She shares about her interpretation of spirit, how our souls are interconnected, and how she helps guide others to find their own inner healing. Audrey’s gift is her vivacity, curiosity and imagination. She loves inspiring others by living a playful and aware life guided by being open, authentic, vulnerable. She is devoted to waking up and guides others who desire to wake up through leading Enlightenment Intensive retreats.
Audrey is a spontaneous, abstract painter with a dreamy style whose works are in collections throughout the U.S. including Hawaii, Italy and beyond. She is a dancer who loves to improvise most and has performed with modern dance companies in the San Francisco, CA and St. Louis, MI areas.
