Show Notes
Sometimes we fail. We show up late. We don’t show up at all. We say things we regret. We don’t say something we should have.
We mess up. We are human. But then what?
Option 1, you can beat yourself up and tell yourself what an awful person you are, hoping it will somehow inspire change.
Option 2 (my vote!), you can give yourself grace and compassion and learn how to better support your ADHD-brain next time.
Join me in today's episode to learn when you've been shaming yourself and what you can do instead.
