Have you ever considered a breast reduction or lift? It’s something I wanted for most of my adult life (and some of my teenage years too!)
5 years ago I made the decision to go through with this elective surgery. I also made the decision to share details publicly and 5 years on, I am still asked about this. So, I sat down to answer questions submitted via Instagram. I talk about the changes in shape, the emotional gymnastics and whether I would do it again.
