Episode 29 is the equivalent of an extra long Instagram story chatting through a recent surgery I elected to have. I have received hundreds of messages from women, mainly mothers, asking for more info on this surgery.I chat through why I elected to go ahead with a Breast reduction and Breast lift, the process before and immediately after. This episode also includes recovery updates for 2 weeks post op. The good, the bad and the ugly! Any surgery is a very personal choice, and risks must be considered. This is simply my journey.
