- Where do your current habits/routine let you down?
- Do your fridge & pantry reflect how you want to feel?
- Are your basic human needs being met?
- Within your health goals, have you included connection, fun, socialising & enjoyment?
Take the time to define what health means to you, and make a plan on how to live your life according to your health values!
