Wie wird man als Sänger entdeckt? Unterschiedlich. Man fällt positiv im Chor auf und wird mit Solorollen betraut. Mancher macht Karriere, wenn er kurzfristig und gut für einen erkrankten Kollegen einspringt. Und dann gibt es noch die wahren Naturstimmen, die erkannt werden und da weiß so mancher gar nicht, was in ihm steckt. Aber es geht auch ganz anders, wie das Beispiel des Tenors Alfred Piccaver zeigt.
