S1 Ep 141Episode 141: The Journey to Private Practice: Taking Strategic Risks [featuring Jorge Fernandez]
EJorge Fernandez, an LCSW and private practice owner, joins me to discuss facing fears and embracing entrepreneurship in the mental health field.3 key takeaways:Face Your Fears Head-On: We delve into common fears therapists have about liability and financial stability when considering private practice. We emphasize the importance of betting on oneself and not allowing these fears to hold you back from building a fulfilling career.Know Your Business Inside and Out: Whether it's understanding the nitty-gritty of billing or the broader aspects of business management, knowing every part of your practice is crucial before you can effectively delegate or outsource tasks.Embrace Imperfection: As small business owners, it's easy to get bogged down by the desire for perfection. Jorge highlights the value in focusing on serving clients to the best of our ability and not being paralyzed by the minutiae of every decision.Note from Jorge:My parents both emigrated from Cuba as teenagers to flee from Fidel Castro’s rule. My father worked incredibly hard to ensure I had what I needed for my education, while my mother was present for every school event that needed a volunteer. They taught me the value of helping others and showing respect. My career began in the Little Havana section of Miami in the late 1990s providing therapy to children and families in their homes in the exclusively immigrant population. I then moved to New York City, where I provided individual and group therapy to teenagers in two high schools. I later oversaw therapy with both families of teens abusing drugs and alcohol and families accused of abuse or neglect of their children. I also helped bring yoga classes for kids and Spanish-language parenting classes to these communities. I came to Connecticut in 2014 and, before private practice, ran one of only three programs in the state providing therapy inside the home for families of adolescents who were demonstrating inappropriate sexual behaviors.I now run a solo private practice serving all of Connecticut through in-person and telehealth sessions with individuals and families. I also offer clinical supervision and coaching to therapists.I have training from the Ackerman Institute for the Family, the Salvador Minuchin Center for the Family, the Jewish Board of Family & Children’s Services’ Advanced Training Program, and problem sexual behavior training from MST Associates.Website: nuevodiafw.comFacebook: facebook.com/nuevodiafw –––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––🎙️Listen to more episodes of the All Things Private Practice Podcast🎙️Spotify🎙️Apple🎙️YouTube Music▶️ YouTube✈️ Learn about Retreats🗨️ Join the free Empowered Escape FB Community🗨️ Join the free All Things Private Practice FB Community–––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––Thanks to Our Sponsor: The Receptionist for iPad✨ The Receptionist for iPad:I want to thank The Receptionist for iPad for sponsoring this episode. The Receptionist offers an iPad list check-in option where clients can scan a QR code to check in, which negates the need for you to buy an iPad and stand. He noticed many of the companies struggled to grow due to leadership, team, and psychological challenges and that he was drawn to those challlenges more than legal challenges. So he left law and went back to school to study org psych. He built a few companies before starting Fireside, a private equity firm in mental health. Fireside's focus is culture, acquiring and growing practices by treating clinicians like gold.Dan focuses on selling a psychology group practice, improving group practices, creating exceptional culture in a group practice, and highlighting why mental health matters.Fireside Strategic is looking to buy 400k EBITDA and up practices.LinkedIn: linkedin.com/in/danmking Website: firesidestrategic.com–––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––🎙️Listen to more episodes of the All Things Private Practice Podcast🎙️Spotify🎙️Apple🎙️YouTube Music▶️ YouTube✈️ Learn about Retreats🗨️ Join the free Empowered Escape FB Community🗨️ Join the free All Things Private Practice FB Community–––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––Thanks to Our Sponsors: The Receptionist for iPad✨ The Receptionist for iPad:I want to thank The Receptionist for iPad for sponsoring this episode. The Receptionist offers an iPad list check-in option where clients can scan a QR code to check in, which negates the need for you to buy an iPad and stand. S1 Ep 128Episode 128: How To Successfully Grow + Sell Your Private Practice [featuring Nicole McCance]
