our respective marriages from the very beginning, making sure the relationship was built on a firm foundation. What's the best way to evaluate whether or not you're going to get along with a woman long-term? How come so many couples can seem to fake their way through marriage? Ep 153Broken Pickers: Why People Keep Ending Up With The Wrong Person - MTP153

Both my co-host Diana Mandel and I have a long, sordid history in our 'previous lives' of having broken pickers. With that in the distant past for both of us, we're ready to reveal everything we've got about why so many people seem to end up in the wrong relationship, and how to keep that from happening to you. For starters, we cover the historically-cited reasons why doomed partnerships form to begin with. Sure, our childhood upbringing affects us in this area, but hang on...it's not necessarily for the exact reasons you think. What about preconceived notions men and women have toward each other? How do screwed up priorities affect our relationship choices? Women are clearly more likely to seek out therapy than men. How does that affect who we end up with...and why? Next, you'll get the full deep diver on selecting the right beautiful woman for a long-term relationship. What does a good relationship look like, anyway? Ep 152What Kind Of Dating Advice Is Given To Women? - MTP152

Ever wish you could be a fly on the wall when women are being coached on how to get a guy? Well, wonder no more. My guest is Scott McDougal, a renowned dating coach to women all over the world. The first fact about Scott that will warm your heart is he hasn't sold out the entire male gender in order to cozy up to angry, dateless women. Instead, he gives them the truth they need to succeed. So...what ARE women being taught about men nowadays? Why are women's first date expectations so high? What's up with women feeling more entitled in general? How does being referred to as 'goddesses' and focus on the 'divine female' affect women's interactions with us as men? What part have women played in the demise of dating as we know it? Have women actually been coached to write those vapid, demanding online profiles of theirs? And if women really dislike being objectified for their looks, why do they post so many sexy pictures? What are the most frequent dating and relationship questions women ask? How are women reconciling post-modern sexual freedom while avoiding slut shaming...or do they even care anymore? And why aren't women ever coached about helping men succeed in situations like 'approach anxiety' and seduction...or ARE they? Plus, the rarely-given advice that gets women immediate results with us as men...even as most dating advice women BUY is very different than the dating advice that actually WORKS. Ep 151The Obsolete Man...Don't Be That Guy - MTP151

This episode gets an exciting hint of futurism, thanks to my good friend Derek Loudermilk. In his new book Superconnectors, he outlines the top ten ways human beings can and should maximize their value as technology continues to advance. How is the concept of 'work' changing, and what will 'industry' look like in just a decade or two from now? Is technology progressing faster than mere humans can keep up? We'll reveal the overarching 'meta skill' that all of us MUST acquire lest we become dinosaurs. Next, we ask why it was so hard for our parents to figure out how to use the Internet. Discover the traits that we need to thrive in the future...and the shocking factor they all have in common. What are the chances of a robot being able to meaningfully connect with you anytime in the near future? Will they be the 'new kings of comedy'? Are telephone conversations already obsolete? What are the social casualties of technology we haven't even noticed yet? How do you future-proof your ability to effectively relate to others, especially women? Ep 150Dating Essentials For Men - MTP150

It has been way too long since with did a good, straight-up dating advice episode. That means when Robert Glover of 'No More Mr. Nice Guy' fame dropped me a note telling me he had a new book out on dating, I was all over it. So, what caused Robert to write about dating, anyway? Also find out why being 'Mr. Nice Guy' didn't work, and how getting over it revolutionized his success with women. Discover how both of us defended against descending into bitterness and negativity after our respective divorces, and why. How did Robert get his new wife to approach him first? What does it mean to be a 'better picker and a better ender'? Why victimhood isn't a good look to women. Also, how to transform yourself into a 'social animal' to the delight of women. Discover the one trait you can have that turns women on every bit as much as her getting naked turns you on. Why so many men have the same tired limiting beliefs about women, and how they got there. The real reason why getting involved with women's drama is so damaging. Why men love tomboys but not 'buddies with breasts'. What has Robert discovered about not being 'Mr. Nice Guy' since he first wrote the book in 2003? The difference between leading and controlling. The surprising way men must lead, even though almost all men leave it up to the woman. Also, the difference between chasing and pursuing. Ep 149Human Mating Rituals - MTP149

