Fad diets are SO trendy and easy to fall for - so why do so many of us fall for the trap, when we know they don't holistically work?
Today, I'm talking about the keto diet, a trend I highly looked down upon for many years. Through my own experiences, research and chats with people way smarter than me, I've come to the conclusion that it is merely a tool. Some tools can be damaging to some, while life-saving to others!
