I recently found a journal entry from when I was 22 years old. Spirit called me to turn to a specific page and I want to share this specific entry with you all today. Today I’m here with Dani. Dani was a part of the Angel Reiki school that we began when COVID-19 was just starting. She is an Intuitive Healer, Reiki Master, and was part of our very first online class. Dani received great validation from the Other Side. June shares what it’s like to be in a bi-racial relationship in the Midwest. We talk about implicit bias, actions you can take to support the Black community, Spiritual bypassing, and the importance of having difficult conversations. I am learning so much through these beautiful women, and through all of you! Together, I know we can evolve, grow, and change to make a better future. We need to acknowledge the racist problems that exist in our communities rather than sweep it under the rug. These are Global issues causing pain for so many. In order for healing to begin in the Black community, we must say yes, there is a problem. I see it. We need to acknowledge we played a role in this problem with our silence and with our passiveness. The world needs healing. As I was cleaning my daughters room yesterday, Spirit came through with a different perspective. I'm not sure I said everything just right, but I think that's the point right now. We all have to open our throat chakras and speak. We need to come together. We need to see all as human beings. We need to feel the pain of others and ask questions to understand why that pain is there within them. And we have to speak as best we can in support of healing and permanent change. And we all have to be open to growing through corrective criticism . . . So if I could've said something better, please let me know and I'll make that change for next time. I love you. As promised, I've brought back a popular meditation. This meditation will help you get into your souls energy, into your souls vibration. We start out by feeling the energy within our bodies and then begin to feel energy above our heads. This energy above your head is your souls true vibration, as much as we can feel it here on Earth. This is also called a state of high vibration, a blissed out state, theta state. It is a state of healing and health. Use this meditation daily in the morning to set your energy, and come back to it at anytime throughout your day when you need to shift your energy, re-align with your higher-self, or simply when you need to bring some calm into your day. Hello friends! We are in a very unprecedented time and I've been doing a lot of work to see the beauty in all that we are going through. As we go through this together, what I want is for you to use this podcast as a resource for positivity and hope. Losing a loved one is always difficult to come to peace with. When we lose multiple people in a short time period, the grief can become overwhelming. Asking for signs and receiving them from our loved ones can bring great peace and closure to us. Today’s beautiful Angel stories come from Cheryl, who lost her mother daughter. She has also gone through a Spiritual Awakening, and always been extremely intuitive. She has continued connecting with her mother and daughter from the Other Side. Cheryl shares several experiences that she has had in which her mother and daughter show her powerful signs. The relationship that we develop with those on the Other Side is far different from the relationships we can have here on Earth. When we are in tune with our intuition, and open to accepting communication from our Angels, it’s amazing how close we can feel to a loved one who has passed. We often hang onto loved one’s material belongings after they pass. I want to remind you that your Angels are with you, connected to your soul, not their belongings.