EWhen you're in private practice, there is only so much money you can make seeing clients 1v1, as income inevitably plateaus. During this episode of the All Things Private Practice Podcast, I talk with Nicole McCance, a retired psychologist turned business coach. We talk about how she built her group practice to 55 clinicians in the Toronto area, and how she eventually sold her practice. Here are 3 key takeaways from our conversation:Systemize your operations: Writing down every aspect of your daily tasks and delegating them to create replicable processes is crucial for building a solid foundation for growth. Creating an efficient system can give you the freedom to step back and allow your practice to run smoothly.Hiring the right team: Initially, consider hiring a "mini-me" to ensure consistency with your practice's brand and client experience. Later, listen to the market and adapt your hiring strategy to meet the specific needs indicated by client inquiries. Being picky and maintaining high standards when selecting team members can ultimately lead to a more successful and productive practice.Streamline the sales cycle: Optimizing the client booking experience by offering online booking and aiming for a 48-hour appointment turnaround time can significantly enhance customer satisfaction and minimize no-show rates. Also, implementing an effective follow-up process for initial consultations can further improve the client conversion rate.More about Nicole:Nicole is a Psychologist (retired) turned Business Coach for therapists scaling to a group practice. She expanded her private practice to 55 therapists and multiple 7 figures in 3 years, sold her clinic in the 4th year, and then retired as a Psychologist in her 5th year. S1 Ep 114Episode 114: How To Expand Your Private Practice Across State Lines [featuring Candace Morey]
EExpanding your Private Practice into multiple states can feel tricky to navigate. How do you market to new audiences? How do you navigate the different tax and business laws? How do you attract new staff, especially if you're not physically present?During this episode, Candace Morey and I talk about all of this and more, so that you can confidently grow your practices and expand your vision.3 Key Takeaways:Hiring the Right Fit: Candace emphasizes the importance of evaluating both candidates and the practice during the interview process to ensure a good working relationship.Flexibility and Creativity in Business Expansion: We discussed the logistics of expanding into new states, overcoming regulatory roadblocks, and thinking outside the box to navigate challenges encountered in business expansion. Being creative and flexible is key to success.Prioritizing People Over Profit: Candace and I agree that creating a positive work environment and supporting employees' aspirations and needs is crucial. By focusing on transparency, authenticity, and prioritizing people over profit, we attract and retain top talent for our practices.A Note From Candace:I’m Candace and I like to keep it real.I’ve worked tons of different jobs in several industries and have seen firsthand the commonalities of burned-out employees—myself included. Researching burnout and bearing witness to broken systems, it was a simple conclusion that continuing to participate in this field wouldn't be sustainable at this pace and in these environments. Increasing personal flexibility in my life while improving the lives of community members were driving factors in creating 413 Theraworks. Downshifting from overdrive took some time, but once I hit my stride, it became my mission to offer this opportunity to other providers in my field. Building a space for other therapists to actually want to show up and do this incredibly hard work every day with compassion, laughs, and sometimes tears are what keeps me going. Ensuring 413 Theraworks employees continued to feel valued, heard, safe, and supported is my priority. You can also find me teaching others how to talk about hard things, confront limiting beliefs head-on, and show up authentically across all roles in business and life.I’m board-certified as a licensed mental health counselor in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and a licensed clinical mental health counselor in the state of Vermont.Candace's Website: 413theraworks.com–––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––🎙️Listen to more episodes of the All Things Private Practice Podcast🎙️Spotify🎙️Apple🎙️YouTube Music▶️ YouTube✈️ Learn about Retreats🗨️ Join the free Empowered Escape FB Community🗨️ Join the free All Things Private Practice FB Community–––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––Thanks to Our Sponsors: The Receptionist for iPad✨ The Receptionist for iPad:I want to thank The Receptionist for iPad for sponsoring this episode. The Receptionist offers an iPad list check-in option where clients can scan a QR code to check in, which negates the need for you to buy an iPad and stand. S1 Ep 111Episode 111: Freedom in Authenticity: Unmasking and Overcoming Imposter Syndrome [featuring Jamie Roberts]
