On this episode, the final episode in season 6, Rebecca talks to Podcaster and Life Coach Laura Farrington. Laura has lived through the unimaginable; she has lost both her parents, her father through suicide and mother through cancer. Laura explains to Rebecca how she came out the other side of grief and used her pain to push forward in her life and make better choices. Laura is a mother to two children and speaks honestly about her post-partum depression and when she knew she should seek help. Laura is a healed woman who now heals others through her work.
