In this episode, I'll be talking about your inner power and claiming this strength. When things seem overwhelming to you, how do you dig deep and rely on the spiritual principles you believe in? I likw to call this "walking our talk". I will share the empowerment of following your own path and stopping the habit of comparing your journey and achievements on your path to those of another. To do this only shrivels your soul and true spiritual energy does not need to compete in the world. Learning the difference between isolation and the inner sanctum of your soul can be extremely helpful during challlenging times.