EIn this episode, Patrick Casale and Jamie Roberts discussed the powerful impact of authenticity in the mental health profession. We explored the connection between imposter syndrome and masking, and how embracing our true selves can lead to greater success and fulfillment in our practices.3 key takeaways:1️⃣ Authenticity builds trust: As mental health professionals, it's essential to create a safe and trusting space for our clients. By being open and genuine about our own struggles, we can foster a stronger connection and create a sense of empathy and understanding. Authenticity allows clients to feel seen, heard, and accepted, which can significantly enhance the therapy process.2️⃣ Embrace your uniqueness: The pressure to conform to societal norms and expectations can be overwhelming, especially when starting a private practice. However, trying to fit into a mold that doesn't align with who we truly are can hinder our success. Instead, celebrate your uniqueness and precisely who you are, as it will attract the right clients who resonate with your values and approach. Remember, being authentic paves the way for authenticity in others.3️⃣ Language matters: The words we use in our marketing and communication play a significant role in reducing barriers to seeking therapy. Avoid the facades of professionalism and instead prioritize relatability. By speaking authentically and in a casual tone, potential clients will feel safer to reach out and trust that you are someone they can connect with. Let your language be a tool for breaking down barriers and creating an inclusive therapeutic environment.Remember, authenticity is a superpower, and by embracing it, we can not only transform our businesses but also make a meaningful impact on the lives of those we serve. Let's continue to break down barriers, create connections, and promote healing together. 🌟–––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––🎙️Listen to more episodes of the All Things Private Practice Podcast🎙️Spotify🎙️Apple🎙️YouTube Music▶️ YouTube✈️ Learn about Retreats🗨️ Join the free Empowered Escape FB Community🗨️ Join the free All Things Private Practice FB Community––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––– Thanks to Our Sponsors: The Receptionist for iPad, Alma, & Therapy Notes ✨ The Receptionist for iPad:I want to thank The Receptionist for iPad for sponsoring this episode. The Receptionist offers an iPad list check-in option where clients can scan a QR code to check in, which negates the need for you to buy an iPad and stand. EIn this thought-provoking episode, Talia Bombola* and Patrick Casale, delve deep into the ways in which we can align our decisions and actions with our true goals and values. They explore the notion that many of us find ourselves trapped in the busyness of our businesses, driven by societal expectations and a fear of deviating from the norm. They talk about healing inner child wounds in order to combat self-doubt, perfectionism, and impostor syndrome.1️⃣ Stay True to Your Values: Building and running a business is not just about making money or ticking off boxes. It's essential to align your decisions with your core values and create an environment that reflects who you are. Operating from a place of shame, guilt, or resentment can be detrimental to your success and your overall well-being.2️⃣ Embrace Discomfort for Growth: Authenticity is crucial in business, but it can be uncomfortable to put yourself out there. However, it's in this discomfort that growth happens. By pushing through wounds and insecurities, you can unlock personal and professional growth that propels your business forward.3️⃣ Value Yourself and Your Work: Many entrepreneurs struggle with impostor syndrome, self-doubt, and questioning their worth. It's crucial to recognize that your work has value and to shift your mindset from merely charging for your services to being open to receiving the rewards of your hard work. S1 Ep 109Episode 109: Self Care Is More Than Walks On The Beach: Vicarious Trauma 101 [featuring Jenny Hughes]
ESelf-care is so much more than bubble baths and long walks on the beach. As helping professionals, we so often put our needs second, leaving us to pour from an empty cup. During this episode of the All Things Private Practice Podcast, I speak with Jenny Hughes, psychologist and vicarious trauma specialist.1️⃣ Vicarious trauma is an inevitable part of our work as therapists, helpers, and healers. We are empathic beings who soak up the stress and trauma of our clients. Without effective strategies to "wring out the sponge," this can lead to difficulties such as compassion fatigue, secondary traumatic stress, and burnout.2️⃣ It's disheartening to see the high rate of mental health professionals leaving the field due to burnout. However, there's nothing wrong with leaving any profession. The crucial aspect is making an informed decision with intentionality. By exploring realistic and sustainable ways to manage burnout, you can find a path that aligns with your well-being and professional aspirations.3️⃣ Self-care goes beyond bubble baths and beach walks. While these activities bring temporary relief, they don't address the root causes of burnout. It's essential for therapists to give themselves permission to acknowledge their struggles and imperfections. By implementing effective self-care strategies and seeking support, we can recharge and bring our best selves to our clients.