What can you expect from a show co-hosted by a man who wrote The Ape That Understood The Universe? Evolutionary psychology professor and author Steve Stewart-Williams asks, 'What would an alien visitor make of the mating rituals of humans compared to every other species on Earth?' Do human males compete for the attention of females in the same way other creatures do? How does a man get to choose the mate he really wants? Find out the real reason why men tend to want more sexual partners than women do. Has modern birth control and STD prevention caused women to become more promiscuous? Next, get the last work on 'peacocking' from a purely scientific perspective. We talk about why it's good to be a human man instead of a bird, how a heightened sense of reality affects human sexuality, whether or not monogamy is a social construct, and whether or not it's possible to be in love with multiple women. Speaking of love, do animals feel it? How do they process sexual attraction differently? What's up with the unique alliance between mankind and dogs? And how come humans don't always do it 'doggy style'? And why DO we change positions so much, anyway? You'll hear Steve's frank opinions on sex differences, his evolutionary argument for jealousy...and why swingers enjoy 'the lifestyle' anyway. Why are human's the only altruistic, charitable species? Ep 148Dating And Relating On The Right - MTP148

This is going to be one of the most controversial episodes I've ever produced. That's because politics are a hot potato nowadays, and this show inextricably links dating, relating and politics without apology. But regardless of how you vote, if you've EVER found yourself thinking all American women have lost feminine values and don't believe in gender roles anymore, you need to listen to this podcast. Similarly, if you appreciate guests who can passionately explain what they believe and why in detail, you're in for a treat. Enter my co-host Christy Edwards-Lawton, former high-end matchmaker and founder of conservative dating app Righter. While working on the Trump campaign, Christy met a beautiful model in Manhattan who couldn't find true love because she was conservative. Noticing how dating sites and apps such as OKCupid and Bumble were actively discouraging politically conservative users, she saw a clear opportunity to connect millions of right-leaning men and women everywhere. In this episode, Christy and I wonder aloud what ever happened to dating and courtship. Is it obsolete, or do people really want to stop 'hanging out' and develop real connection again? You'll also hear Christy's surprising views on sites and apps like OKCupid and Bumble...and why they are unhappy about Righter, despite openly shunning conservative users. You'll likely stand up and cheer when you hear Christy's take on what women should wear on dates. Are conservative women hotter? And how does a man attract them? Christy also reveals her surprising thoughts regarding electing a female president. Plus, my ideas on Debra Messing's vagina cupcakes and why OKCupid is so politically biased and Match less so, even though they are owned by the same company. Ep 147Live The Hero And Play The Villain - MTP147

Not all of us are Navy seals, lion tamers or MMA fighters. But nevertheless, my co-host Anthony Simeone believes all of us are heroes, even if we don't realize it yet. In this episode we'll reveal why real, actual heroism isn't necessarily 'larger than life', and it's really a lot simpler than you think. So how about it, what is the biggest nemesis that's keeping most of us from feeling and acting like heroes nowadays? Does what Anthony calls 'modern mythmaking' have anything to do with it? What is it about superhero movies and anti-hero characters that is so compelling to us as men? As crazy as it sounds, are you actually more of a hero if you embrace your 'dark side'? And if so, does that mean there's really a fine line between 'heroes' and 'villains'? Is the opposite of a hero really not a villain at all, but someone else? Let's just say it's complicated. All of this discussion is guaranteed to blow your mind, and that's even before we draw the comparison between heroism and adventure. And wait until you discover why heroism might actually be the epitome of self-help. Of course, we also cover the disarmingly simple art of being a woman's hero--and how to make it a habit. Ep 146Masculinity And Femininity All Over The World - MTP146

When you talk about someone being "distinguished", it's means they're set apart from the rest. Harry Mitsidis most certainly fits that definition, as he's widely regarded to be the world's most travelled man. One of my favorite things about Harry is that despite his insane amount of adventurous experiences and being the main man over at travel enthusiast site Nomad Mania, he's remarkably down-to-earth and engaging. He's also a master sociologist, which together with his globetrotting ways makes him the perfect co-host for this discussion of how masculinity and femininity are the same worldwide and how they differ. You'll hear all about Hofstede's theory of comparative culture and what this fascinating research says about the gender profile of entire nations and societies. Prepare to be surprised by which countries have been historically feminine compared to those that are masculine. How do nations like The United States, Japan, Germany and France stack up? Next, listen in as we reveal two surprisingly accurate indicators of cultural femininity and masculinity, respectively. How has Hollywood influenced gender role perceptions on a global scale? And how do major world religions shape cultural trends toward masculinity or femininity? Ep 145Strong, Confident Women Rock - MTP145

