Sidney is a mom and a mystic who has always been fascinated by the mystery of Life. The birth of her first child in the midst of a dark period catapulted her spiritual journey to new levels. She was guided down a path of feminine embodiment and the energy medicine of the Q’ero shamanic lineage taught by the Four Winds Society. Through this journey around the “medicine wheel” she honored her ancestors, healed generational patterns, learned rituals to connect with the wisdom of Mother Earth, and ultimately awakened to profound levels of love with her partner and children. She is now endeavoring to help other mama’s and families to heal their patterns, develop greater presence, and connect to the Earth.