–––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––🎙️Listen to more episodes of the All Things Private Practice Podcast🎙️Spotify🎙️Apple🎙️YouTube Music▶️ YouTube✈️ Learn about Retreats🗨️ Join the free Empowered Escape FB Community🗨️ Join the free All Things Private Practice FB Community––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––– Thanks to Our Sponsors: The Receptionist for iPad, Alma, & Therapy Notes ✨ The Receptionist for iPad:I want to thank The Receptionist for iPad for sponsoring this episode. The Receptionist offers an iPad list check-in option where clients can scan a QR code to check in, which negates the need for you to buy an iPad and stand. S1 Ep 108Episode 108: Burnout Prevention: You're So Much More Than Your Professional Identity [featuring Sarah Gilbert]
ETherapists, when someone asks you about yourself, how often do you start with "I'm a mental health therapist," without actually being able to talk about the other things that make up your identity? It could be that you can't think of other roles in your life, interests, hobbies, etc.As helpers, we so often default to "what we do for work" to describe who we are. This can be problematic, especially when we don't take care of other parts of ourselves. It leads to burnout, stress, compassion fatigue, and more.In this episode, I talk with Sarah Gilbert, therapist and coach, about the common tendency among mental health professionals to define themselves solely by their work and how this can lead to burnout and a loss of personal identity.3 Key Takeaways...Reflect on your journey: It's important to explore why you entered this field and how your identity as a helper developed. Understanding this can provide insight into how your work may be influencing your overall sense of self.Boundaries are crucial: Building boundaries is an essential component of self-care and preventing burnout. We must recognize that we can't be "therapists" or "healers" 24/7. It's okay to prioritize other aspects of our lives and set limits to protect our mental and emotional well-being.Challenge societal expectations: Society often expects mental health professionals to sacrifice their personal lives for the sake of their clients. However, we have the power to redefine success in our field. S1 Ep 107Episode 107: Therapy Vs. Coaching: How to Expand Your Services Ethically [featuring Carly Hill]
EEver wonder what the difference is between therapy and coaching? And if you are a therapist who wants to expand your services with coaching, do you have any clue what to do, where to start, and how to protect yourself legally? In this episode of the All Things Private Practice Podcast, I talk with Carly Hill, LCSW and business coach for therapists who want to add coaching to their businesses. We discuss an important topic for therapists looking to add coaching to their practice: How to do it ethically and protect yourself, your business, and your clients. Here are three key takeaways from the episode:1️⃣ Don't just slap coaching onto your private practice: It's crucial to separate your therapy and coaching services into distinct business entities. This not only avoids ethical dilemmas but also ensures that you comply with licensing regulations and accounting practices.2️⃣ Understand the difference between therapy and coaching: While some definitions focus on past vs. future-oriented approaches, the simpler distinction lies in medical necessity. Therapy addresses clinical and mental health issues, while coaching tackles situational and nonclinical problems.3️⃣ Coaching certification is not required, but competence is essential: As a therapist, you already possess a wealth of clinical knowledge and experience. It's up to you to determine if you feel confident delivering coaching services in a specific area. While certification can boost confidence, it's not a prerequisite for calling yourself a coach.Listen to the full episode to learn more about the ethical considerations of incorporating coaching into your private practice. And remember, protecting your license and serving your clients with integrity should always be top priorities.🎧 https://atppod.com/107#AllThingsPrivatePractice #TherapistCoaching #BusinessEthics–––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––🎙️Listen to more episodes of the All Things Private Practice Podcast🎙️Spotify🎙️Apple🎙️YouTube Music▶️ YouTube✈️ Learn about Retreats🗨️ Join the free Empowered Escape FB Community🗨️ Join the free All Things Private Practice FB Community–––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––Thanks to Our Sponsors: The Receptionist for iPad✨ The Receptionist for iPad:I want to thank The Receptionist for iPad for sponsoring this episode. The Receptionist offers an iPad list check-in option where clients can scan a QR code to check in, which negates the need for you to buy an iPad and stand. S1 Ep 106Episode 106: Healing and Identity: Navigating Dual Cultures and Building a Thriving Private Practice [featuring Jacqueline Garcia]