First, she threw down on the most downloaded episode in the history of this show. Now, she's back to hit the topic du jour with a big, heavy hammer. She's none other that the very sweet, smart and lovely Dr. Jennifer Rhodes...and this show is all about the strong, confident women we love. No 'shrinking violets' with low self-esteem need apply. We hit the ground running as Jennifer shocks the world with her belief that there's no such thing as men being 'intimidated' by men...and you'll want to hear her out. Are strong, confident women necessarily masculine? Jennifer reveals a startling (and original) take on how women have been influenced over the last century or so, making it more difficult for men and women to relate and attract each other. Could it be that our entire culture is operating at a deficit when it comes to personal power and confidence? And has so-called 'mainstream dating advice' done more harm than good in this area? Find out what Jennifer sees as the 'male superpower for relating to women from now on. Then get her thoughts on how good men can attract strong, confident women, with real-life stories to back it all up. Also...fun in Buenos Aires, the 'hidden' reason why so many men struggle at online dating, and my long-overdue (and purely logical) rant on 'red pill' dating advice. Ep 144Aren't YOU The Charmer (What Women Find Charming) - MTP144

She charmed us with amazing text message ideas. She even charmed a bunch of us guys with brownies when we shared the stage with her once. But now Claudia Cox is back to talk about what it means to be charming to women. First off, we define the word 'charming' itself. Next, you'll start getting Claudia's practical tips for being more charming, right off the bat. Then, discover why understanding how a woman's female sexual nature actually works will make you irresistible to women (and most guys BLOW this sky high). There are very, specific, objective ways to be charming to women...many of them completely contrary to the typical man's way of thinking. You'll get all of them, including valuable, actionable ways to engage women in captivating conversation. Next, we'll reveal one of the best reasons older men attract younger women. Also, get the keys to physically touching women in a way that's charming instead of creepy...including some completely unexpected 'outside the box' secrets. What is it that Quiet Storm R&B artists have figured out about charming women sexually? We'll also cover to make women laugh and why it's so devastatingly charming. On a related note, telling women to 'smile' is NOT so charming, but here's what to do instead. Best of all, you'll hear the painful but hilarious story about how I thoroughly embarrassed myself in a Facebook Live session, all in the name of producing riveting content. Ep 143How To Know When You've Met Your Match - MTP143

You'll likely go out with a whole lot of women before you meet the one you want to keep around forever. And according to matchmaker Rachel Russo, you absolutely can meet her. She wants to assure you all women aren't crazy, pathologically jealous or gold diggers. In fact, her top way to know if you're with the WRONG woman is so simple it might surprise you, but it's also probably the first one that popped into your head. Find out why men fall for entering into relationships they don't even want, and how to make sure it never happens to you. You'll also get a valid definition of 'chemistry', and why it really is important to a relationship. What does it mean to be truly compatible with someone? And how about going back to someone from your past? Should couples be alike or do opposites attract? How much do common interests matter? Also discover what your style of relating has to do with long-term success, and how respect enters into all of this. Finally, how much self-work do you really have to do in order to be ready to meet the right woman? By the way, yes...'sex with a c' should have been 'copulation'. Ep 142Fearlessness And Courage - MTP142

Fear not only robs you of your confidence and your masculine presence, it steals your very ability to enjoy life itself. My good friend Justin Stenstrom from Elite Man Magazine knows what it means to conquer fear and anxiety, and he's back to co-host this episode. Listen in for a unique but dead-on accurate assessment of exactly why people freak out so easily nowadays. What is the difference between being fearless and having courage? What type of situations call for the former or for the latter? Discover the fear-based emotional mindset that every one of us experiences, and many of us even entertain...but which is doing us NO good whatsoever. We talk about the historical basis for fearing rejection from women, and the shocking reasons why it should no longer apply. Find out how guys misplace the meaning of courage and fearlessness, often to devastating effect. What is the the all-important difference between being merely tough and macho vs. being genuinely courageous? Finally, we cover why courage can be experienced differently by various men, and how even in our own lives it may not be 'linear' in how we apply it. Ep 141Break-Up Warning Signs - MTP141

The truth is that most of us will break up with the vast majority of people we ever date, right? That doesn't make it any less painful or frustrating, though. Today I'm joined by breakup and divorce expert Brad Browning, who is the founder of Love Learnings Media. Guys tend to enter relationships with a faulty mindset from the beginning, setting themselves up for failure. In this action-packed show we cover the early indications she's thinking about leaving you, how to stop an imminent breakup before it happens, and how to start a relationship off on solid ground to begin with. When a breakup happens, is there usually a slow decline or does she simply leave suddenly? If you're seeing a pattern of not getting second dates or getting broken up with, is it a problem with women in general or do you need to look in the mirror? We also talk about what to do if you think another guy is in the picture, and how failure to be the kind of man she craves contributes to the decline and end of an otherwise perfectly good relationship. Finally, Brad shares his thoughts on how he can tell whether a relationship is going to last or not simply by attending the wedding! By the way, Brad is one FAST talker. Ep 140Use Your Voice To Attract Women, Success And Power - MTP140

