Today's Angel story is so beautiful and the perfect example of a pet's unconditional love. Cynthia had a beloved cat for 19 years who was her meditation partner, therapist, and greatest companion. When he became sick, she performed reiki and meditation with him. This helped, but she also knew he needed to let go soon. Kim is on the show to share several Angel stories! Her first stories include visitation dreams from her mother in law and grandmother (who she never met). Michelle Fraser joins us for a special edition of the podcast. Michelle is sharing a story of hope and resilience. Her and her family were serving food and clothing to the homeless on Thanksgiving day, as they did every year. On their way home, Michelle and her family were in a car accident on the highway. I've heard this kind of story time and time again, and never grow tired of it. It starts with someone in a time of need, big or small, and a stranger appears to help them in some way. Today our special guest is Karli Johnson. She is best known for her tedx talk, where she uses humor to help with healing from traumatic events. Karli is a sexual assault victim and survivor, and grew up experiencing several different traumas. Due to complications after delivery, Laurie had a very near death experience. She describes details of what she saw and how she felt at this moment. I'm sharing a few ways that I've been triggered lately, and things that I am still working through. For you to understand where these triggers come from, I'm sharing the background story of how I found my dad cheating on my mom when I was a young girl. We're looking at the number one thing that's killing so many relationships, why you must find your voice, and the importance of setting boundaries. There is a misconception out there that if you are Spiritual, then you're suppose to forgive everything, and turn the other cheek without taking action. I want you to know that you can be a Spiritual person, forgive AND take action. It's taken me some time to get comfortable with this realization. It's taken a LOT of work and tears. Have you ever asked your Angels for validation? That's what today's Angel stories are all about! Sue shares her Angel experiences that she's shared with her late grandfather and mom. She tells us how she specifically asked her mom for validation that she was with her, and Sue received that validation is many beautiful ways. Validation is when you ask the Other Side to provide you with a sign that is, without a doubt, for you. I believe that Spirit does provide these signs for you in their own time. They provide you with this validation so that you can see these moments didn't just "happen". They were purposeful, and meant to get your attention so that you can see your Angels are with you.