EIn this episode of the All Things Private Practice Podcast, I had the pleasure of interviewing Jacqueline Garcia of Therapy Lux. She opens up about her personal journey as a therapist in private practice, navigating social media, and the importance of authenticity and self-discovery.Jackie shares some of her struggles in her personal and professional life, specifically about immigrating from Mexico to the United States at 12 years old, and how she has fully embraced her Latina heritage. Here are 3 key takeaways from this episode:Embrace your authenticity on social media: Jacqueline shares her experience of showing up authentically on social media as a therapist and how it made a significant difference in connecting with clients and building a supportive community. Highlighting your personality and being true to yourself can have a powerful impact on your practice.Find grace in the private practice journey: Starting a private practice can be a scary transition, filled with ups and downs. Jacqueline advises giving yourself grace and space to feel your emotions throughout this process. Remember, everyone's journey is different, and it's important to acknowledge and honor your own path. Jacqueline brings attention to the discrimination faced by individuals who do not speak a language perfectly. She emphasizes that this discrimination is often masked by expectations of perfection, while many people in our country only speak one language and make little effort to learn another. As therapists, we have a unique opportunity to challenge these biases and advocate for inclusivity and understanding.Use slower periods for self-reflection and growth: When facing slower periods in your practice, rather than panicking or doubting your success, embrace the opportunity for self-reflection and evaluation. Take this time to assess your niche, offerings, and personal alignment. Remember, slower periods can be a valuable chance for growth and perspective shift.Note from Jackie: My name is Jacqueline Garcia, and I am a bilingual, Spanish-speaking Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 7 years of experience working with children, teens, adults, and families. I received my Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from California State of San Bernardino. After completing my B.A., I attended California State University of Fullerton where I earned my Master's Degree in Social Work. My clinical experiences range from mental health outpatient programs, non-profit organizations, field-based community mental health, and private practice. I grew up in Tijuana, Baja California until I was 12 years old. My parents migrated to the U.S. to pursue a better life for me and my siblings. As many of you know, middle school years can be difficult, to say the least. As a teen, I struggled adjusting to a new culture, new language, new friends, new trends, you name it! However, these transformative years made an impact in my life and led me to the path of becoming a therapist.Jackie's Website: Therapylux.orgJackie's Instagram: instagram.com/therapylux–––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––🎙️Listen to more episodes of the All Things Private Practice Podcast🎙️Spotify🎙️Apple🎙️YouTube Music▶️ YouTube✈️ Learn about Retreats🗨️ Join the free Empowered Escape FB Community🗨️ Join the free All Things Private Practice FB Community–––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––Thanks to Our Sponsors: The Receptionist for iPad✨ The Receptionist for iPad:I want to thank The Receptionist for iPad for sponsoring this episode. The Receptionist offers an iPad list check-in option where clients can scan a QR code to check in, which negates the need for you to buy an iPad and stand. S1 Ep 105Episode 105: Building Neurodivergent Friendly Classrooms: Creating Educational Change [featuring Erica Whitfield]
EThe education system in the United States has been mainly geared toward creating a neurotypical learning environment, but not everyone absorbs and processes information in the same way.In this episode, I talk with Erica Whitfield, a therapist and passionate visionary for creating neurodivergent-friendly schools. We explore the significance of movement in learning and processing information. Both children and adults can benefit from incorporating movement into their educational experiences. Erica sheds light on the importance of validation, patience, and understanding, particularly for neurodivergent children, to prevent meltdowns and foster a supportive learning environment. Here are three key takeaways:1️⃣ Pursue your dreams: Erica encourages us to explore the dreams we haven't even imagined yet. By taking steps towards what truly aligns with us, we can experience joy and fulfillment in our lives.2️⃣ Redefine education: We discuss the impact of segregating children into same-age peer groups and the consequences of imposing arbitrary learning timelines. Erica quotes Carol Black, highlighting the need for a shift in educational approaches and acknowledging the importance of movement in learning.3️⃣ Embrace change: Erica shares her journey of pivoting and making hard decisions to create space for new