Krystin Wahl is a vocal essence expert. You would think doing a podcast with a voice expert would be about as unnerving as going on a date with a psychiatrist, but besides having a pleasant voice Krystin is also very sweet and easy-going, which made the show a breeze. Never mind the fact that trying not to trip over our words during the recording was like trying not to think of a polka-dot elephant. Anyway, one of Krystin's favorite topics is how a man can use his voice to be attractive to women. But your voice has tremendous impact on so many other areas of your life also, including confidence, success and power. In this episode we talk about 'voice mail syndrome', why so many of us dislike the sound of our own voice, why women LOVE a man's sexy voice so much, and what the Romans knew about voice energy that so many of us overlook in today's world. We'll also cover how your voice can betray you, causing women to lose attraction FAST. That leads to a fascinating discussion of what I'll call 'The Hollywood Effect'...with examples from movies such as Multiplicity and Pulp Fiction. Krystin also shares how to find your voice's 'proprietary blend' while still being authentically yourself. Finally...can your voice actually keep you from getting 'ghosted'? Ep 139Seduce Women And Give Them Incredible Pleasure, Even In The #MeToo Era - MTP139

When the #MeToo hashtag first started, one of my wife's friends posted on Facebook about it. She said, 'Does this mean 'pound me too'? Because if it does, I'm all for it!' Women loved the post in droves, while nearly every man wouldn't touch it with a ten-foot pole. And so the dilemma started...we as men with a healthy sex drive may be all about respecting women, but how do we reconcile that with the #MeToo era? Obviously, rapists are bad and should be locked up. But is talking to an attractive woman and/or simply looking at her a crime as well? Well, this time I'm welcoming the first-ever repeat guest onto the show. That's David Shade, the legendary sex expert for men whose tagline is 'give women incredible pleasure'. In this episode we'll offer you crystal clarity about what it means to be a sexually confident--and even dominant--man while still giving women exactly what they want in the bedroom. You may be surprised that this is the very first time David has talked publicly about the #MeToo movement, and you'll find out why that is (it's not because he's a bad guy). We'll cover the difference between being dominant and being a controlling jerk, why what women really crave in the bedroom is so counter-intuitive to most men, the significance of seduction to women, what to do if you consistently encounter women who don't want to have sex, and much more. Ep 139Women Who Are Easily Offended - MTP138

My co-host, Joe Bovino, is a 5x number one bestseller on Amazon and a health and fitness coach. But he's also the author of some of the most entertaining yet controversial books on women in recent years, such as The Field Guide To Chicks and Chicaspotting. As such, Joe has had to deal with easily offended women on a scale few other men have. In this show, you'll find out what Joe learned from attempting to take a conciliatory tone with angry Feminists. You'll also discover how people who are easily offended often end up preying upon their own alleged allies, and how trends have changed in that regard over the past few decades. So, what mindset drives someone to become offended so easily? Also, discover the one trait EVERY easily offended person invariably lacks. We'll reveal the specific way we as men in particular are brainwashed by easily offended people...and it's only natural. Finally, and perhaps most importantly, we'll wrap up by talking about how to handle it when a woman picks a fight with you, and discussing Joe's new book The Sugar Belly Secret. Ep 137Relentless Flirting For Sport - MTP137

There has not been a show with 'flirting' in the title since episode 27. Granted, that could be because practically every show I do with a female guest is a flirt show, and I'll be the first to admit that on the surface it seems a show like this would be more fun with a woman as co-host. BUT...we as guys also need to talk about this among ourselves in a matter-of-fact environment, especially since it's arguably not quite as gentlemanly to talk about all of our flirt stories with a woman. So I invited fellow dating coach Tony Depp to co-host this round with me, first defining what flirting actually IS, and then hashing out the mindset and practices that are most effective. You'll find out why we can get women we're not interested in to love us, but blow it when we are attracted to them. Discover the mindset 95% of men have that renders it nearly impossible to even talk to the women they really want. Know the truth about how women really process what we call 'approach anxiety'. We reveal the basic understanding about men and women that makes it much easier to flirt. What is 'The Dial', and why are most guys completely oblivious to it? How do you identify different personality types in women and adjust your flirting style accordingly? What about calibrating your approach in different types of social scenarios? We reveal the #1 differentiator between men who get women and men who don't, before closing out with how you can make flirting a lifestyle. Ep 136What If You Are Too Busy, But Nothing's Getting Done? - MTP136

