This week I am joined by two amazing faction specialists and all round legends, Innes Wilson and Dustin Henshaw. We perform the medical on the GSC codex, nearly twelve-months after it's release and deep dive why this book is so damn good but never felt like it got to shine like it should have. These absolute gents keep me honest as there is so much to know and so much unknown about this codex. Hope you learnt as much as i did and find it an awesome listen!

Nick Nanavati and Paul Murphy interview James Kelling about his wraith eldar list!

This lovely week I returned from some amazing adventures in lovely New Zealand and I brought back a Custodes Faction Specialist with me! Michael Taylor joins me to complete the Custodes dex Retro, we do the usual thing, covering all the significant sections of the codex almost a year after it's initial release! This book should have been, could have been, almost was, one of the best of this edition. But unfortunately GW went and bad touched them in a very unique way that has left them leaning on Forgeworld once again for power (it's actually a meme at this point). But despite this the custodes have a decent matchup into a huge variety of opponents. Go support the Kraken lads out of Auckland too! Much love Adam

Brad solo interviews Sam Dayton about his Toledo team event Space Wolf list!

Time to wrap up the review for this long awaited, much beloved faction! I am joined by current No2 Ranked Astra Militarum player in the world Dirk Hryekewicz. We review the remainder of the codex, starting at the Warlord traits and going straight on through to some of the spicy new and or revamped datasheets! It's a great time and the passion doth overflow on a few occassions, but i hope you enjoy it thoroughly and the fun myself and Dirk had making this one is apparent. Also we get 2 relic pistols and a psychic power that draws a line?!? How did we get so luck #Blessed

Finally! Been a long 5+ year slog, but the good old 'Guard' finally has a freaking 9th edition codex! Adam is joined by John Lennon for this breakdown, covering the usual first half of a new dex, everything from the detachment abilities to tank aces and all inbetween! Some parts of this book (the stratagems) are easily on par with the best out there, whilst others (THE REGIMENTS) leave us a tad wanting. But we won't let that get in the way of the sheer HYPE Adam, John and many many others are feeling for this book. So sit down, strap yourselves in and get hammered by the emperor.

Hello one and all, the ancient and venerable Aledari Superfaction is getting put under the magnifying glass in this weeks episode! We have recorded segments with Ridvan 'Skari' Martinez and Chris Wright. Apologies in advance for my extra sultry tones, I have been really unwell lately and was glad I got something recorded for you all. My voice was barely hanging in there at times and I tried to mute myself for any and all coughing episodes. Hope it doesn't detract from a very cool episode otherwise! <3 Adam

It's time to get green and kind of getting mean. Orks might just be a sleeper in this new meta but it's hard to argue they were weak before when they literally won the last super major pre balance slate. Fortune favored us at AOWdu providing a superstar in the week prior to when this episode was scheduled to record with Ben Jurek winning the SoCal open with his Goff pressure list. He joins Adam for the Orks Retrospective! On first release this codex was deemed to be somewhat 'hollow' with one top tier build (Freebooters) and then a MASSIVE cliff to the next best thing, well that next best thing just so happens to be doing real good right now and Ben is here to tell us all about it! STAY TUNED at the end of the episode for an interview with Richard Siegler giving his updated thoughts on Votann post nerf and dataslate! Hope you enjoy! <3 Adam

Hello and welcome back for the second half of possibly the craziest codex ruleset of 9th edition. If you thought last week was the pinnacle of what this codex has to offer, you'd be totally wrong, things go completely over the top in this half of the review! Hopefully Adam wasn't too 'Bombastic' with his delivery and held the salt in check long enough to entertain and enthrall you in the amazingness of this book! Once again Richard is here to keep things in check and add the level headed element to this duo!

It's here, they finally did it, they bought back Squats!! And in what fashion, may god have mercy on us all, because the stunties won’t. This book is CRANKED in just about every way. This book might go down as one of the best internally balanced books in the history of the game and I have reeled in the Binary master Richard Siegler for the review! We get the first half out of the way, with pretty much Richard and Adam playing good/bad cop respectively, depending on whether you like or loathe where this codex is taking us. It's a great episode regardless and we hope you enjoy it!

We have a pretty great time reminicing about how much we got wrong, got right and just how much depth there is to this codex! It's pretty well placed currently and Tsons players can leverage a lot of spice in the current meta, let's hope we can all hold it together over the next few months with Votann on the horizon......

Nick Nanavati interviews Tanner Hebert about new Chaos Demons!

This week we begin the review of the Brand New Chaos Daemons Codex! This thing is pretty wild in the way it opperates, it's got that 'we are literally not of this universe' feel to it and makes arriving from reserve (The Warp) a keystone part of the package. Pretty exciting to see where it goes in the meta. Adam was joined by Mark Aescht for the review, Mark is a diehard daemons player, having stuck with them through the good and bad times, racking up two No1 Daemons player in the ITC for 2019 and 2020. We review all the Detachment and Datasheet special rules, plus the Warpstorm table in addition to all that Khorne and Tzeench has to offer!