pursuits. She reminds us that entrepreneurship is a journey of evolution and adaptation, and it's okay to change course as our passions and interests evolve. One thought-provoking moment from the podcast was when Erica asked listeners to share a word they'd never heard before. This exercise is a reminder that there are worlds of knowledge and dreams that we have yet to explore and imagine. To address the challenges faced by parents seeking inclusive and neurodivergent-friendly education, Erica is forming a team of like-minded individuals. This diverse team, comprising parents from different educational backgrounds, aims to raise awareness, advocate for change, and create classrooms that genuinely support every child's unique needs.Lastly, we explore the importance of pivoting and adapting as entrepreneurs. The realization that pursuing certain activities may no longer serve our goals can open up new avenues for creativity and fulfillment. By stepping out of our comfort zones and embracing change, we teeter on the line between fear and comfort, allowing ourselves to reach new heights in our profession.🎧 More about this episode here: atppod.com/105–––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––🎙️Listen to more episodes of the All Things Private Practice Podcast🎙️Spotify🎙️Apple🎙️YouTube Music▶️ YouTube✈️ Learn about Retreats🗨️ Join the free Empowered Escape FB Community🗨️ Join the free All Things Private Practice FB Community––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––– Thanks to Our Sponsors: The Receptionist for iPad & Heard! ✨ The Receptionist for iPad:I want to thank The Receptionist for iPad for sponsoring this episode. The Receptionist offers an iPad list check-in option where clients can scan a QR code to check in, which negates the need for you to buy an iPad and stand. S1 Ep 97Episode 97: Lead With Curiosity to Effect Change [featuring Michael Ashford]
EHow is change truly affected and sustained? This may feel like a big, existential question, but one that is certainly worthy of asking.During this episode, I talk with Michael Ashford, director of marketing at The Receptionist for iPad.People need the autonomy to make decisions when change is being illicit-ed, and "facts don't solve fights."I discuss my former gambling addiction, how hellacious it was, and how I was able to pull myself out of it.We talk about how you can go from feeling extremely confident to feeling like "I know absolutely nothing" in a matter of moments.Michael and I discuss failure, our own definitions of it, and how it can sometimes feel like, "The End." I personally think that failure, a dose of humility, and a little bit of self-doubt are absolutely crucial, personally and professionally. This episode is deep, and we talk about some really profound existential experiences, including the importance of community and connection.Top 3 reasons to listen to the entire episode: Understand how society often rewards certainty, but true growth and change come from embracing curiosity, approaching challenges with an open mind, seeking out new perspectives, and exploring different solutions. Learn how to reframe failure and imposter syndrome as a learning experience to tap into our resilience and uncover new opportunities for growth. Identify ways to build a network of diverse, supportive, and trusted individuals who can provide feedback, guidance, and support during difficult times. It takes courage to face failure and impostor syndrome, especially when society tells you to seek certainty and avoid failure. However, if you lead with curiosity, embrace vulnerability and exploration, and welcome changes in your life, you'll be more likely to have greater personal growth and entrepreneurial success.More about Michael:Michael Ashford is a communications explorer and a tireless optimist. He has spent years researching leadership, conflict communications, and how to overcome political and social polarization in an effort to chart a path to help us bridge divides, communicate well, and find more common ground. Michael is the Director of Marketing at a Denver-based software company, The Receptionist, as well as a podcaster, a two-time TEDx speaker, and what he calls an "independent journalist" as a shoutout to his former career as a newspaper editor.Grab a free trial of The Receptionist for iPad, with an extra free month for signing up.Michael's Website: thereceptionist.com/privatepractice–––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––🎙️Listen to more episodes of the All Things Private Practice Podcast🎙️Spotify🎙️Apple🎙️YouTube Music▶️ YouTube✈️ Learn about Retreats🗨️ Join the free Empowered Escape FB Community🗨️ Join the free All Things Private Practice FB Community ––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––– Thanks to Our Sponsors: The Receptionist for iPad! ✨ The Receptionist for iPad:I want to thank The Receptionist for iPad for sponsoring this episode. The Receptionist offers an iPad list check-in option where clients can scan a QR code to check in, which negates the need for you to buy an iPad and stand.
