The heart chakra is a natural and powerful center of connection, and it supports our ability to give and receive love freely, to connect deeply with ourselves and others, and to live with empathy, openness, and trust. When this energy center is balanced, we exist in a state of inner peace, feel more connected, and move in alignment with the natural flow of kindness, acceptance, and understanding.