Jarrod Haning is a true Renaissance man. But most importantly to this episode, he is a performance coach and devoted advocate of the Nobel-nominated Mind Scan process. He first captured my attention by making the incendiary claim that the less you work, the more prosperous and successful you'll be. Indeed, his clients typically double their income by working FEWER hours. Right...but what does all that mean to your relationships with women? Well, in this show we cover Jarrod's belief that if you're constantly hitting hurdles, it's likely that you are doing what you think you should do. But even though what you're doing makes sense to you, your breakthrough will certainly NOT...and he'll reveal why that is. Then, we talk about how to find your actual blind spots, and how to even know if you have them or not. Why do we tend to keep hitting the same roadblocks over and over again? What do you do when you simply don't have the time or the money to do what it takes to get out of your rut? Why do guys buy all the dating books and courses, but still don't get anywhere? Jarrod also shares the very FIRST thing you should do every day, and throws down some 'tough love' on how to tweak your mindset to start getting what you really want. Ep 135Radical Honesty For The Win - MTP135

As co-founder of The Handel Group, my co-host Lauren Zander has coached major corporations and famous celebrities on the art of success. But it's her iconoclastic, if not downright incendiary thoughts on finding one's own truth and where it comes from that take center stage in this fast-paced episode. Look for one of the most spirited conversations in quite a while on everything from 'personal pollution' to owning your decisions and your destiny--all spoken in a way you've surely never heard before. We discuss the weird ramifications of the entire world speaking out on social media, why lying to oneself is unquestionably the most dangerous lie possible, and what Lauren calls 'The Barbie Doll Puppet Show'. You'll also get Lauren's unique take on what true love is, and why most people gladly lie to themselves about even that. But perhaps the most shocking part of the whole show is when Lauren puts a completely new twist on how the sins of the parents are visited upon the children. Ep 134How Women Talk About Men When We're Not Around - MTP134

Co-Host Emily McKay (http://www.gettogetherstaytogether.com) It took a whopping 134 episodes, but my wife Emily is finally the co-host. That's because we just finished recording the OPPOSITE conversation on How Men Talk About Women When They're Not Around. You can find that as episode 54 of our other show, X & Y On The Fly. But in THIS action-packed conversation, you'll hear why women LOVE to talk about their husbands and boyfriends...and if there are any limits to what is said out loud. How do women talk about sex differently when men aren't around? How do they talk about men they've just broken up with...or gone on a first date with...or just had sex with? What goes on at those clandestine sex toy parties? Do women talk about their fantasies more openly around other women? Do they get frisky with each other in private like we always fantasize about? How do women talk among themselves about a guy they like? What does a guy do that warrants women talking about him for an ENTIRE work day on the job together? How do women who are 'catty' with each other weave us as men into the conversation? How do women strategize with each other to get us to talk to them? What's up with women's matchmaking tendencies? How do women daydream with each other about being approached vs. what sounds creepy to them? What about how they talk about buff, hot guys vs. men who attractive to them in more subjective ways? Get examples of what women dare not talk about in front of men EVER, the unexpected truth about 'man bashing' sessions, and even how women 'pep talk' each other before dates (and it's NOT what you might think). Ep 133What Do Women Really Want? - MTP133

Co-Host Mike Goldstein (http://www.mountaintoppodcast.com/goldstein) New York City's own EZ Dating Coach Mike Goldstein joins me for a classic discussion between two 'dudebros' who obviously never wear suits anymore. So, how is it we can run a show about what women want without any women as guests? I mean, why not just ASK them? Well, the answer is simple...the entertainment value is WAY higher when you have two Y chromosomes attempting to sort it all out. And rest assured we cover it all. What actually 'impresses' women? Why do women say they want a man who 'aggressively goes after what he wants' and 'takes them' when being aggressive is obviously heinous? We also talk about ways most guys fundamentally misunderstand women, resulting in men all over the world talking themselves out of the bedroom. Are women really more about masculinity these days than femininity? And do all women really want marriage, babies and a big house? How much do women care about money...and your car? What do high-income, high-status women want? Is it any different from what other women want? Also, what to do if you want women to LINE UP to go out with you...with objective proof-of-concept. Finally, just to ensure a well-rounded conversation we talk briefly about what women definitely DON'T want.
