In this episode, I address my indefinite suspension from visitation rights. I was prohibited from visiting my fiancée, Paula Gardner, and was even unable to send her electronic messages. Despite the Washington DOC's assertions that it encourages communication between incarcerated individuals and their loved ones, their measures suggest the contrary. The interaction with loved ones and the external world plays a crucial role in recidivism, rehabilitation, and mental health.
