I remember being part of a football team once ? and we didn’t win a game all season. Can I tell you ? morale at training and on the weekend was really low. We were ? well, losers. By and large the only real problem I’ve ever found with church ? is the other people. If it weren’t for them, church would be a delight. Really. No arguments. No different opinions. The easiest thing to do is to snipe at this thing they call church from the outside. And, if the truth be known, a whole bunch of people are prone to sniping at it from the inside too. This thing called church is a strange sort of an animal. What it is ? or at least the way we see it ? has changed a bit over the years.
