Second Sunday of Epiphany, Year B
Building on his theme from last week of rival "baptisms" that seek to draw us from Christ, Pastor Michael begins a series on the church is/is not. In today's sermon he focuses on the church being a hospital where the treatment given through the sacraments, and communal life, are brought to bear on our problem of sin and sets this against the idea that the church is the place where political and social activists are formed.
