Getting rid of clutter, both physical and mental, can make such a difference for our ADHD brains… but there’s a key component to minimizing that most people miss.

I used to frantically get rid of things… like even things I still needed, but I just couldn’t handle the mess and chaos. 

So I’d toss them. 

But then I kept noticing that I would still always have more to get rid of. 

Until I realized this one key to minimalism that I was missing.
